04/08/2026: Extremely disappointed by this pizzeria, it's a disgrace. The pizzas are inedible: the dough clearly tastes like it came from a frozen, industrial source, and the ingredients are low-quality and obviously not fresh. On top of that, the woman at the counter is unpleasant, haughty, and completely unfriendly, which makes the experience even more disastrous. Avoid at all costs.

20/06/2026: I've been ordering from there for several years now. I always say it's the best pizzeria. I'm always disappointed when it's closed and I can't order my favorite pizza from them.

19/08/2026: Raclette lovers beware! We ordered for 6 when there were only 3 of us, and the portions were tiny... We thought it was outrageous! However, the pizzas are very good!!!

16/08/2026: It's always good... it's a small Pizza Hut, don't expect to eat at a table, you order and leave. 50% off the second pizza. One small criticism: my pan pizza was slightly dry.

26/05/2026: The "homemade" paella offered during the feria was truly disappointing. It was more like yellow rice than a real paella: a small piece of chicken, a shrimp… no seafood, no chorizo. Completely tasteless. The pizzas didn't look any more appetizing. As for the chairs, their condition was alarming: one even broke while a customer was sitting right next to us. In short, avoid this place! What a shame!

23/05/2026: The pizzas we ate either had too little or too much topping; everything tasted of flour and yeast. The pizza was worse than bad; I've never eaten anything so disgusting (opinion of a group of 20 people).

31/07/2026: After three hours of cycling and no food this place was an oasis of a cafe! Beautiful Nordic salad and a wonderful Caesar salad made my husband and I feel like we had energy in our legs again. Would highly recommend this wonderful place every meal I saw coming out looked great.

18/08/2026: We tried to have lunch at this restaurant twice. The first time, there were five of us waiting behind a couple to get a table. There were two tables available on the terrace, both for four. A young woman spoke to the couple in front of us... but ignored us. She then had a table of four split up to seat the couple. Our turn came after the waitress disappeared, and there was no response to our greeting. When we told them our potential party (four plus a six-year-old child), she said it was impossible, that the remaining table of four couldn't accommodate a fifth person because it was in the aisle. We were surprised by this behavior, as the other table of four was secluded and suitable for five or even six people. This response was accompanied by an inappropriate shift in body language. The couple who were seated gave us an embarrassed and apologetic look, which they shouldn't have done. The next day we tried again, booking directly. Still no response to our greeting; this establishment doesn't seem to know basic manners. An elderly and very reserved gentleman heard our request: a reservation for five at noon. He entered the dining room, and I took the liberty of following him—it was a public place, after all—to save him extra steps. He greeted me with a curt, "She's not going to stress me out!" Very courteous when addressing a customer (also 67 years old). I made a note, however, and told him we had time... He barked at me that a table would be reserved. End of episode two. I finally called to cancel; I didn't want to be rushed or ignored for an entire meal. The woman I spoke to on the phone was concise but polite, thankfully. Despite everything, there won't be a third time... Perhaps you should consider a career change, miss/sir... you're doing your establishment a disservice. Our advice: RUN AWAY!!!!! Even though we didn't get to taste the food and can't rate it... Thanks to these misadventures, we discovered two gems, which we're sharing: Le Coeur de Luchon and Le Châlet des Gourmands, just a stone's throw away on the Allées d'Etigny. You'll be welcomed with a smile, advised on excellent dishes, and receive attentive and pleasant service. Two delightful moments, exactly what you expect from a restaurant lunch. And what we appreciate: a pleasant time enjoying beautiful dishes with people who love what they do.

18/08/2026: We wanted to eat there last night and foolishly went for a drink today, and the staff were incredibly unpleasant. I don't recommend it. Luckily, there are much nicer places in Luchon.

25/07/2026: Avoid this place until the chef arrives in September 2026. Above all, don't order the risotto!

22/07/2026: Unfortunately, we were very poorly received and turned away; others got a table, even without a reservation.

21/08/2026: My father is disabled, uses a wheelchair, and has bandages on his legs. Not only did he receive a cold pizza, but the manager had the nerve to call him after the delivery to criticize him for not wearing trousers to receive the delivery driver (my father was in his underwear). It was the middle of a heatwave. She told him he would no longer receive deliveries from them. The person who dared to humiliate him like that has no empathy or dignity.

14/07/2026: We were extremely disappointed with our order: there was no one in the restaurant, so the nuggets fell on the floor and were put back in the box when they arrived (luckily my husband saw and asked for them to be replaced). The fries were undercooked, and the pizzas were very bland. In short, we do not recommend this restaurant.

22/06/2026: This is the best fast food I've ever eaten; I've been back several times. Plus, the staff are super friendly and respectful. I highly recommend it!

01/06/2026: I went there on Sunday, May 31, 2026. There was a strong smell of urine and mouse droppings. I went to the toilet and saw two mice eating scraps of bread. It already stank. The old man with the white beard looked at me strangely, spying on me like his disgusting young son. There weren't many fries and very little meat. I'm going to contact the Seine-Saint-Denis prefecture to close this restaurant due to hygiene and safety issues; the standards are not being met.

29/08/2026: Would absolutely not recommend. We had a genuinely lovely first visit here. The younger blonde member of staff was friendly, fun and welcoming, and we had a decent pizza. We paid by card at the end without any issue and left with a good impression. In fact, when we came back for coffee, I chose here specifically because we enjoyed our first visit. Unfortunately, our second experience was absolutely awful. There was a clear language barrier, which we completely understand and was not the issue. We made every effort to keep things simple. I asked for a cappuccino, then changed this to a café au lait as indicated she did not understand what a cappuccino was. When we tried to pay by card, the older, dark-haired woman serving us became extremely aggressive. She shouted “NO CARD, NO!” while interacting with other customers and rolling her eyes. When I tried to explain, using a translation app, that we were sorry for the inconvenience, that we had paid by card on our previous visit, and asked whether there was a cash machine nearby, she dramatically grabbed and threw a menu down in front of us and shouted, while acting out eating by putting her hand to her mouth, “MANGER! MANGER!” almost directly in my face. This was loud enough that people across the entire square turned around to look at us. We were more than happy to pay whatever the minimum card payment was because we were the ones without any cash. When we tried to explain this, again using the translation app, she once again shouted the situation across the square, with people looking over at us, commenting to her and generally making an already uncomfortable situation even more embarrassing. She continued talking and pointing about us, including seemingly explaining the situation to two new customers that had arrived, who subsequently looked over and laughed at us, too. Thankfully, my partner eventually found another, much friendlier member of staff inside who spoke some English. We explained that we had no cash and asked if we could please pay by card, offering to pay whatever minimum amount was necessary. We were immediately told that this was absolutely fine. Despite this, the older woman continued shouting inside to the staff in the kitchen, who were peering out and also laughing at us. She was then ramming the card machine into my phone that was in partner's hand, to process the payment, became angry when it didn't work immediately (it required my fingerprint), and once again shouted at my partner in French. He simply kept replying “pardon, pardon” to show that we genuinely weren't trying to cause any trouble. We didn't rise to any of the aggression because we just wanted the situation to end and honestly, get out of there. Eventually I went inside, paid and we left without even touching our coffees. I was so embarrassed and upset by the whole intense and shocking experience that I cried the entire way back to our accommodation (and things like this dont often bother me). We have travelled extensively and have dealt with plenty of language barriers. We obviously never expected everyone to speak English, and we've had some wonderful interactions precisely because we have had to muddle through and find ways to communicate. But there is absolutely no excuse for humiliating customers in front of an entire square simply because there has been a misunderstanding. Ironically, as we walked away, we overheard another person saying they were going to avoid the place because of their own experience with the rude woman. It's a real shame because our first visit was good and we would have happily returned. Unfortunately, the behaviour of this particular member of staff completely changed our impression. We are also part of a party of 12 and had planned to return that evening to get pizzas to take home. After this experience, I'm very glad we didn't give them the business. Would absolutely not recommend.

20/08/2026: The pizza was overcooked and very thin; the crust wasn't soft at all, it was crispy due to its thinness and the cooking time, almost burnt. Very disappointed. As a former pizza maker, I don't recommend it.

20/08/2026: For France, it's a decent pizza: good flavor and easy to digest (for the faint of heart, I recommend sticking with the classic pizzas, like us, who had the Margherita and the ham and mushroom ones). The rating is lowered by the price: €25 per person for a pizza and a beer is really a lot.
