09/08/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant last night, and we will definitely return. A warm welcome, refined and delicious cuisine, an interesting combination of ingredients, a very pleasant dining room, and attentive staff. And a few culinary surprises to enhance the meal! In short: a very enjoyable evening. A big thank you to the entire team and congratulations to the chef.

04/08/2026: The meal started well: the aperitif was very good, the small amuse-bouches perfect, and the starters were similar, but the main courses and especially the desserts (the mille-feuille) lacked cream. The service seemed a bit lost. The aperitif could have been enjoyed outside.

06/09/2026: One-hour wait at the drive-thru tonight. Five cars cut in front because they're only taking orders from one line, and then they tell us to wait for our order to arrive on the side. This is ridiculous... it's not fast food anymore... go to a restaurant, you'll wait less time.

20/08/2026: Fantastic experience at Relais 31! The welcome was very warm, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere really pleasant. Everything was top quality; I highly recommend it. A truly excellent place!

09/08/2026: We had to ask 3 times for water and ashtray , we were treated bad because we couldn’t speak French , other guest were given water, bread, tissues and forks and we had to ask for everything. They tried to charge things we didn’t consume and the food wasn’t special. Bad experience wouldn’t recommend at all rather cook at home

23/07/2026: In the heart of Duclair, a restaurant we absolutely love! 🤩 Traditional cuisine, using only fresh, homemade ingredients. The cooking is perfectly executed, and the prices are incredible considering the quality of the food. The service is equally excellent. I highly recommend this fantastic place!

28/05/2026: The rooms with sea views are truly lovely; I fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The hotel has a nice atmosphere. You do have to be prepared to climb a very long flight of stairs from the street, and then another flight or two. But the hotel has a lot of charm. The €10 breakfast is ordinary but adequate, with very friendly staff. The restaurant, however, is another story. It has a beautiful sea view, which is nice. But the prices are high for average quality. And above all, in our case, the service was interminable... an hour between the starter and the main courses... an extra glass of wine that finally arrived when we had finished everything... (with a "you're welcome," seemingly to teach me some manners after my failure to say thank you!). It was very annoying, a shame. We obviously decided against having dessert for fear of being stuck there even longer.

16/05/2026: Television with only one working channel, no hand soap, only one power outlet in the room, breakfast at €10 per person with very limited choices… Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Only the view from the room is decent. The reception also needs improvement…

12/05/2026: I didn't eat there, but I've been trying to reach them by phone for three days now, morning, noon, and night, and it's impossible to get through 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

15/08/2026: From appetizers to dessert, everything was bad and poorly prepared. Olives swimming in vinegar, salmon tartare that was clearly pre-prepared and therefore overcooked, mussels marinière that were overcooked, white, and mealy with a sort of lemony broth full of bay leaves—nothing like marinière at all—and an overpriced (8.5 euros!!!) and equally bad rosé wine. In short, this establishment is nothing but a tourist trap. The young waiter was friendly, but unfortunately, it did nothing to redeem this disastrous experience.

08/09/2026: There was a very unpleasant smell in this restaurant, enough to make you nauseous. Other customers reported the same thing, but it didn't seem to bother anyone…

08/09/2026: Cold meal, illegal display, especially broken glasses charged for the XL menu, drinks like Vittel (bottle size not specified at the dispenser) not correctly ordered. Words were exchanged between people behind the counter, later corrected by the manager, even exaggerated. There was a strong odor at the entrance of Quick, noticed by myself and several other customers who entered later, including children; I quote, "It stinks in here." After multiple exchanges with the manager that evening, there was absolutely no customer service. This was a first and last time for me, because I admit to making mistakes, but this seems to be a recurring issue.

06/08/2026: We had lunch one day at this "Italian" brasserie and were very disappointed by the seafood pasta dish. I don't think the pasta was fresh and homemade, but rather mass-produced. The seafood was nothing more than a bag of defrosted mixed seafood, the sauce was mediocre, what a disappointment at €19 for a plate of pasta... ouch! Considering the quality of this dish, your price is exorbitant. At the very least, without much effort, a few fresh peeled shrimp would have made the dish more appealing. As for the ambiance, perhaps a little background music (Italian, why not?) would make the brasserie less dreary and prevent the elderly couple next to us from having to listen to our conversation during their meal. :-/ On the other hand, the welcome and service were professional and pleasant, hence the two stars.

02/08/2026: Having eaten lunch several times at the previous owners' restaurant, I wanted to try the new ones, but what a disappointment! I ordered lasagna with Bolognese sauce, but it was practically nonexistent (the lasagna was dry with very little filling), and my wife ordered the pizza of the day and was also disappointed. Therefore, I do not recommend this restaurant.

11/04/2026: Far from the center of Rouen, but hotel prices are high in Rouen, so this was the cheapest we found besides a Formula 1 hotel. There's a large shopping center nearby. The rooms are clean. It's a shame our two rooms, for a family booking, were so far away. No elevator. Large parking lot. Quiet.

07/04/2026: The room wasn't very clean (it didn't even seem like they'd vacuumed), and the dust on the headboard was a nightmare. Otherwise, it's cheap. Don't forget to turn off the fan; it flashes all night, making it as bright as day. Breakfast at €13.90 is a bit pricey considering the poor quality. Overripe fruit, sour fruit salad, and to top it all off, fermented applesauce... in short, I wouldn't recommend it.

22/07/2026: We were greeted with a fabulous, friendly welcome when we returned again for lunch today. The starter salad buffet was varied and delicious. Great size main portions. Tasty desserts. Very reasonable price for the Menu Complet and vin rouge for two. 😋😋 We will definitely return again when over this way. I thoroughly recommend a visit.

07/08/2026: A loyal customer for years, but extremely disappointed lately! A 30-minute wait for two kebabs! The kitchen conditions leave much to be desired! I no longer recommend this place! (Avoid it for hygiene reasons)

30/07/2026: The waiter was condescending, rubbing his nose without washing his hands; his hygiene was pretty questionable, in my opinion. Then he downed a can of beer with a cigarette in his mouth in front of customers during service—talk about being the king of cleanliness! The taco was bland. As soon as you walked in, it felt like Friday morning next to the fishmonger; everyone was shouting. Frankly, I wouldn't recommend it. Don't hesitate to bring earplugs. Good luck.
