04/02/2026: The owner is great and the food is very good.

04/01/2026: Passing through Berck, we came because they had Flemish carbonnade on the menu. Unfortunately, not many restaurants offer it. Ultimately, we were disappointed; the Flemish carbonnade wasn't really carbonnade at all... The beef was very dry and the sauce much too thin. I'm only giving it 4 stars because of the waiter, who was truly very pleasant.

14/08/2026: We came as a group of 19, including a group of elderly/dependent individuals. The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and everyone was able to eat at the same time, which is rare! Thank you to the whole team!

23/08/2026: The staff were very pleasant, no complaints there. However, this is the last time I'll be going to this place; there was no taste, no flavor, and the service was worse.

13/07/2026: The best Japanese restaurant in the area Edit: 10 years later, the quality has decreased, the prices have increased (yes, there's inflation, but still... the quality/price ratio has changed drastically).

04/07/2026: I love this restaurant. The flavors are delicious, fish or meat, everything is fresh. For me, it's one of the best Japanese restaurants in my area. Admittedly, the prices are a bit high, but ultimately reasonable compared to other, less good restaurants, especially considering the portion sizes. Generous and flavorful dishes. It could use a bit more chili, in my opinion, but people in the North don't really like it that way. I tried the takeout tonight, it was amazing! The food was piping hot, the website is super cute and easy to order, I arrived a little early and everything was ready. It's my favorite Japanese restaurant in the mining region ❤️❤️❤️

26/08/2026: Great place for a drink outside in the main square looking out to the theatre. Friendly, efficient service from the lady who served us, and a nice, very reasonable ice cream in the afternoon.

18/05/2026: The welcome was warm and the bedding quite comfortable. However, there was a major disappointment upon arrival in the room: no television, without any prior notification from the hotel. No compensation was offered for this inconvenience, which is regrettable.

24/05/2026: Arrived at 1:25 PM for a 1:30 PM reservation. At 1:45 PM, a waitress seated us. Despite the heat, she came to take our order elsewhere, cleared the neighboring tables, and ignored us. It was time for us to leave. Not a word from this waitress to ask why we were leaving. A restaurant to avoid. I won't be giving them a good review. Don't go there.

25/07/2026: I came at the beginning of July with my partner, and we received a very poor welcome. The waitress clearly showed that we were bothering her, taking our order immediately (my partner wasn't even seated yet). There was no menu on the table, and when I asked for one, I felt like I was asking for the moon. The location is pleasant, and there's parking available, but you need to review your staff because I won't be going back. Sincerely,

23/07/2026: Rather disappointed, the first time we ate here was to celebrate my wife's birthday, the marinated beef steak was very tough, no problem exchanging the dish but we couldn't eat at the same time which is a real shame as we were looking forward to celebrating the birthday in a very nice setting, the party was ruined and we didn't see the chef nor received any gesture of goodwill from the team.

03/08/2026: Undoubtedly the best lamb skewers in Paris. The lamb skewers are grilled to a golden brown, and you can choose between mild and spicy flavors, each with its own unique charm. The fried lamb ribs are also famous, but personally, I didn't like them because there was too little meat on them. Aside from that, it is a place where you can enjoy a hearty meal of various Chinese dishes at reasonable prices (the lamb skewers used to be incredibly cost-effective a few years ago, but now they seem to have been hit hard by inflation). It also features a karaoke room in the basement.

12/07/2026: This is ridiculous! I feel like I owe the waiter money. He had a black face the whole time, didn't even say anything before bringing the food in, just shoved it under his arm without announcing the names. I didn't even hear a hello, thank you, or goodbye. I just don't understand. And it was the worst pig intestine I've ever had. It had this indescribable taste. The Mapo Tofu was actually pretty good, I can't deny that, but the service was incredibly slow. There weren't even many people there. The main point is... I'll never come back. Eating out feels like a nightmare...
