23/05/2026: Frankly, I'm disappointed with Domino's Pizza lately. They used to be generously topped and tasty, but now the quality has clearly dropped. The crust is often dry, the ingredients seem less fresh, and there's much less topping than before. Plus, the pizzas sometimes arrive lukewarm. For the price, you'd expect something better. I hope they improve this quickly because it makes me less inclined to order from them again.
28/03/2026: We've been ordering from Domino's for years now. Never had a problem. Orders are always delivered quickly, the staff are very friendly, and the pizzas are delicious.

08/03/2026: Avoid these pizza thieves! They charge €13.50 for delivery, but you'll get it back at 3:20 PM. Thanks a lot! The person who delivered it was incredibly unpleasant. I'll never set foot in that place again.
06/03/2026: We ordered a large American pizza, what a disappointment! Tasteless, bland, and under-seasoned. Expensive for what it was. A shame.

19/05/2026: On Monday, May 18th, I arrived in Bastia and decided to have breakfast in a small village, Vivario. I asked a woman at the establishment what they had for breakfast and if it was possible to have a cappuccino. Instead, a pain au chocolat accompanied my drink. Imagine my surprise when I arrived! They served me a café au lait! And I have no idea how old the pain au chocolat was, it was so shriveled. A word of advice to the owners: if you can't make what a customer asks for, it's not a big deal, just say so. As for the pastries, I'm speechless.
Then they complain about not having any customers! I didn't think to take a picture. But it's my fault; I should have refused the order.

Okay, we understand, except it was COLD on top as soon as it arrived at the table because the ingredients were frozen...
It's emptying quickly, and we get it.
Seriously, make an effort with the service too. It's rushed.
Disappointing.
At least the atmosphere is quiet given the low number of customers.

21/06/2026: A very bad experience at this Domino's, mainly due to the behavior of the manager and his team. The problem isn't the pizza itself, but the complete lack of respect and professionalism I witnessed.
When I placed my order, I simply asked that my pizzas not be cut. It's a personal request that doesn't interfere with the preparation in any way and is entirely up to the customer. Yet, as soon as I made this request, the manager reacted mockingly, making a face as if my request were ridiculous.
Then he went to see his cook. The cook turned to me from behind his glass partition, looked directly at me, and burst out laughing with his manager. This scene was very awkward, especially in front of the other customers.
I then saw the manager cutting my pizzas while laughing with his colleague, even though I had clearly asked that they not be cut. He then came back to me with the order ready. I asked him to confirm that the pizzas had been cut. He told me they were cut properly and added, in front of the other customers, that my request was "weird," comparing it to ordering a hamburger without a bun.
This remark was unnecessary and disrespectful. A customer has the right to have a different preference, even if it deviates from the establishment's usual practice. A professional's role is not to judge or ridicule a request, but simply to respect the customer's choice or calmly explain if it's impossible.
I explained to him that it was simply my choice. His reaction was to tell me he was canceling my order. I waited for a solution to be offered, such as remaking the pizzas correctly, but no proposal was made.
So I placed the exact same order again, specifying once more that the pizzas should not be cut. The manager told me he wouldn't remake them, that he didn't want to reorder, and that they were closing immediately, telling me to come back in the evening.
What's most disappointing about this situation isn't that my pizzas were cut. The real problem is the attitude: the mocking, the laughter, the remarks in front of other customers, and the complete lack of willingness to find a solution. For a brand like Domino's, one normally expects a minimum of respect, attentiveness, and customer service. A manager should set an example for their team and know how to handle a customer request professionally, even when it's unusual.
I hope management takes note of this situation, because this behavior gives the brand a very bad image. Mistakes happen, but the way they're handled shows the level of consideration given to the customer. A customer doesn't ask for special treatment; they simply ask to be respected.
31/05/2026: We usually order takeout, but this time it was a complete farce.
We ordered through the app, paying upon delivery: two large pizzas, three sides (one cheesy bread, one cheese slizza, and some chickenitos), and one drink.
When we arrived at the store, the person at the counter gave our order to someone else. They reordered, but they were out of chickenitos, so my partner asked for a pepperoni slizza instead.
He went back to the car, and to his surprise, he received two olive slizzas and some buffalo wings. Only the pizzas and the drink were correct.
I called again because we don't usually eat those, so I asked for the two slizzas (cheese and pepperoni) plus the cheesy bread. In the end, the same person at the counter gave me one cheese slizza and one cheesy bread. Tired of struggling to get the right order we left, but frankly it's really not professional, especially since the person at the counter wasn't going to take our payment, but we're not thieves, so my partner had to tell him twice that he hadn't paid yet.

07/04/2026: Outright robbery!! The person answering the phone didn't provide proper information, didn't mention promotions, and didn't tell us about the exorbitant price charged PER pizza for delivery!! €20.30 instead of €13!!! Considering we ordered 10 pizzas, that makes the delivery extremely expensive!!
NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

04/06/2026: A great spot near the beach. Quick and delicious.
Very affordable prices (€12.50 for the four-cheese, royal, and goat's milk honey pizzas, for example).
They don't take cards, but don't worry, there's an ATM 5 minutes away.
21/05/2026: Fast delivery, but I honestly would have preferred to wait an hour. Half the pizza fell apart. First and last time. Thanks a lot!

27/03/2026: We ate at the restaurant on March 27th, and the service was frankly disappointing. The owner made snide remarks to her employee in front of the customers, and in a fit of anger, she slammed all the doors in front of everyone. So, we ate amidst the noise of slamming doors and inappropriate comments. The young waitress was very pleasant but clearly uncomfortable with the situation in front of the customers.
It's a shame, because the food is good, but the owner definitely doesn't make you want to come back.
13/03/2026: The pizzas are good and the prices are reasonable. The service, and especially the owner who waits for you... you should change careers... Accounting or cleaning seems more suitable; interpersonal skills aren't your strong suit. It's a shame!

They tell you to come back and they'll see about making something else, but then they're out of stock.
It's a disgrace to pay for something you can't eat. I've been a customer for years, but that's it. Avoid this place at all costs; they have absolutely no respect for their customers.

01/06/2026: Extremely disappointed. I called the café to ask what time to arrive to watch the Champions League final. They told me to come two hours early and that reservations weren't possible, which I completely understand.
My group and I arrived two hours and twenty minutes before the final, and to our surprise, we were told, and I quote: "Here, you have to order something every 30 minutes, otherwise you won't get in!" 🤯 I was hoping it was a joke, but no, absolutely not...
The welcome was far from pleasant, and ABOVE ALL, this is a scandalous and deplorable business practice, since it's simply illegal to do that! The atmosphere left much to be desired, and none of my friends were keen to spend €30 to €35 in a bar, especially given the completely illegal requirement to push customers to buy more every 30 minutes.
In short, I absolutely do not recommend this bar, even though it seemed nice at first glance. The atmosphere and the staff were clearly not up to par.
31/05/2026: Had a great dinner here with the family. My son loved the spaghetti, wife and I had some decent dishes too. There was some drink my wife got that she said was great. We would go back here certainly. The atmosphere was busy busy outside, with some nice mist spraying down because of the 30+ degree weather, but inside was nice and quiet which we found great.
