Avoid, it's better to eat a homemade sandwich...

10/11/2024: Years of experience with Spizza Carola and never disappointed! Generous, tender and delicious pizzas. They don't skimp on the garnishes and we are always well served. Home delivery is always perfect! THANKS !

01/11/2024: First and last experience in this pizzeria: the two pizzas are simply inedible because they are much, much too salty. : €32 gone up in smoke. To top it off, bad faith on the part of the person I called: she claims that there is no salt in the pizzas: a shame! So disappointed!!!!

30/08/2024: I've never had a problem until now with this McDonald's but today it's a tragedy! My children are in tears because in their happy meal, there was no play for them that I had ordered. In addition, the lady at the drive made several mistakes on my order, she charged me a maxi best of instead of a best of. It's not a big deal because it's December 24 and I'm forgiving but I'm extremely disappointed. I recommend this McDonald's but not on holidays

30/08/2024: As usual in 2023, but now it's been 3 times that there has been no more orange juice and today, at 12:10 p.m., no more crocs. They have to react.

27/01/2025: No one in the restaurant but a lack of organization in carrying out orders, 4 errors in an order for 5 people. Liquid on the beanbags, dirty benches, a floor that is better not to talk about... Several trips back and forth to make complaints about products purchased but not served. A shame for a renowned brand like McDonald's. At 9 p.m. we already have the impression that we are being kicked out since the employees put the chairs on the tables and wash the floors... The employees talk as if we were not there. Frankly a great disappointment and a poorly experienced meal...

25/01/2025: 2 burgers without madness: 1 big Mac, 1 royal for more than 12€…….😳. All largely lukewarm, less than 1 minute between order and delivery, just enough time to pay 🥴, it's really FAST "food", I find it hard to believe in the cooking process included in a burger in 1 min. I was the only one in the DRIVE queue on a Saturday evening at 8:30 p.m. 😉. I understand better why... Good luck in advance to the next ones 🤗

07/12/2025: By being so unpleasant to customers, you risk being shut down. You're forced to spend a minimum of €10 to pay by card. Customers are waiting at the games and they're being ignored! They prioritize the owner's friends over the customers. A coffee was served and spilled on the table by one of the new waitresses. Anyway. In short, it's unacceptable.

10/07/2025: I went on 9/07, disrespectful an employee kicked us out because he had to close in 5 minutes he waited until the manager had left to kick us out my little brother just got his pizza

Also organizational concerns: give the ice creams to customers before making them wait, as a result the ice creams are melted before getting the rest of the order.

08/12/2024: I came today so that my little sister could go to the toilet because she couldn't hold back anymore, unfortunately you have to "consume for the toilet". I therefore reduced the bill, the food is very good and the hygiene nothing to say from my point of view.

02/01/2026: Looking for a nice little restaurant before heading home, we saw L’Alexandra on New Year’s Eve. It had a simple and inexpensive menu. We had a lovely time; the food was excellent. Just a minor criticism, and it's more of a personal observation: the chicken escalope with Maroilles cheese could have used a tiny bit more sauce. But it didn't detract from the overall experience. The side dish (gratin dauphinois) was also good. The mussels and fries were also excellent, and the pizza was generously topped. The smiling waitress was bustling about, but I think the sudden rush wasn't expected that Friday lunchtime. Good for them, though; I heard quite a few people raving about the presentation and the food. The restaurant and its surroundings are understated, and the place is clean and well-maintained. I don't know if they take reservations, but I think it's a good idea to book ahead to get a table. We're noting the address for when we return to Calais. Thank you.

01/01/2025: Really not great pizza!!! Expensive for what it is!!! Delivery guy no change so he had to tip him 6 euros lol. Too bad Pizza Carola which was closed was my first choice

23/11/2024: Frankly Savoyard pizza two potatoes on the pizza 3 pieces of bacon if they call it Savoyard frankly for the price downright disappointed

26/10/2025: A reservation in August for the weekend of 10/31/25 to 11/2/25 for my husband's birthday and this Thursday the hotel calls us to cancel our reservation due to a boiler problem. I ask him if he has an alternative solution because it is a school holiday weekend and a football match so the surrounding hotel is full, he tells me no! I find myself without a solution a week before our departure the only response I got from them is be glad I let you know. I will never come to your hotel!!!

26/10/2025: I do not recommend this hotel at all. We stayed there last night (October 25-26). No heating, no hot water, and a dismal breakfast. We had a memorable night 😡 No apologies, no gestures, just a vulgar "I'll take note." If you're looking for a place to sleep well and take a shower, you're in the wrong place; move on.

31/08/2024: Extrêmement bruyant dans une salle non climatisée ..nous avions commander de la viande saignante , nous avons été servi (au bout de 30 minutes je précise !) de la viande immangeable car trop cuite 🤮 de la semelle de chaussure ....! Dans la salle il y avait du sable, laisse a penser qu'elle était a peine laver .....beurk horrible je ne recommande vraiment pas ce restaurant de chaîne et je n'y retournerai jamais
