10/02/2026: I arrived with my colleague at 6:03 PM on a Friday. The bar was practically empty. After walking several kilometers, we decided to sit on the terrace. My colleague ordered a beer. As for me, wanting to stay energized since we still had a long drive ahead of us, I simply ordered a coffee. The waiter, visibly annoyed, curtly explained that he no longer served hot drinks after 6:00 PM (I remind you, it was 6:03 PM). I then asked him if tea would be possible (boiling water and putting in a tea bag didn't seem like an unreasonable request). The waiter stared at me for almost a minute, then replied condescendingly: "So, I'll repeat myself, since you don't seem to have understood: I NO LONGER SERVE HOT DRINKS AFTER 6:00 PM." As a result, I didn't order anything. We decided to laugh it off and leave, but the experience was frankly unpleasant. If you're looking for a welcoming place to have a drink, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. Reading other reviews, I see that this waiter seems to be consistently rude, especially to people he considers "foreigners." And since leaving a review on Google isn't easy, the establishment receives much higher ratings than the welcome and service actually deserve.

17/04/2026: This was our first time at this restaurant, even though we live just a few kilometers away. We were very pleased with the welcome and the diverse and varied all-you-can-eat buffet. We enjoyed everything from the buffet to dessert. We will definitely be back. Thank you again to the very friendly staff.

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

28/03/2026: It must have been 15 degrees Celsius in the restaurant, but even though we told the waitress it was cold, the radiators weren't turned on. We ate lunch in our coats. Three pasta carbonara dishes and three soft drinks for over €50... and what can I say about the pasta carbonara? It wasn't anything special, and I even found hair at the bottom of my plate... disappointed to have wasted my money.

09/01/2026: Not at all like the previous owner. Waitress on the phone wearing her coat. The food wasn't good. I won't be going back. It's expensive for the quality and service provided.

14/04/2026: Disappointing! I placed a delivery order, and several items were missing, including the fries and the toy from the children's menu (as well as the box). Unacceptable! Free items advertised as promotional were not included in the order (even though they were on the invoice). The drinks were poorly packaged and made everything else soggy. The price was higher than eating in, and I was so disappointed. Never again.

14/04/2026: We received a warm welcome and had a good meal.

13/04/2026: We're not fussy, but there's a limit! No heating, and the staff were dressed like they were in a garden! No effort whatsoever in the food (they were clearly not professionals)!

28/12/2025: The waitress was very nice, but she didn't realize she was using two different-sized glasses for the two people to serve the wine. The "rougaille saucisse" (sausage rougaille) was a rarity in name only. The side dishes were either frozen sausage and fries or tagliatelle, instead of rice and red beans. Another dish was a bagged salad. For dessert, there was a Yule log or frangipane tart that looked like they came straight from a supermarket shelf. Nothing was homemade except the bill, which was eye-wateringly expensive. Very, very disappointed!

12/04/2026: We came on Saturday, April 11th with three children (one of whom has autism). We were greeted by a lovely employee who took excellent care of us and was very attentive to the little boy in our care, who was feeling unwell due to the noise. We wanted to thank her for allowing us to have a pleasant time (despite the ambient noise from the children's shouts – which is to be expected in a place like this). The activity was a hit with all three children, aged 3, 8, and 12. I highly recommend it! But bring headphones or earbuds if you are sensitive to noise! ​​We didn't try the food.

07/03/2026: The staff were very friendly and the welcome was excellent. The hotel could use a good refresh, but thanks to the professionalism of the staff, you forget about that. I highly recommend this hotel for the warm welcome and kindness of the staff.

21/02/2026: Back after three years at this restaurant. The decor hasn't changed, still bland, tables cluttered with equipment. A plus today was the pleasant background music, evoking a touch of sunny holidays. The service was adequate, the two planters punches we had as an aperitif were well-made and very good, the dishes were simply presented but tasty, truly a taste of the islands. A chef and a waiter (father and son) managed the service calmly without rushing us. Certainly, don't judge a book by its exterior and interior decor, but what matters is that the food is good, and that's what's essential.

30/01/2026: We pre-ordered our meal online at a very attractive price, and to our great surprise, we were warmly welcomed and had a delicious meal. We watched the chef at work, taking great care in his cooking and managing the service single-handedly. Hats off to his professionalism! The restaurant was spotless and the decor was beautiful. There was no wait, and the service was quick. We'll be back for dinner tomorrow.

01/04/2026: The waitress came by several times even though we hadn't finished our plates. The ice cream prices were outrageous: €10.40 for a Dame Blanche and other desserts—unbelievable! And indeed, the waitress told us that people don't usually order ice cream at that price... Very high prices: there are better options for the price. The pizza was overcooked with a hard crust. (The last sentence appears to be a separate, unrelated comment: "M well topped.")

19/03/2026: Very nice restaurant, very pleasant welcome, always with a smile, the wait time is always short and reasonable. The dishes are good, the pizzas excellent, top value for money. The staff is friendly, you can feel the good atmosphere. The only downside is that in the evening the restaurant is restricted by the shopping center's opening hours and has to close early.

24/02/2026: A customer rip-off, a disgrace to represent Alsace. They shouldn't be in the restaurant business. It's all about the cash register. Avoid at all costs! Owners, you should be ashamed 😊

21/01/2026: On two children's menus, we received neither lemonade nor dessert, which brought the price to ten euros for a plate of fries and nuggets. We would have had to come back and wait in a massive queue to get them to make up for the oversight. The portion sizes for the sharing platters have become truly ridiculous for 30 euros per person. We were used to it, but unfortunately, our habits will change.

07/02/2026: The first floor is cramped and noisy. This Friday, February 6th, at lunchtime, there were 28 covers despite the posted capacity of 19 (a safety measure?). Cleanliness needs improvement; the cutlery was dirty. The food quality could be better. Aside from the location... a place to avoid.

28/12/2025: Excellent brasserie! Lunch for four as a family. Aperitif with a spritz, a glass of white wine, and two sodas. Two set menus (starter, main course, dessert), with a poached egg with Camembert as a starter. For the main course, chicken casserole with Maroilles cheese and homemade fries, and tarte tatin for dessert. For the children, a burger and a flank steak with homemade fries. All the dishes were delicious. Sanitation is well-maintained, and the food is both tasty and plentiful for a very reasonable price (€99.70). All this with a magnificent view of the Rouen courthouse (absolutely beautiful). Friendly and efficient service. Well done and thank you!
