We continue with a smiling, very warm and professional service and then enjoy dishes cooked with lots of flavors, balanced in the mouth.
20/03/2024: Avons essayé de déjeuner un midi.Je dis bien essayé, car, après une bonne heure d'attente, la serveuse, vient nous dire que notre commande était perdue ! Sans plus d'explication ni d'excuses de la part d'un responsable, désolant.

24/09/2024: A big thank you to the desert stopover for making our wedding unforgettable! The setting is magnificent, the catering excellent, and Émilie was remarkably attentive and available throughout the preparation. Our guests were charmed by the beauty of the place and the quality of the dishes. Thanks to perfect organization, everything went perfectly. We couldn't have asked for anything better for our big day!
10/09/2024: We just had our wedding at Desert Stopover and it was absolutely perfect! The setting is magnificent, Émilie and Vincent took great care of us and our guests! The 24-bed gîte next door is a real plus. Many thanks for everything!

Delicious pizzas
16/08/2024: Located on the outskirts of Lanslebourg. From the outside you wouldn't expect such a pretty restaurant to be hidden inside.
The selection of pizzas (12-15€) is large - well topped, thin base - and there are many regional dishes. Everything tasted very good (only the homemade fries with the steak haché were too soft) and were obviously freshly prepared.

22/08/2024: Avec ma femme, on s'attendait a beaucoup mieux . Le plat du jour , des pates au truffe râpée était bon mais un peu bourratif avec trop de pates et pas assez variées. Le pain perdu en dessert était brulé et sec. Le cadre est agréable avec la vue du soleil couchant sur le lac.
21/08/2024: Nous avons déjeuner en famille au restaurant. Une véritable réussite.
Le cadre est accueillant, les verres à vin sont supers (c’est important à souligner si vous buvez un vin un peu sympa), le personnel à l’écoute.
Nos deux enfants en bas ages ont été servis rapidement et les pates du menu très bonnes.
Les plats sont excellents, nous avons prit un bouillon au saumon façon thaï au lait de coco et l’agneau en croute.
Une réussite !
Et jetez-vous sur le pain perdu et les glaces sont parmi les meilleurs que nous avons eu l’occasion de déguster (fait maison).
Un sans faute …

08/08/2024: Every year THE unmissable event, tasty and well-filled pancakes, crepes or gourmet desserts, a warm welcome and the quickest and most pleasant service for a more than reasonable cost considering the portions served. Bonus: open on Sunday and Monday when all other restaurants are closed or almost!

21/08/2024: Menu a 16 euros unique sans personnel a part le patron.
Entrée Melon tiède avec une minuscule tranche de jambon cru industriel d une taille de ticket de métro mdr sans beurre ni cornichons a sec 😅confit de canard passable avec des frites sans goût congelés la moutarde était passée de 6 mois chaude ....fromage a la coupe sans goût insignifiant et tarte abricots brûlé sans goût pour du fait maison sois disant.
A fuir vraiment.

16/04/2024: Went to the spa and had dinner, did not stay overnight.
Only word to describe the service and attention is spectacular. The spa staff are kind and attentive, taking exceptional care of the guests. I had one of my best massages ever there.
Same thing at dinner, the wait staff, and there are many of them, work together to serve and clean between courses. They were available when needed and understanding enough to let us enjoy our courses in peace. Food was excellent, the cheese plate at the end of dinner is not to be missed.
So sad that this wonderful place is closing after the winter, visit while it's still there.

I recommend this establishment
15/08/2024: I went to get an ice cream for €6, paid by credit card from €15, I found myself having to take a Coke by force because they will only accept my card if I take an extra Coke. It doesn't stop there, the coke that I was forced to sell has expired for 4 months, it was vile (it's mid-August 2024)
