The manager was fantastic, offering us a table on a very busy lunchtime without a reservation… thank you! 🙏
23/02/2026: Excellent restaurant! They have everything you could want. And a nice bonus for parents: children can ski while being supervised by their parents. Highly recommended!

The desserts are very good. For the price of the set menus, there's nothing to complain about.
There's an upstairs area for eating in, as well as space on the ground floor, and tables outside when the weather is nice.

16/07/2026: We ordered the "Loris Tomato Onion" burger for takeout, which was supposed to be made with steak and chicken.
When we got home and opened the burger, we were unpleasantly surprised to find only one steak and a single, tiny piece of chicken. We were very disappointed with the quality of the food for this order.
15/07/2026: First STEM order via click and collect, 2 burgers and an order error... I do not recommend it.

The valley is magnificent.
For dinner, you can also go to Taverna dell'Orso (a 5-minute walk in the heart of the village).
Open for a month now (family-run),
the food is extraordinary and the service is sensational.

Wow, the welcome was top-notch!!! The food, I'd say wow!!!!!!! Truly homemade and fresh!! Delicious, yum! Yum!!! Perfect for families and couples, with cozy rooms!!! And for me, a business trip, it was fantastic!! A real relaxation experience!!! I'd say come on over!!!!!!! 😊😉 Thank you so much for this wonderful time!!!

30/06/2026: We went to L’Encas, and the fries were frozen and the portion was tiny. The hamburger wasn't 180g as stated on the menu, and it wasn't rare, even though we had asked for it. The menu listed new potatoes, but we ended up with fries. For the price, we were very disappointed.

13/07/2026: While the bar is really nice inside and the wine selection is extensive, the prices for the platters and other sharing platters are very high compared to the portion sizes. Paying €25 for a mixed platter is fine, but it should include a bit more of everything.
