31/05/2026: A pleasant, unpretentious spot. Simple brasserie-style cuisine, in line with the prices. Nothing remarkable, but nothing to complain about either: a decent place for a straightforward meal.

27/03/2026: Hunting down hidden gems, unearthing hidden bistros, that's my credo. Tucked away in a tiny village, bordered by a busy ring road on one side and the towpath on the other, this Norman restaurant is a haven for those in the know. No flashy posters outside, yet the place is always packed. Inside, there's no fuss, no stuffy waiters reciting the menu like poetry. The food is beautiful, it's delicious, and the value for money is excellent.

11/07/2026: The ice cream was good but nothing special, you can tell it's not homemade but it does the job in the moment.

29/06/2026: Monday, June 29th, 4:22 PM. The waiter ran his hand through his hair for several seconds, then scratched his head quite vigorously with his nails. Then he served the customers without washing or sanitizing his hands. Oops! This needs explaining... I decided not to order ice cream. While we were choosing our flavors... We left.

21/06/2026: Stayed 4 nights here and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed in room 410 which is a nice room and well decorated and reasonably priced. The room is quiet, and you can hardly hear outside if you keep the windows shut. There is a pub behind the hotel which serves Guinness and a local lounge bar not far on the same street as the hotel which is quite handy The view from the terrace is beautiful, and the hotel is not far from local restaurants, some even open outside of normal meal hours. You are not far from small shops where you can buy most of what you would need when on holidays However, I cannot give more than 3 stars because of the following. -The Wi-Fi exists but with 5-6 MBPs, it is barely usable and definitely no way you can stream, it also cuts out regularly and at the end of the day, I used my 5G -The floor from the bed to the second part of the room slopes down, it is not flat, probably OK for most people but difficult if you have a disability walking as I do -The website mentions a bar,  https://www.hotelwindsor.fr/   but there is no bar, not only is there no bar, you cannot buy beer from reception, to make matters worse, there is no fridge in the room. Reception will, however, put your beer in their fridge upon request -The terrace outside the room is nice to have, but don't expect to be able to sit there and watch the sea unless you're very short and peep through the holes or extremely tall -There is no air conditioning or flow of air coming to the room, if you open a window, the outside is very noisy, and you have to keep the windows shut, the room can get a bit stuffy. -The Tripadvisor page says "Free High Speed Internet (WiFi)" which is false -The Tripadvisor page says "Free breakfast" which is also false

26/07/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; the galettes and crêpes were excellent! You can taste the quality of the ingredients, and the portions were generous. Everything was perfect! We'll be back very soon!

05/08/2026: Excellent restaurant! The galettes were delicious and generously filled. The service was quick yet very pleasant. A real plus for families: high chairs are available, which is very convenient with two one-year-olds... We had a wonderful time as a family and we will gladly return! Excellent value for money. Far from expensive!

28/06/2026: Very friendly, the owner is attentive and welcoming. The atmosphere is impeccable if you join in the fun. The food is very good. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend it.

06/04/2026: We had a wonderful family evening in a pleasant, cozy setting. We received a very warm welcome and the staff were very attentive. The meal featured excellent ingredients and a wide variety of flavors; the cuisine was refined. My only slight criticism was not the value for money of the set menu, but rather the added extras. For example, the daily special shouldn't have these extras, as they're already included in the menu. In fact, they might not even be necessary; we could simply stick to the set menu and add a few items to the à la carte menu if needed. Otherwise, we have absolutely no complaints; on the contrary, we will definitely return. The service was perfectly executed. There was no waiting and no need to ask for anything.

07/06/2026: On May 31st, we celebrated our 60th wedding anniversary with our children, grandchildren, and a few friends. The welcome was very warm, the menu was entirely homemade, generous, and of high quality. The chef was excellent, the service impeccable, and the manager was attentive to her customers. We will be back. Highly recommended.

30/07/2026: It's become pretty mediocre. The atmosphere is nice and the view is still exceptional, but the food is all dry and bland. The service was terrible throughout; it felt like they were understaffed even though the restaurant was half empty. Perfect if you want simple mussels and fries while looking out at the sea.

24/07/2026: There were 12 of us: 10 adults and 2 young children. A large table was set inside with a sea view. The service was pleasant and quick; the young children were served first 👍. We ordered different dishes: mussels, fish, cordon bleu—everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. 5 stars for the homemade ice cream for dessert: locally made (from Ferme des Cow'choises in Quiberville), with sublime flavors 😋😋

18/07/2026: Two courses on the terrace. Finally, good mussels and fries in Rouen! Good, fresh ingredients. For the Caesar salad: Fresh salad with real tomatoes (not cherry tomatoes). Friendly waiter.

13/07/2026: A wonderful, intimate restaurant on a quiet side street – it was a lovely escape. The service was excellent, the place was clean and beautifully decorated. And a special mention to the chef – it was absolutely delicious, thank you for everything! I highly recommend everyone go and try it.

10/07/2026: The setting is simple and pleasant. The home-style cooking is delicious. Only the quality of the desserts is inconsistent. But overall, it's excellent value for money!

08/06/2026: A very good restaurant, typical and pleasant, with a relaxed atmosphere despite the number of people, impeccable service, a very friendly and gentlemanly owner, and the couscous and brik pastries I tried were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

13/06/2026: A Saturday lunchtime... Dieppe market... Fancy a bite to eat... A crêpe? Why not... The storefront isn't much to look at... But it smells delicious and has a friendly atmosphere that draws you in... We weren't disappointed... One savory crêpe and an andouillette sausage... Delicious... Soft and very generously filled... Both savory and sweet... Quick, attentive, and friendly service... 4/5 because the place, although well-maintained, is showing its age a bit... otherwise, it would be 5/5. We'll definitely be back... 09/06/2026: Excellent service, generous portions bursting with flavor. The owners are incredibly kind. Delicious and affordable. Few restaurants in Dieppe offer such an accessible lunch menu with such a diverse selection and such low prices. Highly recommended!
