02/12/2025: I didn't like my customer experience. I wanted to order via my phone, but I couldn't select two pickup points. I contacted customer service, who weren't very helpful, so I continued with my order on my computer anyway. I ordered €60 worth of coffee, only to be told it was back in stock, even though it wasn't listed as such on the website. The refund took seven days to process, which is ridiculous. I can't comment on the quality of the coffee; I imagine it's very good, but I haven't had the chance to try it. I'm quite disappointed.

16/11/2025: What a shame. I was given a coffee roasting course with them for Christmas. The course was cancelled (no problem, they had a major issue to deal with). But I followed up in person, by email, by phone… at least four or five times. Each time they noted my contact information and promised to call me back. It's been over a year. No refund or new date.

25/01/2026: A pizza/snack to please my son... unsurprisingly, the building meets the franchise's standards. Arriving just before the rush, the service was quick, at least as quick as it took to eat 🫤. Honestly, I rarely go to McDonald's, so this allows me to observe the changes the chain has made. Okay, I understand that after the dishware thefts, the brand went back to simpler packaging and cardboard cups, but this change must have been sudden since, apart from the drive-thru bin, all the trash cans were out of order. But what struck me most was the portion size 😲 (and this applies to the entire franchise). The patties have already been made thinner, but I noticed that my McChicken was the same size as a regular hamburger. The filling has even become so meager that there's more bread than chicken, with a few bits of salad. When I was a crew member, the 280 was called that because it was supposed to weigh... 280g, I'd be curious to know how much it weighs now 🤔 No, seriously, the management needs to ask themselves some questions. They already released a delivery app that never worked, and now the burgers have become as ugly as the ones sold in the frozen food aisle. Honestly, next time I take my son out for a burger and fries, I'll go to the competition.

02/09/2024: We ate at KFC Barentin on a Saturday evening around 9 p.m. Following a meal, peaceful and to our liking, my daughter forgot her bag on her chair. Once we got home, my wife called KFC, the team had collected the bag and put it aside. Honesty and service have become rare enough to say and write it. Thank you for that. and more particularly to Ms. Corinne BOURDIN for her honesty and kindness.

05/01/2026: Disappointed by the new "brunch" format, which limits the buffet to a single meat option (chicken), the same every Sunday. A shame, we've seen more variety in meat and vegetables. The flooring is aging, the tiles are badly damaged, and it desperately needs replacing. Not to mention the chairs and tables, which are very worn. The view of the lake is lovely, but the sill along the bay windows is dirty and needs cleaning. Sitting at table 21 with a large fan at the foot of my chair?! The buffet itself, however, was well-prepared. Given the price, we expected better service.

01/01/2026: A very disappointing experience. The welcome and organization were nonexistent, and we felt rushed from beginning to end. We arrived at 9:15 pm (as requested by the restaurant when we made the reservation), and were quickly informed that they would be closing at 10 pm, even though this hadn't been mentioned during the booking process. As a result, the buffet was almost empty, the selection very limited, and our meal was rushed through in less than 30 minutes. For €35, the experience was far from satisfactory. Luckily, it was a gift certificate. I do not recommend it.

08/12/2025: We had dinner there as a group of three on Sunday evening. We were pleasantly surprised by this pizzeria; the pizza was good, the ingredients were high quality, the waiter was very pleasant, the price was reasonable, the tiramisu was excellent, and the Bardolino red wine was also very good – a great place to eat!

07/12/2025: We booked because the Capri was part of the Gourmet Passport. Right from the booking stage, they told us they no longer accept the passport on Saturdays...! They finally accepted it. Once there, they specified that we needed a minimum spend of €30 per person, excluding drinks, to get the discount. But nothing adds up to €30 if you order a main course and dessert... there's no set menu... and on top of that, the service was incredibly cold! They use the passport to attract customers, but it's ultimately useless! And then there's the detail of the waiter in the restroom who didn't wash his hands after leaving... even though I was standing right in front of the sink... oh my god! 😱😱

22/09/2024: Family meal on a Sunday lunchtime, Pleasant, Welcome, Good traditional cuisine.

22/09/2024: We were 8 people to eat, we sat down and ordered 2 plates of cheese, two of pâté and two plates of entrecôte to share among all since we didn't want to eat so much. At the end the owner arrives and says that she can't serve us if we don't ask for more things. The treatment of customers is shameful, I can't order whatever I want? Where did it say that it was one dish per person? Am I in jail? The waitress as friendly as a prison door, to flee.

21/01/2025: Lunch with little time 45 min. Very warm welcome We had warned that we were in a hurry and had a dessert dish. Flawless. Quickly served and it was good and very well presented. We recommend.

14/12/2025: Warm welcome, family atmosphere, excellent food! Never disappointed, we will gladly return

30/11/2025: It's hard to cook when you're in receivership. Make pasta with cordon bleu, or mashed potatoes are good with ham, lol. You're a good man, but madam, not right.

12/12/2025: A 25-minute wait for a happy meal... plus, the manager's friendliness leaves much to be desired.

10/12/2025: Order placed tonight, I'll never go back, thieves! I ordered a meal for €38.40. I called them to ask where my McDonald's sandwich was, and they told me it was in the bag. Impossible! I turned everything upside down, even my car, and NO, IT'S NOT THERE! I'm not going to call myself a thief for €3.60!!! Mistakes happen, you have to own up to it and stop making people look dishonest! AVOID AT ALL COSTS from now on, it's over for me.

17/09/2024: We've had the Hokkaido menu several times now, and what a delight! The chef is very talented, everything is delicious, from fish to meat. Today the chef wasn't there, it was someone else and it was also delicious. Well done

03/12/2025: The owner deliberately drove into the back of my car whilst I was parked, and then simply drove away. DT 622 VW Edit: Given that the owner confirms that it is his car, albeit potentially driven by others, he must have seen the damage to the front of his vehicle. He will also have seen my messages and emails. I am posting here because it is relevant to the restaurant owners disregard to the law… so who knows what happens in the restaurant!!
