21/01/2026: On two children's menus, we received neither lemonade nor dessert, which brought the price to ten euros for a plate of fries and nuggets. We would have had to come back and wait in a massive queue to get them to make up for the oversight. The portion sizes for the sharing platters have become truly ridiculous for 30 euros per person. We were used to it, but unfortunately, our habits will change.

10/10/2025: Very good, very tasty, very welcoming, and with excellent products. A truly pleasant surprise in this family-run establishment. I'll happily return to sit and enjoy a meal on the terrace.

18/03/2026: The staff were extremely unfriendly. When we asked to use the elevator because we had a stroller, the response was a firm and unpleasant refusal. The elevator was indeed full of cleaning carts, making it unusable. A disgrace.

30/11/2025: I came today and was very disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for dessert and asked four times for a carafe of water, only to receive it at the beginning. The menu of three small grilled herrings with one hot potato is very expensive at €20. It's outrageous! Deleting negative comments on Facebook is unacceptable and childish.

24/02/2026: Not worthy of a restaurant, the worst I've ever had. The reheated mussels from the day before were tasteless, supposedly served "Normandy style" with just a little cream on top and some freeze-dried parsley. The fries were frozen, and there were two measly slices of industrial bread with a white freezer mark inside—bread that had clearly been frozen multiple times. For dessert, there was fruit in syrup; what's the world coming to? The "Normandy tarts" weren't really tarts at all and were several days old. The chocolate ice cream tasted awful, and the tub was left near the counter without being put back in the fridge. The waitress had chocolate all over her hands and didn't wash them, taking orders from other people like that. Run away! This useless restaurant needs fixing; it's better if it's closed. It's a rip-off; even the school cafeteria is better. It's a disgrace!

22/02/2026: The restaurant was pretty good, but the service was incredibly fast. I hadn't even finished my aperitif before they brought the dishes and cleared the glasses, and the rest was the same. I was in the restaurant for barely an hour, and they stayed at the bar to keep an eye on things. We weren't there to linger, but for speed, it was incredibly fast.

15/02/2026: This 3-star hotel fell far short of its usual standard. The welcome on arrival was terrible. We received no help finding a restaurant for our Valentine's Day dinner. The shower was unusable due to the slippery floor. The water alternated between scalding hot and freezing cold, creating a stagnant pool. Neither the radiators nor the refrigerator worked. Our room was above the kitchens, making it noisy. We shared our concerns upon departure, but no solutions were offered. It's worth noting that before asking if everything was alright, the staff member checked to see if we had paid. It would have been a shame if we had done this beforehand, as we could have discussed the price! And no compensation was offered! The only positive point was the very good quality bedding.

22/02/2026: Refusing to sell bread is surprising for a shopkeeper who is very disappointed with this bakery, which I've known for years, even before it was taken over by this baker. No customer service whatsoever.

29/12/2025: The bread is excellent, the pastries too, and the service is always very welcoming. We're so glad we have them in Blangy because the bread at the other bakery is really terrible. Thank you!

06/03/2026: Yesterday, I placed my order at 7:27 PM for delivery. I called at 8:25 PM and was told the pizzas would be delivered in 20 minutes, that they were overwhelmed. I finally got through at 8:56 PM. That's an hour and a half between ordering and delivery—this is no joke, and it's not the first time. Plus, you can only pay for deliveries digitally now.

15/12/2024: Huge disappointment! Friday, December 13th (evening): From the moment we arrived, it was clear that a table for two without a reservation wasn't very profitable for the restaurant. Shortly after we were seated, a waiter came to take our order without even offering an aperitif. Our dishes arrived cold, and we had to wait several minutes for our glass of wine (a rather illogical approach). We then asked for our dishes to be reheated. They came back barely warmer... moreover, the ravioli were dried out from being microwaved, and the sauce was practically nonexistent. When it came time to order dessert, the waiter offered me a chocolate financier or a chocolate fondant in the "café douceur" (sweet coffee). Ultimately, a completely different dessert arrived and was immediately sent back to the kitchen to be changed (at my request). €65 for two people for a poor-quality meal, extremely amateurish and rushed service, the bill was exorbitant (much more than the cost of the food!). We'll be hesitant to return!

12/12/2024: Having been to this Del Arte location several times, unlike others, the service is appalling and unpleasant. We even get the impression that the quality of the products isn't the same. Avoid it.

06/02/2026: Hello Following my visit to pick up a package today, I received a very unpleasant welcome. No greeting, gentlemen, very aggressive, and they treated me like a liar. As they say, it's those people from Cany again, coming to cause trouble... But gentlemen, you checked, he did have my package, which he handed over to me. For a small village business, I don't understand such a reaction. If you don't like it, close your business; there will surely be other, more helpful managers. You won't see me again. Reply: I may be from Cany, but I pass by your place every day for work. We are not the only ones complaining about your package pickup service. We will contact the delivery company. P.S. I may have made some spelling mistakes, but you should learn to respect your customers as a business owner should.

20/11/2025: I came to pick up a package here, which had been dropped off at this store, even though I don't usually shop here. The welcome was rather cold and unpleasant. It's a shame, because a pickup point is often an opportunity to project a good image of your establishment. I understand that I'm not a customer who eats in – I don't smoke and I don't come in for coffee – but that shouldn't affect the quality of the service. A little more friendliness and a better sense of customer service would be appreciated. Response: Seriously, your response is a joke! I came into your establishment all smiles and greeted you warmly. But I see that you always have something to say on every negative review! RUN AWAY! At no point was I aggressive. I simply asked a question about the delivery of my package, and it was even to start a friendly conversation, nothing more. As for what you call "muttering," I did indeed leave saying, "As for friendliness, forget it," because your welcome was cold from beginning to end. You seem very comfortable criticizing your customers in your replies, but remember that here, you're not the one rating the customers: the customers are rating your establishment. Best of luck.

28/12/2025: The waitress was very nice, but she didn't realize she was using two different-sized glasses for the two people to serve the wine. The "rougaille saucisse" (sausage rougaille) was a rarity in name only. The side dishes were either frozen sausage and fries or tagliatelle, instead of rice and red beans. Another dish was a bagged salad. For dessert, there was a Yule log or frangipane tart that looked like they came straight from a supermarket shelf. Nothing was homemade except the bill, which was eye-wateringly expensive. Very, very disappointed!

12/11/2025: We had lunch today and we'd say it was so-so and overpriced. Service was okay.

23/02/2026: Passing through from Étretat to Paris, we stopped for lunch. An hour and a half after eating, I experienced stomach pains that turned into food poisoning, while my mother had severe diarrhea. Either there's a hygiene problem, or your products are improperly stored. I absolutely do not recommend eating there.

21/02/2026: Review of today's visit... I'll start with the negative... Tables for 4 were filthy... and the toilets were a disaster... The toilets were so dirty you didn't even dare use them... Urine on the floor, no toilet paper... The sink area was also very dirty... The only thing that saved our visit was the kindness of the server... smiling and friendly... But the hygiene needs improvement.
