The staff is welcoming, and the service is pleasant and quick. They are patient and have a good sense of humor with children, who are very welcome.

08/02/2026: As a long-time loyal customer, I've always loved their pizzas and bought them very regularly. I always ordered the same ones: the extra-large ones, perfect for the whole family. On my last purchase, I was surprised to see that the size had changed: the pizzas had shrunk while the prices had gone up. I completely understand the price increase due to inflation, but the reduction in size is harder to accept, especially when you're used to it. Two pizzas used to be enough for the whole family, which is unfortunately no longer the case. It's all the more regrettable since I travel from Aulnay and Maisons-Alfort to buy them.

25/01/2026: I never bother writing a review on Google Maps, but I'm making an exception today because it's my duty to warn future customers: this club is absolutely to be avoided. From the moment you arrive, the contrast is striking. The atmosphere is heavy, tense, with a clientele whose average age is around 60. But if that were all... the real problem lies elsewhere. The staff's behavior is simply unacceptable. The waiters have wandering hands and indulge in intolerable physical familiarity. You don't feel comfortable, or even safe. The highlight of the show is the owner. I've never seen anything like it: he literally flew into a rage with every couple or individual who decided to leave the evening 'too early' for his liking. We witnessed some bizarre scenes where he verbally attacked departing customers. Honestly, spare yourself the experience. Between the general unease, the staff's lack of respect, and the management's aggression, you're guaranteed to have a bad evening. Don't go.

13/02/2026: We've been ordering from Paton for years (since around 2010) and never had a problem, but since the change of ownership, the quality has plummeted. It's already hard to find a pizzeria that offers fresh ingredients, and now it's impossible. Before, the pizzas were generous and reasonably priced. The prices haven't changed, but the sizes are simply a rip-off. The "26cm" has become a tiny portion; the box is 26cm, but the pizza itself isn't. The amount of ingredients on the pizza has decreased, and imagine my surprise when, after asking for extra Boursin cheese because the usual quantity had shrunk, I was told it was frozen. Frozen? Wasn't it supposed to be fresh, as always indicated on the website, which, by the way, hasn't been updated since the change of ownership? In addition to the crust being incredibly thin and cardboard-like, the mozzarella is tasteless, unlike its previous delicious flavor, and there's no extra topping given its A4-sheet thickness, leaving a strange aftertaste. We had already noticed a decline in quality with our previous orders; a hair on the pizza when some young people came to work there in August 2025, a significant reduction in the quantity of ingredients, and the lack of extra toppings (the mozzarella topping is ultimately the same amount of cheese as if we hadn't ordered it at all; we'd encountered this problem before). We decided to return anyway, thinking it was only temporary. The service was very unfriendly and impersonal. We will miss this pizzeria and its former high-quality products. For your information: the meat is halal, which means that all the pizzas that previously included excellent bacon and ham have been replaced with an unknown product—a complete lack of honesty. Thank you to the previous owners for providing us with excellent quality food so far, and best of luck for the future. 🫶🏻

14/01/2026: The restaurant is very clean, and we were greeted by a beautiful parrot. The waitress was very friendly and professional, and the service was quick and efficient. The pizza 🍕 was excellent, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients and perfectly prepared and baked dough. La Storia is an unassuming pizzeria that's definitely worth a visit!

08/08/2025: I bought 2 pizzas from a vending machine and was frankly very disappointed by the texture of the pizzas (greasy and almost nothing disappointed) thin crust. Considering the price, I thought I would have better, it ended up as a dog meal. Inedible

28/10/2025: One point for the pizzas, which aren't too bad. However, since a very friendly waitress left, this restaurant is best avoided. In the evening after 8 p.m., you're bothering the staff. At 9:30 p.m., they tell you, "We don't want you to leave, but...". A disaster. I'm not surprised that with businesses like this, Provins is destined to die like a lost village in a forgotten valley.

16/09/2025: Back after about ten years for a takeaway pizza. The pizzas are good. Probably the best in Provins... The dough is thin but well risen around the edges, the cooking was impeccable. Good taste for the four cheeses. Ready 15 minutes after ordering as announced by phone. Very friendly and warm welcome. No false notes with each order.👍👍👍😋
