30/07/2026: We went as a family to La Crêpe Dorée restaurant in Hardelot-Plage, which we remembered as a good establishment and which had been recommended to us. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We had barely sat down, even before our entire table was full, when we were already being asked if we had chosen our dishes. On the other hand, we thank the manager who immediately agreed to our request to change tables to move our baby away from the air conditioning. The real problem was the service. The waitress, who was doing her best, had to manage both the dining room and the numerous takeaway pizza orders. It was obvious that she couldn't provide quality service under these conditions. We weren't even offered an aperitif; we were immediately asked for our order. A few minutes later, our Welsh rarebits arrived. One of them had been ordered with salad, but it was in a deplorable state (photo attached). It's inconceivable to serve such a poor garnish to customers. We also asked for one of the Welsh rarebits to be reheated, but it was only lukewarm, whereas a good Welsh rarebit should be piping hot. The plate wasn't cleared away for about ten minutes, as the waitress was overwhelmed. As a result, we had to finish our meals separately. When the plate returned, the salad had disappeared, replaced by fries… and, unfortunately, a reheated Welsh rarebit loses all its appeal. After finishing our meal, we waited for about twenty minutes with our plates still on the table. No one came to clear the table or offer dessert or coffee. We felt a real lack of professionalism, both in the kitchen and in the dining room. It's perfectly understandable to want to develop takeout service, but trying to manage everything at once inevitably affects the quality of the service and the food. It's a shame, because this establishment enjoys a good reputation. We hope this feedback will be taken as constructive criticism. Strengthening the team would undoubtedly allow them to offer better service and regain the level of quality that customers have a right to expect.

25/05/2026: Clean rooms. A lot of on site activities: billiard, swimming pool, tennis. Welcoming service. And just a brilliant location!! It’s much better to stay in a calm small town with a forest facing the ocean, than going to crowded touristic cities like Le Touquet. I have no idea why the hotel is attributed only 3 stars, it definitely has to do with a formal grading system rather the real experience of living in this hotel Highly recommend!

05/05/2026: My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times. Our children even gave us a gift voucher last year. Since then, I have had a serious illness, and my wife has passed away from a rapidly progressing cancer. It is impossible to use the gift voucher before the expiry date: May 3, 2026. During several phone calls, management was informed. I also sent them several emails with supporting documentation requesting a simple postponement of the dates. I received no response, even though it was simply a matter of postponing the stay without any financial loss for the hotel. What contempt! Today, due to the hotel management's lack of humanity and business sense, the gift voucher is no longer valid, so I am giving only one star (I cannot give less).

Edit: No, no, there's no sign at all. You can type "Subway Arras" into Google and see for yourself; right now, as I'm writing this comment, it says "closing soon."

08/03/2026: Hello, (I don't usually like leaving reviews because afterwards, when I arrive at a place where the welcome is as warm as this one, it's impossible to find a table to eat properly.) This brasserie is fantastic, no complaints whatsoever. The welcome was top-notch, and the staff—bartenders and waiters—were all excellent. The food was superb; the entire menu was very good. The chef is absolutely amazing! You can go there without hesitation. 👍👍👍👍

08/08/2026: We waited 35 minutes for the menu, even though there were three servers and only four tables to manage. We ordered a bottle of wine and were brought a glass. We informed the waitress that it was a bottle, not a glass, and she brought the bottle 10 minutes later. The food was visually disastrous, the presentation completely unappetizing. A friend ordered burger sauce and was brought barbecue sauce. I asked for Gruyère cheese for my pasta and didn't get any. I asked the waitress if it was possible to get pasta, and she replied, "I don't know." Unprofessional.
