24/05/2026: I didn't want it to come to this, but I called to say what was wrong. The woman apologized, and I told her I wanted to speak to the manager. She said he wasn't there, that she'd pass on the message, and that he'd never call me back. He did call me back, so I'm leaving a negative review. I ordered from them, and first of all, they don't respect orders. I ordered one meat kebab, one chicken kebab, and one meat kebab tortilla. She only gave me chicken. On top of that, the kebabs only had bread and meat, no sauce, no vegetables, and everything was dry. In the kids' menu, both burgers were burnt, the meat was inedible, the fries were cold, and there were no candies. I've always ordered from them, but since they changed owners, I'm extremely disappointed. The woman didn't even offer any compensation; she preferred to lose customers rather than react. In short, I'm disappointed and still waiting for a call from the manager.

12/05/2026: Inedible pizza with a sandy crust. They're thin, with little topping, and you're not satisfied. They messed up the order and even dared to pass off the junior size as a senior! But we got a senior size, and for €17, no less! First and last time I'll order from them. Aside from apologizing on the phone, they should at least offer us a refund. As a result, we threw everything in the bin (no joke). I'm writing this review a few hours later; I'm sick, I swear! If this is what happened to me... I strongly advise against going to this pizzeria, if you can even call it that!

30/11/2025: It's hard to cook when you're in receivership. Make pasta with cordon bleu, or mashed potatoes are good with ham, lol. You're a good man, but madam, not right.

30/04/2026: The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. However, using a jackhammer to do work in the next room on the wall connecting to an occupied room (mine) at 10 a.m. is completely unacceptable! I've never seen anything like it in the hotel industry!

28/04/2026: Clean rooms, good showers, and a simple atmosphere. Breakfast can be a bit hectic if you're traveling in a group (sometimes you had to wait for empty trays). Our key card didn't work very well; opening the door was a real challenge. We stayed for two nights, the heating worked (we turned on the radiator ourselves), and housekeeping was included. There's a kettle, tea, and coffee. Large supermarkets are across the street.

11/12/2025: Impeccable service and very friendly staff, nothing to complain about! However, I must warn you that some customers were disrespectful to a waiter, while he himself remained courteous, and I commend him for that! 🙏

08/12/2025: When ordering a children's takeaway meal, it would be nice to receive the entire menu... Because charging 40 cents for sauces is fine, but ordering and paying for the whole meal is another matter... And it's not the first time.

13/05/2026: Ordered a large taco on Uber Eats, not too long a wait and really well filled! The only slight downside is the oil from the fries that gets at the bottom of the taco, which isn't great, but otherwise the kebab meat was very good and the filling was good value for money.

28/03/2026: I ordered two Crispy rice dishes on Uber Eats, and when they arrived, there were only two small pieces of chicken that had been pulled out of the dish. It's shameful that there was no chicken in a dish supposed to be chicken and rice! Aside from that, the dish was good, but not exceptional.

10/02/2026: I arrived with my colleague at 6:03 PM on a Friday. The bar was practically empty. After walking several kilometers, we decided to sit on the terrace. My colleague ordered a beer. As for me, wanting to stay energized since we still had a long drive ahead of us, I simply ordered a coffee. The waiter, visibly annoyed, curtly explained that he no longer served hot drinks after 6:00 PM (I remind you, it was 6:03 PM). I then asked him if tea would be possible (boiling water and putting in a tea bag didn't seem like an unreasonable request). The waiter stared at me for almost a minute, then replied condescendingly: "So, I'll repeat myself, since you don't seem to have understood: I NO LONGER SERVE HOT DRINKS AFTER 6:00 PM." As a result, I didn't order anything. We decided to laugh it off and leave, but the experience was frankly unpleasant. If you're looking for a welcoming place to have a drink, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. Reading other reviews, I see that this waiter seems to be consistently rude, especially to people he considers "foreigners." And since leaving a review on Google isn't easy, the establishment receives much higher ratings than the welcome and service actually deserve.

05/06/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but after eating two Crousty Pizzas, I became very ill, suffering from diarrhea and a fever.

24/02/2026: A customer rip-off, a disgrace to represent Alsace. They shouldn't be in the restaurant business. It's all about the cash register. Avoid at all costs! Owners, you should be ashamed 😊

21/01/2026: On two children's menus, we received neither lemonade nor dessert, which brought the price to ten euros for a plate of fries and nuggets. We would have had to come back and wait in a massive queue to get them to make up for the oversight. The portion sizes for the sharing platters have become truly ridiculous for 30 euros per person. We were used to it, but unfortunately, our habits will change.

30/05/2026: One hour wait, served cold and unfriendly. They even claim to be open 24/7! Seriously, thanks for the wait.

27/05/2026: Honestly, I used to love McDonald's, I never had any problems, but this time I ordered an Uber Eats and my drink leaked in my bag, and I forgot to eat my nuggets and fries with it. Very disappointed, of course. I called, but no one answered the phone. Plus, the meal is expensive for what it is. I'll go to Burger King next time; at least I know I won't be disappointed.

29/06/2026: It's been a long time since I've had such a good Flunch experience; the staff are truly welcoming and friendly. The food is decent, and there are several activities for children. I highly recommend it if you're looking for a place to eat.

26/06/2026: FLUNCH Dieppe Belvédère is a great place for a balanced meal, with a wide selection and consistently high quality. I'm always greeted with a smile and have a pleasant experience. I recommend it.

08/01/2026: Absolutely terrible, avoid at all costs! The pizza was burnt and tasteless.

08/11/2025: First and last order on Uber Eats. I ordered just one pizza! A small one, and it arrived burnt. Plus, the crust was incredibly thin, practically inedible. A real shame. I won't be ordering again… Very disappointed.

31/05/2026: We had lunch at this restaurant one day. The dining room was full, and the waitress seemed to be handling many tasks single-handedly: serving, taking orders, and processing payments. Despite her efforts, she appeared very busy. We wish her all the best for the peak season. As for the meal, the cider was unfortunately not served chilled, and the grilled ham didn't seem to be grilled enough; it was barely cooked.

25/05/2026: The mussels à la normande were excellent!

14/05/2026: We took a quick lunch break during our bike trip to try some Neufchâtel cheese in a salad. The service was quick and efficient!

07/04/2026: We had lunch there while passing through town. The menu is extensive. Good value for money. We ordered andouillettes which arrived slightly burnt.
