07/10/2026: As a big sushi fan, I used to come to Osaka Pluie with pleasure and had never had a problem until now. But today's visit will unfortunately be my last. I pay with meal vouchers. The value of my vouchers slightly exceeded the cost of my order. So I simply asked if it would be possible to add an item to my order to use the remaining balance, and then pay the difference by card. The manager's response was a categorical and particularly curt "NO." No effort whatsoever, no alternative offered, no gesture of goodwill. The most absurd thing is that it wasn't even an unreasonable request: I was simply asking to be able to use the full amount of my meal vouchers by adding something to my order. In the end, about €3 remained unused. And let's be clear: it's absolutely not the €3 that bothers me. I could very well have left them as a tip, and I probably would have gladly done so if that had been my choice. What bothers me is this way of responding to the customer, without trying to find a solution. When you run a business, a minimum of courtesy and business acumen seems essential to me, especially when it's reciprocated. The sushi is good, that's undeniable. But the quality of an establishment isn't just about what's on the plate. The welcome, respect for the customer, and business acumen are just as important. It's a shame, especially since the situation could have been resolved very simply with a little goodwill.

13/12/2025: What can I say... I often pass by, and today I decided to stop in for a bite to eat before work. And I don't regret it at all! The Savoyard sandwich was delicious and very generous! The bread was excellent and flavorful. The welcome was very warm, and the owners are incredibly kind! I'll definitely be back! 😋

20/04/2026: Great atmosphere. You can tell as soon as you walk in that you're going to have a good time. You can chat without being bothered by a waiter. The customers are respectful too. No pushy types, just people sharing a drink and/or a bite to eat. Our evening with a friend ended there, because we had no idea you could actually eat there.

22/07/2026: We chose La Renardière for our son's christening and our wedding on July 4th, and we couldn't have asked for anything better! From the cocktail hour to the plated meal, everything was absolutely delicious, generous, and presented with great care. Our guests showered us with compliments on the quality of the food. A huge thank you to Virginie, who is incredibly kind, very professional, attentive, and always available. She perfectly respected all our wishes and even took the time to plan the day's schedule with our DJ and best man. This is a rare touch from a caterer, and it was a huge relief. The service was impeccable from beginning to end. The entire team was friendly, discreet, efficient, and incredibly attentive. We wanted for nothing all day long. Another huge thank you to the entire team at La Renardière for helping to make this day unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend this caterer and will definitely use them again for our future events!

12/09/2026: The food has a very mild flavour and the couscous has nome at all, even the vegetables themselves didn't pack any flavour. The dishes were very oily and watery at the same time meaning that they washed out what little flavour there was. For a cuisine that is normally packed with flavour, this came as a disappointing shock.

28/10/2026: A wonderful experience at the McDonald’s in Bruay-la-Buissière! As I was just passing through the area and rarely go to McDonald’s, I wasn’t entirely familiar with the different menu options. Since I don’t eat meat, only fish, I chose a Golden Meal without realizing they didn’t offer a fish burger. Two women who were working, one at the counter and the other in the dining area, were very kind and helpful when I asked for information. They then directed me to a manager, and the manager was also present. They offered to replace the burger with veggie nuggets, but having never tried them before, I was a little hesitant and embarrassed. They immediately understood my discomfort and found a solution with remarkable speed and kindness! They demonstrated exceptional customer service by making an extraordinary gesture, when they could very well have simply refunded me and asked me to place another order. I truly want to emphasize their kindness, understanding, and professionalism. It might seem like a small thing to some, but personally, it meant a great deal to me. This kind of attention is becoming rare and truly deserves to be highlighted! Beyond this thoughtful gesture, the service was extremely fast, the food was piping hot, and the burgers were perfectly assembled and beautifully presented. The restaurant was also very clean, with pleasant, helpful, and attentive staff. A huge thank you to the two employees, the manager, and the director for their warm welcome, responsiveness, and above all, their kindness! You managed to turn a slightly awkward situation into a particularly enjoyable experience. It's exactly this kind of professionalism and humanity that makes all the difference in an establishment. Thank you again to the whole team! I left with an excellent impression of your restaurant and I won't hesitate to return if I'm ever in the area again. A team that truly deserves to be congratulated!

21/10/2026: Hello. Very welcoming, hot meal, clean lobby, toilets, and games room. Regular lobby tours; the staff are kept busy, especially during peak times. Kudos to them, especially during busy periods.

25/10/2026: Simple, friendly, quick service, very polite staff (not always the case elsewhere). Three starters to choose from, the same for main courses and desserts. A great find.

19/10/2026: The service is perfect and the food is delicious, the setting is superb, and the menu offers very reasonable prices for generous portions prepared with the expertise we love to find. The drinks menu is also very reasonably priced. We had a wonderful time, received a very friendly and warm welcome, and we will gladly return.
