04/09/2026: I bought a sugar brioche and a raisin bread. The brioche seemed to be a day old, and the raisin bread was the same. I went back, and a woman suggested it might be overcooked. I left them the bread; my dog ​​ate the brioche. The service was excellent.

20/09/2026: Excellent pizzeria! We had the burger pizza and the Lazio pizza. They were both delicious, I highly recommend them. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Pizzas like they used to make. Ordered cooked and delivered very quickly. Thank you!

07/09/2026: I am currently eating a wonderfully prepared pizza, still piping hot, with a lovely crispy base in my hotel room! (with a glass of vin blanc) The staff were great and very helpful with my specific order. Bravo 👏

27/10/2026: An unpleasant waiter; when we asked about loyalty programs, the response was unsatisfactory. The service was unpleasant. The tray service needs improvement; most of our order fell outside our glass, and they didn't even wipe it.

22/10/2026: The cutlery and tables were filthy. The meat was overcooked. The vegetables were terrible. We're increasingly disappointed; we kept coming back to give it another chance, but it's getting worse and worse.

19/09/2026: ⚠️ Double-check your orders!! We ordered 4 Best Of meals and 2 children's meals. When we got home, we realized the fries were missing! So we went back to ask for the fries, which were included in the meals. The manager refused to give them to us because their scale showed the correct weight for our order. No compensation whatsoever. They clearly think we're thieves… I'm not going to make the trip twice just for the fun of it! We pay for one order, so we have the right to receive the complete order. 👉 Double-check your order before you leave!!

16/09/2026: I ordered a veggie ranch wrap, but I ended up with a chicken wrap (not vegetarian, then). I was very disappointed, and to top it all off, there was a long hair in it! While that can happen, the combination of these two mistakes disappointed me.

20/09/2026: I ordered a burger and a Mexican meal with two "homemade" tiramisu deliveries, which were definitely not homemade but frozen. The delivery price wasn't listed on the flyer, and an extra €5 was added to the total, which the delivery driver also didn't mention. We only found out about it on the credit card receipt. This is the first and last time I'll order from them.

20/09/2026: The delivery went very well; it was fast, and both the burgers and sandwiches were well-filled, no complaints there. The only downside was the dessert... The tiramisu wasn't homemade as advertised, and it wasn't speculoos flavored at all, but chocolate caramel. Plus, it was frozen. Also, the delivery price isn't displayed based on distance. First and last time I'll order, sorry 😕

06/07/2026: It's a shame the fries are frozen. Avoid the carbonara. It's more like beef bourguignon with fries... Deplorable. Furthermore, the portions are insufficient. The service is poorly managed. Different dishes for the same table aren't served at the same time. We eat at different times. The only thing that's rather nice is the setting. In short, a negative experience.

15/02/2026: Upon arrival at the hotel, the welcome was perfect. The place is magnificent. However, once we got to the hotel restaurant, the nightmare began. Disastrous service, cold food, and don't even get me started on the wait (1 hour and 10 minutes between each course). Running a restaurant isn't something you can just wing. Leave it to the professionals and go sell snacks instead. I think that would be better. 😡😡😡

27/10/2026: Pizzeria, or rather, pizzeria... avoid it at all costs. Unpleasant. The person who served me was barely smiling, casual, and disrespectful. And on top of that, the food was really awful, both in taste and appearance. I won't be going back. I definitely don't recommend it.

16/10/2026: We ordered this Friday, October 16th. Very disappointed!! They tasted like day-old pizzas!! The toppings were practically nonexistent! Much better at Pizza Paide. Avoid at all costs!
