17/04/2026: Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding a very disappointing experience at your restaurant in Fécamp. During our visit, we waited an exceptionally long time for our order. To our great disappointment, it was served cold: the hamburgers and fries were lukewarm, despite a total bill of €62.95. When I pointed this out to the cashier, her response was, to say the least, surprising, stating that "it's the same everywhere." The manager, whom we then contacted, simply replied that they were "as they went along," without offering any apology or proposing a solution. This lack of consideration for the customer is unacceptable. It is important to note that this situation has already occurred at this same establishment, which makes the experience even more frustrating. This type of service severely damages your brand's image and prevents us from enjoying a pleasant family meal. I therefore request that you take this complaint into account, improve the quality of service at this restaurant, and inform me of the measures you intend to implement. I look forward to your reply. 09/05/2026: Hello, We've known this restaurant for years. We came last year and while we ate well, we were a little disappointed. We came back to try it again. We weren't disappointed! Excellent and very fresh. I find the sizes of the sushi, California rolls, and sashimi to be just right and not too big. We enjoyed them more that way. In fact, the sashimi is very good (sea bream, salmon, and tuna). The price is very reasonable. We recommend it and used to go once or twice a month. Furthermore, the staff is really friendly. Thank you.

29/04/2026: We arrived at 8 pm and received a lukewarm welcome. They didn't even want to offer us food, practically telling us to leave. We stayed to eat anyway. Then, from behind, they suggested we leave because they didn't want to cook for us since there were only two of us. (Avoid this restaurant!) The atmosphere was aggressive and threatening.

26/02/2026: A rather unexpected discovery! The beef burger and fries are simply incredible! (Even for takeout) A warm welcome, nothing to complain about, go for it without hesitation! 🤩
