However, there is a drama with Mr. Gray who serves customers. He is not nice if he hears that you want to order fewer pizzas than there are people. He takes away the cutlery, talks under his breath. Drama.

26/08/2024: 50 minutes of waiting for a single pizza, at lunchtime in the middle of the week when there are no other customers... to end up with a cold pizza.
23/08/2024: Ordering 2 XL pizzas, I open the door and see the delivery man picking up my pizza slices by hand to put them back in the box because they had fallen into his bag. In addition, the bottles of Fuze Tea ordered are not indicated as Light on the site, but it is this calorie-free product that we receive. The store doesn't even care about my problem, does NOT EVEN offer to send me the pizzas back and tells me to contact customer service available only in writing. It's a shame. 40€ thrown out the window. I used to order frequently but this is one taste too many. TO FLEE

10/09/2024: I have been ordering from MyWok for years, the food is not bad but not excellent. I always ordered delivery so I had never seen the staff! As a result, I wondered if I wasn't disturbing them, I felt too much (3 people in the restaurant). My order was supposed to be ready by 5 p.m., but I picked it up at 6:15 p.m., without any apology. I didn't even get a hello! The only question that was repeated to me twice was: “how do you pay” even though my order was already paid for. Honestly, I have rarely seen such unwelcoming staff, they make it clear to you that you are making them... So, I don't understand the concept, what's the point of opening a restaurant if you avoid the customer?!
01/09/2024: Employees who are bitter and who speak very badly is really disrespectful, especially Mr. Renoi to see again.

15/12/2024: Encore un restau/dansant décevant. Resa pour 9 garçons (35/40ans), sérieux, propre, qui voulaient juste passer une bonne soirée. Mais cet endroit "se réserve le droit de refuser les entrées", avec comme argument : "y a aucun endroit ou vous rentrerez à 9 gars". Associé à un vigile mal-aimable au possible, agressif, et peu évolué (d'ailleurs il existe des dispositifs d'aide à l'insertion, dont il pourrait profiter). Je ne comprends pas comment ce lieu peut être fréquenté. Attention à l'excès de confiance...
Finalement il y a heureusement des endroits sur Marseille qui acceptent les groupes joyeux. Super soirée, mais ailleurs, au Propaganda 🫶🏽🥳.

And best of all, their customer service response to my complaint which can be summed up as: sorry, we will try to do better next time. No compensation obviously…

04/07/2024: I like their pizzas and they offer Algerian specialties that are rarely offered in other restaurants. I recommend his hard Kabyle bread, which is so good. The only point to improve is the restaurant is narrow.

I don't understand how the manager could let a pizza go in this condition.
If your employee is not happy with their job, they should resign and look for something that suits them.
14/07/2024: Not good and can't find my home even though it's located 2 steps from the pizzeria..
As a result, extended minutes on the phone to guide the delivery man and a pizza delivered cold by an employee with borderline customer service... A cordial call from the manager subsequently eased the pressure but we have to learn from all the employees to respect people, customers.

11/08/2024: "I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant. We ordered two Caesar salads and two Niçoise salads, and it was simply inedible. The salads were flavorless, barely garnished, with ingredients that looked like they came straight out of a can No freshness, no attention to detail, just sloppy plates without the slightest effort.
To top it all off, the service was terrible. The staff was rude and inattentive, as if we were disturbing. A disappointing experience from start to finish. We will never set foot in this place again.”

Good will but very incompetent.

22/08/2024: Order a giant cookie for delivery. They manage to deliver me a pizza... You are strong all the same, yes a mistake happens but hey you can see the difference between a cookie and a pizza.

05/09/2024: Had always delivery from uber eat from Neudorf never Crenenbourg and Crenenbourg mob deliver the cardboard wet no matter the pitza well made but a screwdriver inside call the service they say don't know possible the cardboard inside it has the trace of the point of the screwdriver and brand new I advise against tomorrow I will file with the chamber of commerce
