27/05/2026: First and last time… After leaving Nausicaa, my husband and I decided to grab a bite nearby. Well, frankly, it wasn't great. The waiters kept asking us if we were okay, every two minutes, it was getting a bit annoying. We ordered roasted cod loin, and the woman forced us to order her daily special, which was more expensive than the dish we chose. The waitress brought us bread (two slices of white bread), and if we'd known, we wouldn't have ordered it. The plates were completely under-seasoned and unappetizing. For dessert, a crème brûlée that looked more like burnt caramel. 🙄 I don't recommend this restaurant.

11/05/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered pasta with cheese and ended up with pasta covered in pepper; my tongue was burning! Luckily, I'm not allergic to pepper! My husband found a hair in his plate. I won't be going back to this place; I'll go to Dainville.

03/05/2026: We must have been on a hidden camera show! Start of the trip: 8:15 PM Upon arrival: Flank steak with shallots, please. The response: "Nope, we had some, but we're out." A crispy sandwich was served as a replacement, or rather, left on the counter with complete indifference from the "cook." For a birthday, Flunch offered a cake with candles and a photo (a 9-year-old girl's birthday). Result: A cake with two unlit "F"-shaped candles. We asked the waiter why. Response: "Sorry, I don't have a lighter." Not seeing the photo promised on the flyers, we questioned the waiter. Response: "The camera isn't working anymore, we haven't taken any in a long time!" I cut the cake slices. Result: Frozen and inedible!! We opted for the Dame Blanche (ice cream dessert). Result: with the first one, we noticed there was no chocolate syrup, so we asked the waiter. Response: Oh yes, I added a tiny bit because we were out! A quick trip to the restroom, Result: we were wading through urine and toilet paper everywhere, with two clogged urinals emitting very unpleasant odors. Of course, we won't be going back, but a few words to those of you who respond to Google reviews: Either you pass on the complaints of the many disappointed customers and your "teams" couldn't care less (to put it politely), or your responses, which are all strangely similar, are completely bogus. In any case, the situation is deplorable; nothing changes, and it's clear that management has no intention of satisfying the customers of this Flunch restaurant, completely neglecting those who keep the business running: THE CUSTOMERS.

26/05/2026: I had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The dishes were delicious, well-prepared, and served with care. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff welcoming. I ate very well and I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy a good meal.

01/06/2026: I stopped by on Saturday around 4 pm. The saleswoman was very pleasant, attentive, and had a big smile. I bought some pastries and viennoiseries, which were excellent.

25/05/2026: We were given a very warm welcome. We hadn't booked, but they found us a place for six despite it being busy. The food was excellent, and the place was exactly what we love: friendly, family-oriented, and just like home ❤️

24/05/2026: The wait was far too long; I got the impression the staff were lost. The cooking times weren't respected, and some of the servers were far from friendly. Even paying for these disastrous meals was a chore.

01/06/2026: So, how can I put it? The food is absolutely delicious. Hélène makes fantastic cocktails and always suggests excellent wines. In fact, whenever we want to go out for a meal, we don't even have to look any further; it's always this place. All the staff are lovely, attentive, and if something isn't cooked to our liking, they don't hesitate to remake it. I highly recommend it.

23/05/2026: We had a very good meal; the mussels with Maroilles cheese were delicious and plentiful. Since we hadn't ordered dessert with our set menu, they replaced it with an Irish coffee, which we were very happy about. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this place; the food is excellent.

18/05/2026: We stopped there on a Sunday in the middle of a storm to recover a bit. A beer and a hot chocolate later, we were feeling great. The other customers were in a very good mood. The atmosphere was fantastic. The hot chocolate was a real treat. My husband used the restroom and told me you could eat on the floor. A very, very good experience. We'll definitely go back, especially since the menu looked so tempting. Yum! We went back, but this time for dinner. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Seriously. Plus, there was a DJ, and the atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. Everyone was in a great mood, which made everything perfect. I'll definitely be back.

18/04/2026: We ordered a raclette pizza and a tomato and ham pizza for the kids. The crust is thin and the pizza is generously topped. We'll be back; the service was friendly. I recommend it; good value for money.

29/04/2026: What kind of bakery is this that offers nothing on the shelves except pizzas? Only one kind of baguette, and two specialty breads, that's it! The pastries and viennoiseries aren't any better... I've never seen a store of this chain so unwelcoming and with such a limited selection! If you want a specialty bread, you have to order 48 hours in advance 🤣 Was that the joke of the day? I'll be going somewhere else from now on!

13/04/2026: The small Marie Blachère supermarket is handy, but the fact that there's one entrance from the Grand Frais store and another from the parking lot makes it a bit confusing trying to figure out who's first and who's last. Add to that the shopping carts of people coming directly from Grand Frais... it's not a big store to begin with, but still. Otherwise, the food is still just as good.

29/04/2026: What can I say? Ugh, very disappointing. I ordered a salad and half the container was empty. I called to explain the situation, knowing that I had one last week and was satisfied. And this time, they told me the portions were normal. I told them I was disappointed and that it didn't encourage me to come back. The response: "I'd love to see you again, but there's nothing I can do." No compensation offered. They don't care about their customers (I get a sandwich meal about every two weeks). Anyway, my habits will change. Goodbye Subway.

24/05/2026: Half of the order is missing, as usual I'd say... and the phone number provided is incorrect... I ordered on Uber so I wouldn't have to go anywhere, yet going anywhere is the only way to collect what I'm owed... find the mistake.

23/05/2026: This is the second time we've been here since the change of ownership, at two different times... and it leaves much to be desired. From the young man's nonchalance on May 23rd at 1:30 PM to the appearance of the bread served (honey oat), flattened like pancakes. Where did the quality control for the bread go? Do you really think a customer will want a flattened 30-centimeter sub? Furthermore, the amount of bread in the sandwiches is so small they're practically empty. As for me, I'm done with your establishment. I'll go to Noyelles-Godault, where the service and welcome are much better from beginning to end, and where there's a genuine desire to work properly and satisfy the customer.

18/03/2026: First time here. The decor is very nice. The menu has way too many choices. Food-wise: large plates, good fries, the butcher's steak was good, but the potato pancakes were very greasy. And what really disgusted me was the twenty or so aphids in the three lettuce leaves...it completely ruined my appetite.
