10/11/2025: In Rouen, we decided to try ITO… just to see what this place was like! Well, it was just a test, and we won't be going back. The waitress took our order without drinks… instead, a carafe was placed on our table. The cheese skewers arrived cold and on the side… then the sushi arrived without soy sauce or wasabi… forget about the candied ginger too! The rice was barely cooked… The miso soup was tasteless… In short, a place to avoid… The wait was long, far too long, and the quality was definitely lacking!

19/10/2025: I liked the starter, but the ramen wasn't rich in flavor or value. Perhaps the chef should reconsider!

19/12/2024: Currently eating, order 11:30 a.m. to 11:55 a.m. I ask where it is. Oh forget to do it. No apology from the manager, they give me my order cold! Everyone looks at you askance and looks at you insistently. It's not what it used to be! Apart from saying it's the temperatures there is a wait. No, my order was validated without being made... Forced to eat there, no more time to leave... You shouldn't come and complain if it closes one day... and to say that I worked there for 5 years, the managers as well as the directors were very respectful of the customer, well today it's over and for a while of time in fact, which is why I very rarely go back there. To please the children, that’s all! Customer service for today doesn't even deserve 1 star!

15/12/2024: Staff not very friendly, where I was sitting with my son I saw the girl eating pieces of meat that she was cooking. When I received our orders, everything was cold. The cheddar was still hard on the meat and in the fries, cold bacon and hard cheddar. I made a complaint and no one came back to us or after 30 minutes I put everything in in the trash and we went to eat elsewhere. and to close at the exit my son fell on a more than wet floor I went to tell the counter but nothing moved. a very friendly gentleman came to help me pick up my son and said to the waiter he deserves a little gift. but no nothing, not a little note for my son, nothing at all. and WC very very room. I don't thank Macdo Dieppe at the belvédère. not ready to go back. pay 30€ to throw everything away and found my son on the ground too much for me. a shame

15/01/2026: Booked through Booking.com. The establishment is a bit "old-fashioned" and could use a little updating. It's a shame, as the location is ideal. The problem... upon arriving at 5:00 PM, the receptionist told me I was lucky to have found her because she was canceling all her reservations due to a problem. I asked what it was, but she told me that management had asked her to remain discreet... not reassuring. And that, due to this problem, it was impossible to serve breakfast the next morning. Having driven for three hours, I didn't want to look for another place. I quickly realized, while climbing the three flights of stairs, that I was alone in the hotel and that the receptionist had to leave. The next day, I discovered the problem... if that was it. No hot water... so I had to wash my clothes by heating water in the kettle. Then, there I was, looking for breakfast at 7:00 AM in Dieppe. Not very convenient.

23/12/2025: For my part, I find the value for money to be more than excellent. Criticism is easy, art is difficult. Superb welcome, more than affordable price, clean, and the guy at reception is super open and shares the true values ​​of travel... all the best to you.

21/09/2025: It's not the first time I've been there... Well... I wonder why, I always go back, probably because it closes later than the other clubs. On the other hand, the crowd is nothing to be desired! It's definitely a local club. I've been threatened several times because of my sexuality. I'd say it's no surprise! The visitors that night were great. However, the waitresses, not at all.

28/08/2025: The atmosphere is laid back to last until the early hours when the bars have closed their doors. We're here, laughing, debating, dancing, smoking, and relaxing.

02/02/2026: I worked at the Christmas market two years ago. Every morning, before opening the stall, I'd have my coffee and play Amigo. I won over 500 euros, but in my haste, I misplaced my ticket. The manager and staff went out of their way to help me find it, despite how busy it was that morning. I was running late, so I left... disappointed. That evening, I went back without much hope. When the person saw me, they proudly held up a small white ticket... it was tucked away in a gap under the cash register. So, a little belatedly, I wanted to thank you gentlemen for your honesty and empathy. A big thank you, and see you next Christmas.

11/11/2025: Superb stay. Excellent cuisine. Varied buffet breakfast. Very pleasant and attentive staff. The only slight drawback was the slightly dated but adequate room. Everything you need is there. Parking.

09/11/2025: Oh dear, how can I put it? 50 minutes to be served a plate of mussels, 1 hour and 10 minutes to be served a carafe of water that I had requested when ordering. I didn't dare ask for the bill; I went to pay myself.

21/01/2026: I ordered from the website for delivery and received an email the next day saying my order was cancelled. In good faith, I thought it happened since I hadn't paid online. I placed another order, this time paying by credit card. The order wasn't confirmed until the following day (thanks, but I'd like to eat the day I order!), and we NEVER received the pizzas, yet I was still charged! This is UNACCEPTABLE! And on top of that, I contacted them countless times without ever getting a response!

11/01/2026: Ordered online on Friday evening for collection at 7pm... Order obviously paid for... It was indicated that it was open, what a surprise to discover that it was closed!

26/08/2025: Very expensive to eat only frozen food. The fries and nuggets taste of oil. The mussels taste of water. The desserts (pies, flans, etc.) are frozen. In short, I do not recommend it.

05/11/2025: Closed at 9 pm on a Wednesday evening, even though it's usually open that day. The sign outside says "Closing at 10 pm." Unfortunately, we'll have to go elsewhere for our Wednesday pizzas with K.

11/10/2025: €16 for a pizza at Do'minute, and yet I could have sworn they took zero minutes to prepare it. A culinary experience somewhere between a hit and a disappointment. I almost want to thank the chef for teaching me the true value of a slice of dry bread. ♥️

14/01/2026: Basic but effective Subway. The service is very friendly, with lots of good advice, and the prices are always reasonable.

21/01/2026: Avoid this place! The seafood bites and crepes were inedible, the sour cream and shellfish were rubbery. I used to go to this fish shop regularly, but it seems to have changed owners. Since then, it's been a disaster: the employees are unpleasant, the fish isn't very fresh, and it's overpriced. I won't be going back.

02/01/2026: I waited 5 minutes in front of the stall; nobody paid me any attention, even though I was the only customer. There were 5 or 6 vendors, but only one was busy. I had to make myself heard. 45 euros for 3 dozen oysters is expensive! I'll update my review once I've eaten them today.

In short, it depends on the cook's mood, according to the person I spoke to on the phone. She told me she didn't care and that the salmon was cut more than 24 hours before. For a 40 euro order.

07/07/2025: We left the restaurant as soon as we arrived: the waitress (red hair and glasses) didn't even say hello and immediately announced in a curt tone that "it wouldn't be possible to serve us." There were only four tables to serve—no connection or valid excuse. I didn't fail to point out her complete lack of politeness: not a single hello or the slightest effort to be welcoming. Frankly, you don't do this job if you don't have a sense of service and respect for customers. A very bad experience! It's a shame we can't give it 0 stars.
