12/09/2026: I was pleasantly surprised! I've been coming to Rang-du-Fliers for years, and I'd been advised against going to your chip shop. Well, I can now say that your fries are EXCELLENT!!! And that's coming from a Belgian!! They're crispy and, most importantly, not greasy at all. Plus, they're fresh fries with no peelings or black spots. So I recommend all my fellow Belgians try them; you won't be disappointed!!! Well done, and thank you again. Thanks to you, I had a very good meal 😉♥️

20/08/2026: This was my first time there, and it's the first time I haven't enjoyed the fries. While the older lady was pleasant to talk to, the younger one wasn't friendly. I won't be going back.

12/07/2026: Poor quality!!! The pastries are full of artificial colors and lack flavor. For a pastry costing almost 5 euros, you could at least do better, especially after reading the numerous recent comments where the saleswomen are indeed unpleasant! You come in to buy something and you get the impression you're bothering them, which is absurd in a business! And the quality of the products leaves much to be desired; the pastries are not very good. What matters is not the appearance but the taste. As for the price, it doesn't reflect good value for money at all. A word to the wise...

30/05/2026: I think that's outrageous. I understand it's a bakery, but still, €1.30 for a roll that's only 6 cm long, it looks like a mini pastry.

27/09/2026: I find the lack of communication and organization regarding ANCV Connect payments regrettable. In August, I called to ask if this payment method was accepted. I was told it wasn't yet available, but that it should be soon. We came back on September 7th, and I asked again. I was told it still wasn't possible, but that the tills would be changed the very next day and ANCV Connect would be implemented at that time. So, on September 27th, I called again to get confirmation. I was finally told that ANCV Connect was still not accepted. When I reminded them that I had been told at the beginning of September that the change of tills would allow its implementation, I was told that the tills had indeed been changed, but that the staff didn't know how to use ANCV Connect. I find this regrettable, especially after receiving repeated assurances that the service would be available. The problem isn't necessarily that ANCV Connect isn't yet accepted, but rather the lack of communication and preparation. Training staff during the cash register switchover would likely have prevented this situation and allowed for reliable information to be provided to customers. I hope this payment method will be implemented soon and that communication regarding it will be clearer.

30/09/2026: I advise against it, despite the protection of nets and barbed wire, I had a friend in the back of the truck who climbed through the roof, this protection is a joke, maybe they are cooperating with them.

20/09/2026: Today 19.09.2026 18:00. I came to this parking lot to swap a semi-trailer with a colleague who had been parking here since yesterday and I could go and unload it to the UK. The security guard didn't want to let me in, he said the parking lot was full and I had to wait for someone to leave. I told him twice that I didn't plan to park here. I just needed to hook up my colleague's semi-trailer. A 10-15 minute operation and I was leaving. He kept repeating that I had to wait for a spot to become available. After about 30 minutes of waiting, 1 truck left the parking lot, so he let me in. I counted more than 10 free spots. I obviously came across an arrogant guy with a diagnosed "god complex". If you need to swap a semi-trailer with a colleague, I recommend avoiding this parking lot and ignoring its existence.

04/05/2026: I think they mistook us for tourists, even though we're from Samer. I'd just picked up my daughter from the airport, we were on our way back. In short, the welcome was deplorable, the service very slow and completely unfriendly. And the meal... I cook much better at home! The fries weren't even all cooked; some were completely raw. I should mention that I never leave reviews, but this was really outrageous!

11/10/2025: I really enjoyed the variety of pizzas. The Bologna and the Romana were very good. However, I'm not against dogs in a restaurant, but seeing people petting them without washing their hands before going back behind the bar bothers me.

20/10/2026: Ordered at 9:35 PM, delivered at 10:00 PM (closing time). The pizza was very good and piping hot. Great!

10/10/2026: Called to inquire about delivery scheduled for 8:15 PM, ordered online at 5:30 PM. Restaurant called at 8:30 PM, unpleasant and rushed. First and last time. Waiting for the pizzas, hoping they'll be good. Update after the call. 8:50 PM, still no news. Called the Béthune restaurant and was very unpleasant on the phone.

17/08/2026: I was really disappointed with the pizza chef's service. I understand he was overwhelmed, poor guy, but to be so unpleasant and impolite is really a shame. But I left with a smile, polite, and without a pizza, lol. Good luck to you, sir.

28/06/2026: Overcooked pizzas, no salmon in the Nordic pizza... €28 wasted eating burnt food

03/10/2026: The fried chicken was good, but nothing special; I was expecting something more. We ordered the fried chicken fillets, and the sauce, which was supposed to be honey mustard, was more like mayonnaise. The burger was okay, but nothing special, and the fries weren't cooked enough. The service was good; the woman was nice.

06/06/2026: Closed. Google maps reports that it's open.

20/09/2026: We paid too much for our drinks. Instead of a cappuccino, she gave me hot chocolate. She didn't understand what I was saying. I don't recommend this place.

03/10/2026: I waited a good 10 minutes to be served because they were busy chatting while ordering ice cream. Another cashier arrived at the register, acted like we were invisible, and didn't even acknowledge us. When she finally served us, she didn't even say hello. She immediately charged for the tray. For service like that, next time I'm leaving.

29/07/2026: They raise the price of coffees by €0.45 without warning. And they don't even clean the toilets on time. The toilets have been in this state for two days. Not to mention Marianne, the pleasant waitress, who ONLY treats men well.

10/07/2026: Affordable prices, good selection of drinks, excellent vegetables, and meats grilled to order. The all-you-can-eat option was great!

18/10/2026: Absolutely appalling service! There were eight of us, and we simply wanted to have a drink on the terrace. When the waiter saw us arrive, he exclaimed loudly in front of the other customers, "Oh no, we're going to get slammed again!" A completely inappropriate and disrespectful remark. As we started to move some chairs to sit down, he immediately snapped at us in a very unpleasant tone, "No, that's not possible!" Not a greeting, not an explanation, not even a word of politeness. He simply made it clear, in a particularly rude manner, that we were not welcome and that we should leave. Don't go into this profession if you don't like people.
