17/05/2026: Yesterday, we had lunch as a group of 11 without a reservation, as part of a tourist rally. We received a warm welcome, the service was quick, and the food was excellent. In short, I highly recommend this establishment.

We recommend it.

Both of the meat dishes I ordered weren't cooked to my liking.
The portions were very small, both for the appetizer and the side dish.
The fries were frozen… The service was poor and slow.
I don't recommend it!

14/06/2026: A scandalous experience from start to finish.
I bought a piece of furniture from IKEA, paying €50 for delivery and €56 for assembly. The furniture was delivered on Wednesday, so far so good. Assembly was scheduled for Saturday, then canceled the day before. I called IKEA, who reassured me and rescheduled an appointment for Monday between noon and 3 p.m. And then, another cancellation.
Two appointments canceled for a service already paid for. At this point, it's no longer a minor inconvenience, it's a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer.
What's really starting to get on my nerves is this habit that large retailers have of outsourcing everything. Every time, it's the same story: you pay for a service, then you end up dealing with the mistakes, cancellations, and incompetence of service providers who seem incapable of keeping the appointments they themselves set.
As a customer, I shouldn't have to deal with the organizational problems between IKEA and its subcontractors. I purchased a service from IKEA, so it's IKEA's responsibility to take responsibility and guarantee that it's carried out correctly.
Today, I have a flat-pack piece of furniture taking up space in my home, two canceled appointments, wasted time, frustration, and €56 that was debited from my account even though the service was never performed.
Now, things are simple: either I receive a full refund of the €56 assembly fee, or IKEA guarantees me a firm date with the assurance that someone will actually come to my home to assemble the furniture. Because after two consecutive cancellations, apologies and promises are no longer enough.
A very bad experience. I'll think twice before paying for IKEA assembly services again.
10/06/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience with IKEA Hénin-Beaumont.
I placed my order on June 3rd, and the first available delivery slot was June 10th. I therefore organized my week around this date. The day before the scheduled delivery, IKEA tried to contact me. Worried, I called the store back, and after a 31-minute wait on hold, I was assured that there was no problem with my order and that the next day's delivery was still on.
Imagine my surprise when I received a message the following morning informing me that my delivery had been postponed to Saturday. I find this unacceptable, especially after being reassured the day before by customer service.
We already pay €40 in delivery fees; the least they could do is properly inform customers and respect the advertised delivery slots. This lack of communication and consideration is very regrettable.

19/04/2026: Run away! Reservation for 7am to 9pm. Three groups cut in front of us, and we were left standing around waiting. They didn't even offer us a place to wait at the bar with any compensation, and the waiter didn't apologize. We left at 9:30pm and never came back.
19/04/2026: My wife and I had lunch there on April 15th. The flank steak and fries were excellent. The dessert was exceptional. The set menu included a main course, dessert, a drink, and coffee, all for 24 euros. It's good value for money and the service was very friendly.
We recommend it.
