05/12/2024: On-site tasting of some regularly changing products. Very nice. Drink prices are very reasonable. Downside on the price of the snacks accompanying our drink if we wish (bowl of sausage for €5..) and the speed of the service, you sometimes have to be patient to be served But overall the place is perfect for unwinding with colleagues over a drink!

02/06/2025: Warm welcome at the restaurant. I had booked in advance for a family meal for 18 people. The meal was delicious. I had requested two gluten-free meals, and the protocol was perfectly followed, so no problem. All my guests were delighted. Very satisfied with the service. I didn't try the hotel; we were staying elsewhere.

13/12/2025: L'Ours Noir is a must-visit at the Rouen Saint-Romain Fair. We've been going there for years; the roast pork platter is very generous, and the service is quick. Perhaps adding chairs for more comfort than the benches would be a plus.

02/12/2025: A very good, traditional restaurant. I came as part of a gift voucher and I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff were very kind and welcoming.

12/10/2025: I don't recommend it at all. The accounting system is on the first table, a power strip hanging from the counter, tablecloths and placemats on our bench. The second room isn't bad, with a microwave on the central table, a stepladder against a wall, a cooking appliance on another table, and a drill... in short, a restaurant or a construction site? Half the dishes can't be served because they don't have the ingredients, the microwave works harder than the kitchen utensils, the vegetable fritters were overfried, the dishes were bland with extra-tough shrimp and beef (reheated frozen???), and the desserts were industrial, I think. To pay, you have to wait for the EFT to connect to your phone, a 10-minute wait. In short, you shouldn't go there to eat well; it's not possible, but if you want to see unreal "Kitchen Nightmare"-type experiences, you have to go for it.

28/12/2025: The waitress was very nice, but she didn't realize she was using two different-sized glasses for the two people to serve the wine. The "rougaille saucisse" (sausage rougaille) was a rarity in name only. The side dishes were either frozen sausage and fries or tagliatelle, instead of rice and red beans. Another dish was a bagged salad. For dessert, there was a Yule log or frangipane tart that looked like they came straight from a supermarket shelf. Nothing was homemade except the bill, which was eye-wateringly expensive. Very, very disappointed!

01/11/2025: Horrible, avoid at all costs! The salad was made entirely of frozen ingredients, the crepes were like rubber, the baked eggs were undercooked (which is to be expected, since everything is microwaved), and there was no dry white wine. Bravo! I practically ate with water. The food was disgusting, not to mention the filthy cutlery and glasses.

30/11/2025: I came today and was very disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for dessert and asked four times for a carafe of water, only to receive it at the beginning. The menu of three small grilled herrings with one hot potato is very expensive at €20. It's outrageous! Deleting negative comments on Facebook is unacceptable and childish.

03/12/2024: We returned after a while, we found that the service was not like before and the food too, in Dieppe there is much better I do not recommend everything apart from the play area for the children, staff not friendly at all and serout the chef restaurant

09/12/2025: I am very disappointed with my last visit. I came to eat with my son and was shocked to find a cockroach next to me during the meal. It really ruined my appetite and gave me a very bad impression of the restaurant's hygiene. Such a situation is unacceptable, especially in an establishment like this. I sincerely hope that measures will be taken quickly to prevent this from happening again.

07/12/2024: Really a quality Flunch, I go there regularly with my children and grandchildren, everything is planned to accommodate young children, high chairs and play area, perfect for parents and children! And the dishes are good, go there without hesitation. I also go to Flunch de Blagnac near Toulouse, very good too.
