03/03/2026: I came to eat lunch with my wife today. The staff were unfriendly, except for the young waitress/cook who acted like she was in charge. The meal was unappetizing: the andouillette sausage was undercooked, the butcher's meat was overcooked on top and cold inside, and the fries were overcooked and inedible. Avoid this place; I do not recommend it.

We placed our order at 8:40 PM, waited for the delivery driver, and the delivery time kept getting pushed back by 5 minutes every 5 minutes... only to be told at 10 PM that they weren't honoring our order. Last time for us, thank you, goodbye!!!! You are unreliable, a word to the wise 😉

13/01/2026: I arrived in the afternoon at 1:45 PM, knowing that the opening time was 1:30 PM. There was a long line outside, stretching all the way to the exit. The security guard was only letting people in one at a time because there were already too many people waiting inside. I left at 4:00 PM, but at 3:15 PM we were told that there was no point in waiting beyond the cordon and that we should come back the next day, with the same uncertainty about getting an appointment. We were given a form to fill out for those who wanted to be contacted by phone. I had been warned that you had to arrive very early to have any hope of getting an appointment, but experiencing it is quite another story. The pointless wait in the cold, the uncertainty, and the wasted time. Everyone's nerves are being tested. Several people have reported arriving at 9 a.m. that same day who were unable to enter the building and had to return in the afternoon to wait indefinitely. It's inhumane to make so many people wait unnecessarily in the cold. Are there any solutions to manage this infernal wait? A ticket system, an estimated wait time? Allowing more people inside the building, even if it means sitting on the floor where it's warm and dry to make the wait less unpleasant. It's a nightmare. It's better to complete as much as possible online and call an advisor from home, even if it means waiting 20 minutes on the phone, than to travel there for nothing and waste your day. Or arrive more than an hour before opening time to have any hope of being seen.
31/12/2025: Staff shortages result in excessively long waits, both inside and outside. Not to mention the lack of parking, making travel difficult even though the bus stops nearby. Some people prefer to use their own vehicles.

05/01/2026: Hello, I travel often and regularly stay in much better hotels for significantly less money. Here, €111 a night for a double room that looks nothing like the photos in the listing. The room is ridiculously small, the advertised desk is nonexistent, and the visuals are clearly misleading. Then comes the litany of extra charges: – €15 for parking for ONE night, even though the parking lot is advertised as being 800 meters away (false information) – and the icing on the cake: a €200 security deposit, as if we were staying in a luxury hotel… when everything is falling apart. In reality: • wobbly shower holder • shower head that doesn't stay in place • poorly soundproofed room, but the bedding isn't bad • low-end amenities at a premium price • €13 breakfast, not all-you-can-eat and not good quality… at most €6 worth. But the most shocking thing is the charge for stained sheets. So, to be clear: what does a woman who's menstruating do? Do we charge her? Do we make the customer feel guilty? It's shameful, archaic, and utterly disrespectful. Yes, the hotel is well located. But location doesn't justify everything, and certainly not: • lies, • abusive practices, • and contempt for the customer. Honestly, I hope this review will be your last in 2026 before you go bankrupt. At some point, you have to change careers. You have an establishment that many would dream of owning: learn to manage it, respect your customers, and maybe the ratings will follow. For my part, I made the mistake of booking too quickly without reading the reviews. Mistake corrected. This hotel has been permanently crossed off my list and propelled into my top two most shameful hotels I've ever stayed in, right behind the one with the cockroaches… (but at least that one cost €68 a night, so it was honest). Avoid it at all costs. Go away.

03/11/2025: For the past few years, we've been regulars at this restaurant. The quality-price ratio is exceptional, the dishes are original and varied, and we've never been disappointed. Congratulations on the cuisine! I mustn't forget the service; I've never had a single problem, only positive feedback, always top-notch. I spoke with the head waiter, Laurent, to express our satisfaction with both the service and the food, and to say that I didn't understand the negative reviews on Google. I find these comments shameful and completely unjustified. Congratulations to your team! And thank you again for the wonderful meals.

15/12/2025: As regulars, and returning to this chain because it's a guarantee of quality... well, this is the second time we've been disappointed, and not just a little. The quality of the burger meat is disappointing; the meat used to be flavorful, but this time it tasted like it came straight from the freezer. The side dishes (sauces) are the same quality as McDonald's, and the fries are a disgrace—greasy, dark brown, and they stink. Oh well, there are three of us, and we won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend it. In short: an "El Gringo Beef" and a vegan Milanese as a meal, the princely sum of 29 euros. My husband and I couldn't stomach it, and we threw the fries straight in the bin... a disgrace for that price!

18/03/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to eat at this establishment. It was advertised as closing at 11:00 PM, but when we arrived at 8:16 PM, we were informed that it was about to close and that they could no longer accommodate us. We were two people of North African origin; I wonder if there might be a connection, without drawing any conclusions.
18/03/2026: Nothing like the original crêperie anymore.... In mid-March, it was cold in the restaurant. And the menu was the same as the two restaurants next door that share a kitchen, the waiter explained... And the mussels weren't cooked...
