25/07/2026: Good evening, you really need to have a word with the person who was cleaning the table outside. There were five of us, and we were greeted politely by the cashier, but not by the gentleman cleaning outside. We made the mistake of asking him for the menu, and he replied, "The menus are inside in the dry room." When I pointed out that there was one on the wall, clearly indicating delivery and takeaway prices, he simply replied, "Yes, yes, they're inside," even though he had five menus in his hand. We thanked you and said goodbye, and I'm leaving this comment so you know why five customers left like that; it wasn't because of the wait, just because of the behavior.

09/05/2026: We ordered four pizzas to take away on a Saturday, and it was a total disappointment. They were under-topped and didn't look like the pizzas in the photos. We won't be back. I don't recommend it.

22/04/2026: Good pizzeria in Rungis. A good selection of pizzas (I had the mountain pizza), generously topped and perfectly cooked. The service is efficient and quick. No waiting! It's not cramped at all... even for one person. The desserts are a bit small and expensive.

21/07/2026: I ordered a sandwich from them a week ago, I got diarrhea, and today I thought, I'll give them another chance, so I went to order a mixed plate. The person taking orders didn't inform me that there was no more wheat in the plate and took the initiative to add fries, lots of fries, even though I ordered the plate for the contents and not for the fries. This isn't right; he should have informed me. I wouldn't have ordered this plate, which cost 14 euros. There was nothing on the plate except a lot of fries and a little salad fighting with 2 or 3 pieces of grilled chicken.

17/08/2026: When delivered, it's almost cold; I can understand that because I live far away, but they need to make an effort with the fries: undercooked, so cold and raw when they arrive.

20/08/2026: Honestly, the thin crust was great and original! I slightly regret the meat-to-vegetable ratio on the pizza, though. Lots of bell pepper and not enough meat. I thought I was eating a vegetarian pizza. I'll definitely make a note of it; maybe this was the pizza I tried first.

19/08/2026: The service was very pleasant, and the staff were really nice. But it was the worst pizza of my life. The dough was practically nonexistent, and the toppings were barely there.

06/08/2026: A little gem in the heart of Thiviers. Very polite and attentive service. Delicious pizza, generously topped with lots of fresh ingredients. If I were in the area more often, this would be my favorite Italian restaurant in France 👌🏼 even if it is served from a food truck in an unusual way.

03/08/2026: The advertisement says "open 7 days a week" - it's misleading; it's closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

19/07/2026: Avoid this place at all costs, the welcome and service were terrible, we left without eating after waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes even though our order had been taken, they literally treated us like idiots.

29/05/2026: Was hoping to go there for dinner but the man turned us down because we didn’t have a reservation all for other people to come in as they please and not to mention all the seating inside was free too. We believe that it may be because we were tourists as we can’t think of any other explanation. Very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone hoping for a meal.

25/08/2026: I keep thinking about my last visit to Patapain, and since then I've found it hard to think about anything else but what I learned. In the standard farms where you buy your products, piglets have their tails docked and their teeth ground down, while sows spend half their lives in cages. This suffering completely ruins the customer experience.

25/08/2026: We arrived early in the morning and there were only 4 or 5 customers, which is very few! We waited 10 minutes before even getting a glance from the sales assistants; they were giggling amongst themselves instead of helping us… then we were asked to change lines when there were only 2 customers left. And we had already been waiting for 10 minutes without anyone asking us what we wanted. So we decided to leave because we had come for a quick lunch before an appointment. As a result, we left upset and with empty stomachs… very disappointed with this experience, avoid it in the morning!
