26/07/2026: The waiter was particularly unpleasant and unfriendly. He constantly belittled his customers, clearly implying that they were all incapable of proper behavior. These were inappropriate remarks, bordering on insults, for someone whose job is supposed to be about human interaction. Adjusting the price of drinks based on the customers' friendliness seems rather ironic given his own behavior. If customer service is such a problem, perhaps it's time to consider a career change.

22/07/2026: Happy hour: pints of white beer and Virgin Mojitos for 5 euros. Both were served ice cold, but there was a bit of a wait. The waiter was friendly; when I changed my mind, he cancelled my order without any trouble and with a smile. The setting near the park is pleasant, but the terrace was noisy because it was very crowded.

06/05/2026: I came with my son during a motorcycle road trip where we stopped in Rouen. We found this restaurant by chance. It was very good, they were very attentive, and the atmosphere was nice 😊 I recommend it!

08/03/2026: It's disgusting, seriously!!! I don't even understand how the sanitation department didn't come by!!! And all this just 50 meters from the central police station 🤣🤣🤣🤣

08/08/2026: We ordered pizzas, waited an hour before being served, had to call twice, and when the order finally arrived, they'd made a mistake with the children's menu. I'd asked for a cheese pizza, and they served me a ham pizza, even though I don't eat pork. I find that truly shameful. Avoid them!

07/08/2026: We ordered two salads, a Savoyard and a Niçoise, both generously filled and very tasty. You've made me a convert to Niçoise salad with its many fresh anchovy fillets. Everything was fresh, in fact, and kudos to the desserts, which were clearly homemade.

19/08/2026: The food quality was excellent, no complaints there. However, their time management and customer service need improvement. My order was given a 30-minute wait, and after 30 minutes, I arrived to pick it up and was told it wasn't ready yet. I waited, knowing it was busy, so it's understandable that I was kept waiting another 5-10 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, and a delay is understandable, but take responsibility and inform people beforehand instead of letting them get impatient. In total, I waited an hour. If I had known the wait time, I would have gone somewhere else that day, but I would have come back another time. I won't be returning; that was the last time.

14/08/2026: A very warm welcome, smiling and attentive staff. I enjoyed some excellent sushi.

12/06/2026: Exorbitant prices for potatoes. The fries aren't even good on the same day. There are more bones than meat on the pork ribs, so paying €15.50 for such appalling quality will teach me not to give this place any more money. And the service? Don't even get me started... When you come to pick up your order, don't even bother greeting the owners because they won't have the decency to do so. Avoid at all costs.

25/08/2026: It was around two o'clock, the place was empty, maybe we were the first customers that day, yet he had a sour face. As if he was giving it away for free. Nothing tasted good. Unfortunately, because of incompetent people opening shops here and there, we can't eat döner anymore. He even hesitated to give out small napkins with the portions. 😧

24/08/2026: I started eating the kebab and found a piece of aluminum foil in the meat... Avoid at all costs!!

05/07/2026: After several years away from this establishment because the service wasn't great, I thought maybe it would be better now... but no... the shrimp with salt and pepper was definitely reheated from the day before... the beef with rubbery onions... the food was tasteless... even the fruit in syrup wasn't good... The only positive point was the very affordable price.

09/03/2026: This restaurant, which has been rather criticized in the past, is now a very good place to eat typical Asian cuisine 👍. The dishes are hot and tasty, the service is quick and friendly, and the decor is really cheerful 😄.

17/07/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looking for a truly authentic espresso, I had the pleasure of receiving expert advice from the charming lady who greeted us with a lovely smile. She suggested a coffee that perfectly matched my expectations: an Italian coffee. Delicately accompanied by a glass of chilled water and a square of chocolate, this espresso was of exceptional quality. A real treat. I was pleasantly surprised by the shop's evolution; it's now brighter, more elegant, and more welcoming than during my previous visit a few years ago. The furnishings create a particularly warm and refined atmosphere, with comfortable seating. A wide selection of coffees, teas, chocolates, fruit jellies, and marshmallows is showcased in this open-air shop. A very courteous welcome and impeccable service. I recommend this place for the enjoyment of good coffee lovers.

23/08/2026: There's been a real change in the last few months; the service is very slow and there's always a problem. We hear customers complaining very often.

19/08/2026: When working in retail, it's essential to have a welcoming manner, politeness, and above all, friendliness. These are qualities we didn't find at this establishment. We were never refused entry to a restaurant for any reason, let alone during a rush. We believe there are proper ways to address your customers, whether they're just passing through or regulars. We hope that future customers will see improvement.

18/08/2026: We stopped by in the mid-afternoon for a drink. Very pleasant welcome, smiling, friendly waiter. No complaints.

31/08/2026: Disappointed by the particularly greasy fries. The mayonnaise on the eggs as a starter had a bit too much mustard flavor. And the pulled pork wasn't great.

30/08/2026: A very bad experience at the Cocorico restaurant in Rouen. We were there on a Saturday evening around 8 pm, and despite the time, the restaurant was practically empty. The dining room was cold, which was really unpleasant for dining. The menu also offered very few choices, which is quite disappointing considering the prices. As for the meat, it was a huge disappointment: it was very tough, difficult to chew, and clearly undercooked. It didn't seem fresh and even looked like it might be past its expiration date. For a restaurant charging these prices, this is simply unacceptable. I had to change my order completely, for fear of getting sick. The service was absolutely not up to the price. The staff wasn't particularly customer-oriented, and despite our dissatisfaction, no compensation was offered. Yet, this is the very least one could expect in such a situation. In the end, the value for money was very poor: disappointing food, a cold dining room, a limited menu, inadequate service, and no gesture of goodwill. An experience we will not repeat and an establishment we do not recommend.

30/06/2026: A beautiful hotel in an ideal location. Super friendly, accommodating staff. The Sunday brunch was to die for. Highly recommended!

30/05/2026: DISAPPOINTED. We arrived during a heat wave and were told there was no air conditioning due to concern for the environment, and we were advised to open the windows. The room was intolerably warm during the day and still uncomfortable at night. There were no screens on the windows so all the insects flew in. Additionally, there were bedside reading lights and small lamps, but you couldn't turn them on independently. There was one master switch that turned on all of the lights, and you couldn't use the reading lamps without the bank of overhead lights being on at the same time. So, one person sleeping while the other reads a book with the aid of a discreet bedside lamp was not an option. The breakfast was €22 per person and there were no lunch or brunch options after 10:00. They only have the same limited menu that is offered at dinner. When you ordered on the terrace bar, they immediately charged your card before serving you and we weren't allowed to start a 'tab' for our group. While we were there, they were hedging every part of the property with a loud, gas hedge trimmer for two days, which began before 8:00. Of course, we had the windows open so this was very disruptive and sleeping in was not an option.
