05/05/2026: Horrible price increases for things that aren't worth much. I ordered a Happy Meal for my daughter, and in the end, there was no drink box. I asked for an Oasis, and we got sparkling water instead. Great... Another meal with a Sprite was the same, just sparkling water. Last time I'm coming here, €60. Next time I'm going to an all-you-can-eat restaurant or a good local chip shop. I don't even know how this food chain is still around... Disappointed

09/05/2026: I washed my car yesterday at the automatic car wash, and the result wasn't satisfactory; there was still dirt and streaks. I spent 10 euros, and I regret it.

27/12/2025: A slightly clumsy starter, but we were hungry!

22/12/2025: We're more used to coming during peak season, but the quality and service remain the same even in December. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, as was our server, and the shrimp croquettes were, as always, a delight.

14/04/2026: Arrived at the drive-thru around 6:30 PM. Empty parking lot. I was the only one there. They asked me to wait while they took my order. I agreed. I'd been waiting for almost 10 minutes. Frustrated, I left the drive-thru for its competitor, King, where the word "fast" in fast food was actually true. Too bad, a Big Mac is nice once in a while.

23/03/2026: It's getting worse and worse. McDonald's doesn't offer as many choices as it used to, and when the menus are good for consumers, they raise the prices. You'd eat much better at a chain like Burger King or KFC; the prices are getting more and more outrageous!

11/04/2026: The restaurant is no longer there, but they still have a takeaway ice cream counter. Don't go! The ice cream, supposedly homemade, has no taste: just sugar and artificial flavorings. Nothing like the good ice cream you'd expect to find on the coast. Go to Hardelot instead.

31/03/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. Every time I come, the staff is friendly. Whenever something is forgotten, it's corrected immediately. When my son received a duplicate Happy Meal gift, they offered me a solution. Fast service. In short, I personally recommend it.

20/04/2026: For our first visit, we were very satisfied with everything from the order taking and the speed of service (we were five people and served in under 15 minutes) to the quality of the meal; the portions were quite generous. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the establishment was also clean. I recommend it 😊

05/05/2026: The establishment offered good value for money. We found it clean, quiet, and very well located with ample parking. However, the breakfast room was very poorly soundproofed—a nightmare. And above all, despite choosing the half-board option, which we prepaid, we were charged a few euros extra instead of the main course. The manager himself responded with very curt, almost rude, comments. This was incomprehensible to us, especially since we had chosen and paid for half-board. The quality of the food was good, but once again, there was no sauce with the lamb shank, the asparagus was served with a cold mousseline, the risotto had a lukewarm Oxo-like sauce, the salad had no vinaigrette or dressing, and the crème brûlée was cold! The hotel is certainly not to be avoided, but the manager needs to ask himself the right questions and, above all, learn how to serve the customer.

05/05/2026: My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. Our children even gave us a gift voucher last year. Since then, I have had a serious illness, and my wife has passed away from a rapidly progressing cancer. It is impossible to use the gift voucher before the expiry date: May 3, 2026. During several phone calls, management was informed. I also sent them several emails with supporting documentation requesting a simple postponement of the dates. I received no response, even though it was simply a matter of postponing the stay without any financial loss for the hotel. What contempt! Today, due to the hotel management's lack of humanity and business sense, the gift voucher is no longer valid, so I am giving only one star (I cannot give less).

09/04/2026: We chose La Swan as it looked better, and was more expensive than most of the other restaurants there. Unfortunately although more expensive, it's worse than most. The calamari was overcooked and far to much batter, frozen not fresh. We also had the grilled goats cheese, which was just about ok, although some of the filo pastry was not cooked. The mail courses were both very bad. My salmon was very overdone and the skin was burned. My wife's duck, ordered medium came rare and was too tough to eat. When we complained the waitress, who spoke very good English when we ordered, suddenly couldn't understand us. I did pay the €72 bill but now wish I had been more assertive. By then we just wanted to leave. Very disappointing. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere better, or at least less expensive.

27/03/2026: The food is just like the owner and his son—amazing! What more could you ask for in a kebab shop? I'm thrilled. On top of that, the prices are very affordable; for under €10 in the center of Arras, you'll be stuffed! Seriously, it's fantastic, and the current offer with this €10 box is brilliant. I highly recommend it!!!

30/04/2026: Excellent pizza, the ingredients are perfect, and the crust is wonderfully soft. I think these are the best pizzas in Calais. I highly recommend it.

25/04/2026: We come to this area regularly and were looking for a proper pizzeria in Calais... This is without a doubt one of the best pizzas we've ever had (famous Sea World).
