27/09/2026: A cockroach during our meal… and, above all, an incomprehensible reaction from the manager. While we were eating, we spotted a cockroach. We immediately alerted the waiter, who passed the information on to the manager. From that moment on, it was difficult for me to continue eating. My appetite was completely ruined. Yet, we didn't make a scene. When it came time to pay the bill, I simply wanted to mention it discreetly to the manager, out of respect for the other customers. His reaction left me even more perplexed than the incident itself: he pretended not to hear my comment. Not a word, not an apology, not even a genuine acknowledgment of what we had just reported. Seeing a cockroach in a restaurant is already particularly unpleasant. But when a customer takes the trouble to report the problem calmly and discreetly, the least they can do is listen and react professionally. An establishment can encounter an incident. What truly reveals his seriousness is how he handles it. In our case, it is precisely this lack of reaction that transforms a bad experience into a frankly unacceptable one.

15/09/2026: The food is excellent, whether it's the pizzas, pasta, or meat dishes. The staff is very friendly and the prices are reasonable. It's a shame the building and exterior are neglected; the restrooms also leave much to be desired. Everything needs renovating, and that would make people want to come back even more!

19/08/2026: Excellent Italian cuisine, very generous portions, friendly waiter, and the price was quite reasonable considering the amount of food. Leftovers are available for those with smaller appetites.

03/10/2026: The service was disastrous; the waiters were incredibly nonchalant. The carbonara was awful: pasta with cream, an omelet inside, and almost raw bacon.

01/10/2026: I was looking for a place to park, the person helped me by moving barriers to let me park in front of the restaurant. The personnel here is incredibly nice. I truly recommend this restaurant.

06/09/2026: It was my first time at Pizza Pat. We were seated very quickly, the service was fast and efficient, and the atmosphere was pleasant. I ordered a pizza and my husband had a Bolognese sauce, and everything was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely return as soon as we get back.

29/09/2026: A pizzeria I used to go to often. But I won't be going back. We ordered 20 pizzas for my dad's funeral. As a way to pay our respects. In the end, there were far fewer people than expected. I called to cancel the order. The funeral was at 11:00 AM, and the pizzeria opens at 11:00 AM, so I called at 9:30 AM and left a voicemail. When she arrived at our place of remembrance, she realized we no longer needed them. We offered to do her a favor (since I think it's their fault for not listening to their answering machine). She said yes, we could probably resell some. But her boss on the other end of the phone wouldn't hear of it. A money-making machine. Disappointed, they won't see me there again. I regret it (and judging by the comments, I'm not the only one). The former owners.

27/09/2026: I came on a match day and the welcome was perfect. The pizzas are excellent, with a wide selection available.

04/10/2026: The welcome and friendliness were barely adequate. We waited an hour and twenty minutes under the pretext that they had a lot of customers to serve (15 people were there for lunch), only to be served a very mediocre main course and dessert. The establishment was dirty and poorly maintained; I won't go into details. Everyone is free to form their own opinion, but as for us, we do not recommend this establishment.

23/09/2026: Really disappointed and not customer-oriented. Unpleasant staff. Slow service. Dishes didn't match our order. I do not recommend this restaurant.

19/06/2026: What a disappointment this dinner was! The salads (which cost as much as a main course) were practically empty, barely enough for a starter. The desserts were mass-produced, and the bread was stale. The setting is unusual, but that's understandable given that the place transforms into a nightclub at night. Luckily, the waitress was very friendly!

18/10/2026: I highly recommend this Domino's! We ate there on Saturday the 17th in the evening. The service was great and the food was delicious. Thank you! 💪🏼

31/07/2026: We arrived at 7:45 PM. She warned us that they were closing in 15 minutes, which was surprising for a Friday night in the middle of July. So the welcome wasn't exactly friendly, but since she was about to close the restaurant, we probably disturbed her. However, no complaints: the salads are generous and delicious! I highly recommend it!!

17/06/2026: Mexican/Latino friends, if you come, PLEASE don't order the honey mustard. They put wasabi in it without telling you, and it's incredibly spicy. If it weren't for that, it would have been amazing. Come anyway, but be careful with the honey mustard!

16/05/2026: Upon arriving at the door, the restaurant was closed, even though it was listed as open online.

22/04/2026: Good pizzeria in Rungis. A good selection of pizzas (I had the mountain pizza), generously topped and perfectly cooked. The service is efficient and quick. No waiting! It's not cramped at all... even for one person. The desserts are a bit small and expensive.

23/09/2026: I highly recommend it; we've been going to Les Rois de la Pizza for several years. The welcome is always warm, the pizzas are delicious and generously topped. You can go there without hesitation!

26/09/2026: Frankly, a very bad experience. Nothing was right: service, wait time, and quality. I do not recommend it.

25/09/2026: The fries were overcooked and cut into peas, too much oil and not the first time, they didn't bring bread, no complimentary food from the chef, no straws for the cocktails, everything was super greasy in old oil. I ordered veal for 28 euros and they brought some scraps. I don't recommend this restaurant.

20/09/2026: We wanted to order two pizzas to take away before service (the manager was watching TV), but he categorically refused, claiming we'd never eaten in the restaurant before. He can rest assured, we'll never be back. New residents of Royan.

01/10/2026: Hello 👋 - We came for a romantic dinner 👥️❤️ last night - For the very first time, I can tell you 🗣 and guarantee that it's high quality - The crust was airy 👍 and the toppings were perfect 👍👍 (not too much ➖️, not too much ➕️) - The staff was very helpful 🍽 👍👍 - We ordered two medium Welsh 🍕 pizzas plus ➕️, one 🥤 Cherry Coke, and one Fanta 🧋. The total came to €30.80. I'm very grateful for the service 👍👍 - I'd be happy to recommend it 😉👍
