06/12/2025: A 45-minute wait at the drive-thru, just to take the order, then another 10 minutes to pay, and another 20 minutes waiting for the order... fast food? Really? Deploying more staff, waiting over an hour for a Happy Meal is unacceptable. Plus, once you're in line, there's no way to turn around.

13/11/2024: I went to Ernest and Valentin’s house today, and I was very disappointed by the welcome. Although I was visibly waiting, a saleswoman chose to serve another customer who arrived after me. This lack of consideration surprised me so much that I preferred to leave. I can't say if this was due to discrimination... Very disappointed with this experience with Ernest and Valentin.

10/11/2024: I went to the bakery to take my order from a waitress with a smile, polite who understands us, thank you Alexandra. Not like a young girl max 20 years old who was there in the evening doesn't smile, pulls her head, not even polite. 22/09/2024: After a first experience of poor quality (missing sandwich in the Drive order), we decided to give this Burger King restaurant a second chance. Unfortunately, we should not have granted it to them because the second experience was even worse than the first: error in two out of three menus, with sandwiches not corresponding to the order and at a lower price (therefore representing a financial loss for us) . Added to this is a generally cold meal, with fries that appear to be from the day before. In conclusion, a more than approximate order! We are shocked at the difference in quality between this Burger King restaurant and other Burger Kings in general.

22/09/2024: Saturday September 21 we arrive at 11:30 p.m. and we are kindly kicked out because the store is closed. However, the door and site close at 12 a.m., the manager is going to be upset and I'm going to report it to the regional level, it's abnormal.

21/09/2024: Les Plats proposés sont variés et délicieux. par contre l'hygiène est déplorable. le sol est crasseux . quand aux toilettes c'est l'apocalypse. Elles sont très sales. il n'y a pas de déodorant. Je pense que les responsables de ce restaurant ont le nez bouché.

To top it all off: - a deplorable and cold welcome, what are the servers for? - pitiful quality of dishes! Defrosted, even in the famous fast food chains you eat better. - unbalanced and poorly organized dishes - no possibility of having a carafe of water, on the pretext that the place is not connected to drinking water (yet there are toilets (very dirty, and without soap) with drinking water… ) - broken ski racks, all the equipment is huddled together! And so on! The only positive points (because you have to find some…): - eat quickly, and therefore quickly return to the slopes - be close to the lifts, in the sun with a view of the mountains

17/01/2025: Icy welcome, dull and impersonal atmosphere. The terrace, although well positioned, in no way highlights the magnificent setting of the restaurant! We could have had a view of the mountainous horizon, we had a view of folded parasols. The kitchen is just passable, the dishes served at the self-service restaurant were cold. The manager seems to be aware of this since a microwave is available to customers... who are waiting in line to reheat their dishes! If I understand the logistical constraints of a high-altitude restaurant, and the associated prices, it is difficult to justify that a reheated canteen dish costs €22. Finally, the restaurant is illegal by refusing to serve customers tap water. So, quenching your thirst at Arpasson will cost €6, the price of a 25cl plastic bottle of mineral water! To avoid, many best high-altitude restaurants are just a few strokes away!

21/09/2024: DISAPPOINTING, XENOPHOBIA AND HOMOPHOBIA. You want to be rejected by your appearance. You are welcome. There were 2 of us, well dressed for the establishment and the time of year. We were recommended to write a letter of complaint. This box disappointed me with any improvement in the open-mindedness of a society where we accepted each other. Between 2 30-year-olds who just want to have fun and two 20-year-olds. Which ones will consume the most and create the most atmosphere? It's really a shame. ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT RECOMMEND.
