23/01/2026: A truly astonishing experience… in the worst possible way!!! I never would have believed that in 2026, a hotel could still refuse a guest after 9:30 pm. This is probably the only establishment in France that considers travelers a nuisance! My reservation, made on Tuesday, January 20th for an arrival on Friday, January 23rd, was perfectly confirmed. I had even specified that I would be arriving late, since I was coming from the south of France. Nothing unusual, until that fateful phone call on the road. The receptionist, charming and impeccably professional, explained, slightly embarrassed, that her boss had ordered her to no longer accept anyone after 9:30 pm. Fortunately, she knows her job: she even described the protocol for late arrivals, with an external key box and an access code, and kindly sent me photos of the system – location, code, everything. Everything was ready for a smooth stay. But clearly, the owner prefers guests who go to bed before him. He refused to implement this protocol, claiming that this solution was "reserved for regulars." In other words: if you have the misfortune of not being a regular customer, move along, your reservation is worthless. A contemptuous, anti-business, and outdated attitude. One really wonders what kind of "hospitality professional" closes their doors at 9:30 p.m. when everything is ready to welcome a tired traveler. When a hotelier treats their guests this way, they don't deserve the name "hotel," much less the trust of travelers. Absolutely avoid!

10/11/2025: I spent a week in this hotel, the staff were super friendly, the room was spotless, the food was very good, I would gladly return.

24/02/2026: I'm giving 4 stars out of respect for your very difficult work. The welcome and service were very good. The atmosphere was very good. The osso buco was well prepared but very tough. (I left the second piece.) The blueberry tart was more like a blueberry omelet in a tart shell. Perhaps we'll have better luck next time? Sincerely.

22/02/2026: A quick lunch stop on the mountain road. Excellent welcome, home-cooked food, and very reasonable prices. We felt right at home.

09/03/2026: If you loved La Cabane for its cozy atmosphere and delicious food, be warned that all that is now over. It's now La Fête à Neuneu, and a simple fondue (which is actually a particularly easy dish to make and perfect: three cheeses and a little white wine) has become something that resembles just about anything but fondue... In short, if you want to have a very drunken stag party or just belt out French hits from the 80s with the tables next to you without giving a damn about what you're eating, this is the place for you. Otherwise, look elsewhere (there are at least two very good ones nearby).

08/03/2026: We were a group of 8 and when it came time to pay we all paid our parts but the waitress made a mistake and asked us to pay an additional remaining 40€. When I realised, I went back to the restaurant to ask a refund on the extra money. The attitude of the owner was horribly condescendant, told me it was peak shift, she was busy, nothing was wrong on her side, started dancing at the till instead of helping, kept on grumbling, told me she could only check the next day with the bank etc.. things got resolved when the waitress came, actually counted the receipts, realised the mistake and respectfully corrected it. Very disappointed about the owner’s attitude

23/02/2026: A lovely mountain restaurant ideally located at the foot of the Lune Bleue chairlift. Simple and quick cuisine (fries/burgers/daily special/sausages...). Burger/fries/drink meal deal: €19. Quite reasonable prices for a mountain restaurant.

14/02/2026: Everything at the self-service was fine; the fries and hotdog were delicious. Everything looked fine. The restaurant also looked well-maintained.

26/02/2026: Well, not too expensive even if the menu is a bit pricey, the burgers are good and the fries are decent.

20/02/2026: Superbly located right at the foot of the slopes. The hamburgers are absolutely delicious. Nina and Geoffray are lovely!

13/03/2026: We had a wonderful meal. Quick and friendly service. Allison was very nice and efficient.

18/02/2026: We just enjoyed a fondue, the three of us couldn't finish it! The portions were very generous and the staff were very welcoming, smiling, and attentive. We'll gladly come back for a drink or a meal.

09/02/2026: We ordered two pizzas on a Sunday evening. The service was friendly, but we couldn't eat the pizzas. The ingredients were poor quality (low-grade ham), the toppings were undercooked, and the crust was hard. Even more disappointing, we contacted the owner by email to express our dissatisfaction but received no reply.

16/12/2025: Excellent pizza! Ultra-fast service and consistently high quality! The only downside is they don't accept cards, but there are several ATMs nearby, so that makes up for it!

09/01/2026: My best discovery during my stay in Les Arcs! Located right on the slopes, it's very easy to get to. A warm welcome, with smiling and helpful staff, a welcome change from the crowded and impersonal restaurants you sometimes find in resorts. As for the food, the ingredients are top-quality and the portions are generous. I savored a beautiful piece of beef with Périgord sauce. A real treat, cooked to perfection. For dessert, the génépi crème brûlée was a real winner. I'll definitely be back!

07/01/2026: We were extremely disappointed with this restaurant, which we had been eagerly anticipating. The place has a lot of charm, but the welcome was lukewarm and there was no background music in the restaurant, making us feel almost like we were intruding when we arrived at 12:30. The menu was enticing, but the dishes were soulless: everything lacked seasoning, two baked eggs were completely undercooked (we had to send them back, much to their surprise), and my mother kept her Saint Marcellin cheese starter, which, despite not being melted, was also undercooked. We wanted to cancel our main course given the disappointment, but the kitchen had already started cooking our main courses, even though we hadn't even finished our starters. This was odd, considering we had chosen dishes that require delicate cooking, such as trout and sweetbreads. The sweetbreads were actually small veal sweetbreads (less refined, yet still costing €42 a dish), overcooked and served with a bland purée. The vegetable noodles were also completely unseasoned. The trout, on the other hand, was cooked perfectly, although the accompanying vegetables lacked any real finesse. The wine list was also very disappointing, despite trying several different bottles. Being in the restaurant industry, we always avoid negative public comments, preferring to communicate directly to the restaurant owners. However, the staff here, despite being well aware of our disappointment, didn't bother to find out more or try to understand what had upset us, so we left without a word, disappointed by our disappointing lunch.

02/03/2026: Disappointed with my visit. Self-service at the price of a sit-down restaurant. You order your food at the self-service counter, but it's not always ready right away; you have to wait with your tray like in a cafeteria. Half the dishes were cold, which is a shame because they looked good, but cold food isn't pleasant. The restrooms aren't clean; it's like being at a motorway service station. In short, the only positive point was the friendliness of the staff who took our order and processed our payment. I won't be back.

20/02/2026: We've been coming for three years and it's a sure thing. We're never disappointed... the typical dishes are super delicious, and what can I say about the welcome... we'll gladly return. You can go there without hesitation... Jean-Luc and Nathalie are truly friendly and welcoming... we highly recommend it...

25/01/2026: It's in a beautiful spot next to a drag lift, with stunning views in both directions. The staff is friendly and speaks English. Reservations are recommended, as it's very small, and food is only served indoors in winter. We loved this place! We ended up going here three times during our vacation.

20/01/2026: Not worth the detour. Its lunch time and the restaurant is empty, but the lady said they are busy and its impossible to eat. Suggested to go to a different place - wonderful attitude and service.

07/03/2026: Our favorite mountain restaurant 😊 The terrace is huge and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The service is very attentive and the food is good. Don't hesitate to stop by for a break!

01/03/2026: A suitable option when you have to deal with altitude 1850, without spending more than 1000€ to sleep, plus it is possible to eat there for between 50 and 60 euros unlike other tables which sell samples for 150 euros.
