16/03/2026: Don't be fooled by the location! This place is a tourist trap. The food is frankly mediocre, the mayonnaise and mustard are from the previous season, and to top it off, they don't take credit cards… in short, avoid it.

22/02/2026: Beef tartare that was still thawed, expired mayonnaise, and the manager tells us it's impossible because he just opened. The truth is, it's all from the previous season. Completely unprofessional and not good at all. You're better off eating at home.

14/02/2026: Every year we choose a local restaurant to celebrate the end of the year with our Orthopedics department at Bonnet Hospital, and this year our choice was very disappointing. We had to bring our own speakers for music because their sound system was supposedly broken. The dinner buffet was extremely disappointing and very meager for about thirty people, especially considering the price of €30 per person. This review is being written two months later because we haven't received a response from the owner to our email expressing our disappointment. The only positive aspect of this place is the location and its large, well-heated dining room.

26/02/2026: It all started with a beautiful sunny morning. After weeks of rain, we could finally soak up some vitamin D on the terrace. That was all my colleague needed to reserve a table on the terrace at the perfectly situated Café Odessa. What a joy it was to arrive and be told by the waiter that we wouldn't get a table on the terrace… but they still managed to find us one! (Cool!) What followed was a very long wait, due to the fact that it was very busy that day. We waited almost 45 minutes before we could order and nearly an hour and ten minutes before we could eat. It was only after all that time that the food arrived, and that was the final blow… Stale white bread, frozen fries, lukewarm meat… €19 for a bruschetta = 2 pieces of dry white bread, 3 tomatoes, and 4 pieces of mozzarella. This restaurant clearly takes advantage of tourists' gullibility. It's so expensive for what it is, and the service is anything but attentive. Café Odessa? I'd call it more like Café Indécent!

26/02/2026: The terrace was very pleasant, and our waiter Guillaume took excellent care of our family. The order and service were perfectly executed!

19/09/2025: The food was mediocre, not quite warm. A "mistake" at checkout: I overpaid by 20 euros. The receipt wasn't included. After asking, I got my money back.

21/02/2026: Tonight I ordered five pizzas, they arrived cold… for a delivery only 7 km away… disappointed with the result. The crust was too thick, the taste mediocre, and the cheese was a mystery—where was it? I definitely don't recommend it… (I suspect the delivery excuse meant it had to travel 25 km before arriving at my house) 😡

29/10/2025: I won't be going back. Poor quality. Very dirty toilets. One wonders why such places exist together.

04/03/2026: I don't recommend eating there, there are cockroaches in the kitchen, be careful, I would never eat there.

04/03/2026: Superb pizza, a welcome change from all the new pizzerias which are increasingly bland. The pizza maker had only been in the business for three months and it was fantastic, one of the best in Meaux, maybe even the best, as I haven't tried them all.

08/02/2026: They seem to be confused with their concept, being pushy with drinks even for early dinners, also be careful when paying the bill, they add to it without your knowledge/authorization in a very sneaky way just before you tap.

10/01/2026: A magical and welcoming place with a fantastic atmosphere and a team that takes excellent care of its staff. Five stars to the manager 🙏, professional and always smiling. A special mention for the waiter (tall blond)! What energy!! Very professional, with excellent wine knowledge. We had a wonderful evening, I highly recommend it ❤️

10/12/2025: A warm welcome, pleasant music, and delicious pizzas. The crust is thin and melts in your mouth, the toppings are generous and flavorful. All pizzas are between nine and eleven euros, extremely reasonable for the quality. In short, it's fantastic. I highly recommend it!

14/12/2025: Just the best place for plat du jour or a great burger. The coffee is excellent and the hosts are very friendly. Much more French than the places nearby and a welcome break from just tourist food.

03/01/2026: Excellent pizzeria! The service was impeccable and friendly, the pizzas were generously topped with high-quality, local ingredients, and I especially enjoyed the Burgundy pizza. Highly recommended!

09/12/2025: The pizzas were just okay and not very topped. We left hungry, even though I was very satisfied when I came three years ago. Also, there were four of us, and three of us got food poisoning… As for the service, I have no complaints. The woman who served us was very kind.
