21/02/2026: Another bad experience, three times in three weeks. Whether it's 20 or 9 nuggets, something is always missing. And the worst part is that today, when I called to point out the missing items and that we're paying for a service, they made us out to be liars because it's supposedly now controlled by machines. To that, I replied, "Look at the cameras instead of making your customers out to be liars." The customer service needs improvement. I'm not going to beg every time or drive back for 9 or 20 nuggets. You have cameras, check it out. And it's not, as you say, "spying" on your staff, but rather ensuring a quality service that the customer pays for.

20/02/2026: The McDonald's is well located and relatively clean compared to other McDonald's we often visit. However, they need to improve their customer service, even for foreign tourists; be warm, welcoming… less rushed. The fries were very cold: they were recycled. Soggy. Completely soaked in oil. A shame. The burgers were okay. It was just a quick bite halfway through my trip.

06/12/2025: I ordered four pizzas, one of which I specifically asked to have the chicken removed and a little more ground beef added. Instead, they put a huge amount of mushrooms on it. I waited an hour and a half to be served, even though I live only five minutes away. The pizza arrived cold. I called at 7:38 PM precisely, and the delivery was at 9:12 PM. The driver was from Coulogne. The pizza I ordered was the Boursin, so it didn't originally have mushrooms. Yet, instead of adding ground beef as requested, I got a lot of mushrooms...
