I placed an order on the app, requested extras which I PAID for, and when I received my pizza, they had the nerve to tell me I hadn't requested any extras. And when I went back to the Domino's store in La Roche-sur-Yon, they still had the nerve to tell me they didn't have time to remake my pizza. Listen to me, I work in the restaurant industry, and what's more, in a pizzeria that sees a lot of customers, between 350 and 400 covers a day and up to 500 on Saturdays. So, naturally, as soon as a customer has a problem with their pizza, even if my pizza chefs don't have time to remake it, they still take the time and remake it to meet the customer's request. And all they offered me was a can of soda. So frankly, this is and will be the last time I order from them.

08/02/2026: Very disappointed. I ordered two Savoyard pizzas without bacon, which were replaced with mushrooms. Despite a very fast delivery (9 minutes after placing the order), the pizzas arrived with bacon. Yes, it was a last-minute order before closing time, but it was accepted! So the guidelines must be followed! Speed ​​doesn't make up for anything! I now remember why I stopped ordering from you!!! Since the pizzeria was closed, it was impossible to return.

11/09/2025: We ordered two pizzas. I chose the 4-vegetable pizza, but I only got 3 vegetables: the artichoke bottoms were missing. The pizza was tasteless, with strange-tasting eggplant. As for the mozzarella, there's no point in talking about it... unless you like plastic. My friend had a mountain pizza: the same, nothing special. The night was restless, with stomach cramps until morning. In short, I really don't recommend it.

18/11/2025: First time at this restaurant on Saturday! At first, ordering wasn't straightforward, and there was no one to help us. Given how busy it was, the staff was overwhelmed! A little note explaining how things work would have been helpful! The meal was excellent! No complaints! Except perhaps the price was high if they included some extra ingredients! Like a bad lover, you couldn't live up to expectations… and yes, that's what you call a bad experience. An hour and twenty minutes of waiting and still no service… yet we arrived at 12:50 and asked if that was alright. The result? At 2:20 PM, we left, pizzas under our arms, tails between our legs, and with the firm intention of never returning… It's a shame, it was so good at the beginning… If you don't know how to do something, don't do it. So next time you have nice people you're going to treat like this, don't hesitate to apologize or offer a small gesture of goodwill. It's never unpleasant. Goodbye!

01/01/2026: The picture of our pizzas speaks for itself... Unfortunately, the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. The dough is mediocre, sprinkled with Emmental cheese and oregano, with a store-bought tomato sauce, and to top it all off, cooked on a griddle, which gives the pizzas a blackened appearance and an aftertaste of diesel fuel! In short! In Italy, you would have been shut down already, that's for sure. Obviously, I don't recommend it.

27/02/2026: Tonight, I ordered a dessert menu and it arrived without dessert. After several calls (an hour!), they finally sent me one dessert instead of two. I had to call again only to be told they'd forgotten or hadn't been paying attention. When they finally sent the second dessert, instead of a brownie, I received chocolate brownie ice cream. So I gave up and went down to the 7th floor for the fourth time. In short, my first and worst experience involves this pizza hot. 🤧🤣😭🤬😡
