02/10/2025: Great bakery, I never know what to choose, everything looks tempting at lunchtime!

22/09/2025: Hello A bit of a harsh comment, I admit. The bakery is nice, the food is good. But my experience this lunchtime was CATASTROPHIC. I came across a saleswoman who gave us a rude welcome. She rolled her eyes when I dared to ask a question. Very rushed, she made it clear she didn't have time "I have some cleaning to do." I dared ask her to relax. I'd be happy to hurry, but there are limits. And then, radio silence, not a word from her. She stopped responding, ignoring me. This is the first time I've been to this bakery, and it will be the last. I've never been greeted like this. Sorry to the owner, who offers nice products, but the welcome is just as important. Perhaps a good manners course to consider...?

09/04/2026: My first visit was a resounding success, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and genuine warmth—you immediately feel right at home. The girls took the time to explain the different delivery areas to me in detail, with great patience and kindness; it's rare, and it truly makes a difference! I couldn't resist the "special" pizza: (very!) generous, topped with delicious ingredients, a real treat. The value for money is unbeatable. I'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for such a warm welcome!

02/04/2026: Between the very unpleasant staff, the order that arrived only half right (I explicitly asked for an open calzone and was delivered a calzone pastry), and the poor quality ingredients, I am rather very disappointed with this pizzeria.

29/03/2026: Excellent restaurant right on the slopes. Great daily special: main course and dessert for €22.50, and well-prepared. Friendly service.

24/03/2026: Hello I'm writing a review, which isn't my usual practice, to share my experience. The food was very good and plentiful, BUT the service needs improvement. I called on Wednesday for a 7:30 pm reservation. Once I said 7:30 pm, I was told I had to leave at 9:10 pm for the second seating. I asked if I could call back within 5-10 minutes to confirm the time, as we were a group of 8. They said yes. I called back to say 9:15 pm, and they said okay. On Saturday, we arrived at 9:15 pm. The manager had the nerve to tell me the reservation was for 7:30 pm. I told him I had called back, and he said no. I never spoke to him directly; it was a woman. He even had the nerve to tell me, "Luckily, we're no longer in peak season, there's space available." Making remarks when they're the ones at fault due to a lack of communication between them is pointless. Being nonchalant when you're a restaurant owner is unacceptable. Furthermore, when it came time to pay the bill (since we were four couples, we split it four ways), they forced us to round up even though we didn't want to. It's a small detail, but when we're treated as if we were in the wrong when it's you who are, forcing us to round up for a tip is unacceptable. (I have a photo as proof, which I sent back since, according to them, I didn't.) Avoid this place; there are other restaurants in Isola 2000 with equally good food and a much better welcome.

12/12/2025: He promised me they were halal pizzas, but they're pork and not halal at all. BE CAREFUL

10/12/2025: A warm welcome, pleasant music, and delicious pizzas. The crust is thin and melts in your mouth, the toppings are generous and flavorful. All pizzas are between nine and eleven euros, extremely reasonable for the quality. In short, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it!

09/07/2025: You have to order at the bar but nothing is specified, hence the wait...limited waiter...this business is not clean...avoid

05/07/2025: The waiter? Gracious as a creaking prison door. He greets you with as much warmth as a tax notice. I've rarely seen such a haughty guy!

06/12/2025: When you call at 7 PM for an order that's NOT available immediately and they tell you...deliveries are fully booked until closing time 😂 they don't even offer you the option of coming in person

13/04/2026: Worst experience of my life. Honestly, between the pizza and the fries, I thought the chef had a contract with a salt mine. The meat was so dry I hesitated to ask for a glass of water… for it. And that overpowering flavor? Let's just say my taste buds are still reeling. A memorable experience, yes… but not in a good way.

24/01/2026: We ordered a pizza and were really disappointed. The ingredients were poor quality (especially the tomato sauce). It's a shame because this pizzeria used to be a local institution.

14/01/2026: We ordered two pizzas; one had a half-burnt crust and the other was topped with five sausage slices, which we had to add ourselves. A huge disappointment!

27/02/2026: Wow, where to begin... The smoke in there was unbelievable, a 55-minute wait for two kebabs, and burnt tenders... The smell of burnt oil permeated the tenders and fries too. The kebab was €7 each, without fries, so you had to pay extra. So, two kebabs with fries, five burnt tenders that smelled like overused oil that hadn't been changed, cost €25, without a drink. When the guy told me there would be a bit of a wait, I never imagined it would be almost an hour. This kebab place has nothing going for it; you're much better off going to a decent Ritchie's nearby, which is actually very good. I'm a kebab fan in general, but you can't really call this a kebab.

27/02/2026: Delicious fries, tender meat, chicken tenders to die for... Even my chickens wouldn't touch them... The first time we went there about 12 years ago, it was a bad experience. We went back because we were told it had changed owners... Well, it was a second bad experience... And the prices, don't even get me started... €7 for a kebab without fries... Anyway, we tried again, but were very disappointed...

06/03/2026: Yesterday, I placed my order at 7:27 PM for delivery. I called at 8:25 PM and was told the pizzas would be delivered in 20 minutes, that they were overwhelmed. I finally got through at 8:56 PM. That's an hour and a half between ordering and delivery—this is no joke, and it's not the first time. Plus, you can only pay for deliveries digitally now.
