24/08/2024: La Huchette does good solid regional cuisine well, in a relaxing and unpretentious setting. It’s not going to blow your socks off with creativity or powerful flavours - it just about supports the Michelin star - but based on our experience you will have an enjoyable meal. We had the 5 courses for €75. Excellent amuse bouche at the start, and an unusual, seemingly steamed, bread roll with garlic butter. Decent cod pre-starter, and well crafted starters - slow cooked egg yolk, mousse and bits of veg for some, Charolais beef and beetroot for others. Our bresse chicken main was on the traditional side but came with a tasty morel sauce. It doubled as the “nugget” on the children’s menu. Desserts were OK. Staff very friendly, and quite a festive atmosphere inside. Not the awkward hush you still get in some restaurants around here. The pricing is largely as you would expect for a hotel restaurant with a star, but (a €14 kir aperitif aside) the extras are reasonably priced so the final bill doesn’t come with big surprises. 24/09/2024: My husband ordered a kebab and a pancake. Hungry on the road, he starts his kebab and there, disgusted, the meat is super tough! So he calls them back to explain and they ask him to come back so we can reorder him, so far very good for a commercial gesture. Back at home, we tasted it and it was a big disappointment, the meat was still super dry. I bit a piece of my pancake and almost broke a tooth on a bone. In short, flee!!! Every time we order there is always a problem with the meat! So either you have to change supplier or people are satisfied with not much...

19/01/2025: We went there several times, sometimes good and sometimes not so good like everywhere but never really disappointed like at Anthy's on Leman. Too bad I live far from that one

28/08/2024: Following the change of ownership we went to test the new card We booked for Friday August 23 for 12:15 on the phone and specified that we had 1 hour to eat. Our feelings Rejuvenated frame Warm welcome (so rare these days) Clean sanitary facilities (so rare too) Fast service We had main course and dessert that day, coconut chicken or fish from the market. We immediately felt the change in the chef. The dishes were balanced in taste and tasty. The desserts are excellent, the praline crème brûlée a marvel, the artisanal ice creams a unique taste. The manager took the time to ask us our feelings in general. Tells us that the setting will continue to be refreshed, she advocates traditional home cooking and her goal is for the customer to be satisfied with the service. 30/10/2024: Simple and well-cooked cuisine even if the menu is limited. Pleasant setting on the banks of the Saône after taking small paths!

27/10/2024: Warm welcome, excellent meal (fried food and grenoui). We had a great time and will come back in the spring to appreciate the banks of the Saône even more.

03/12/2024: I am always very well received, the team is smiling and enthusiastic. The kitchen is very clean so what! Best kebab I've ever eaten, we always go back to make sure we eat the best sandwich in the region. You are on top and see you soon!

22/09/2024: Nous connaissons cette adresse depuis 2014 , un changement de propriétaire a eu lieu en 2021 , mais le menu et les produits fermiers n'ont pas changé , merci à cette nouvelle équipe , agréable et conviviale toujours à l'écoute de leur clientèle. Certes ce n'est pas pas un restaurant gastronomique , mais une ferme auberge à recommander pour ses produits de qualité , bonne continuation à tous .

10/09/2024: Ferme bressane authentique, accueil souriant, menu unique composé des produits de la ferme (poulet de Bresse bien entendu) cuits dans le four à bois. Une très bonne adresse ou nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

16/11/2024: I passed by on 11/16 at 6:45 p.m. a very unpleasant person (around forty years old) who prefers to clean rather than serve and when I ask her if there are any Burger buns left she pisses me off for a simple question. Retorting that there are only 40 burger buns per day for me, I was forced to make him recognize his unpleasant behavior. There is another bakery in Oyonnax, I won’t go there anymore.

20/08/2024: Beautiful residence with a lot of charm. Very relaxing, the rooms, restaurant and lounge are pleasant. Well received despite the late hour. Excellent meal and cake for my mother's 90th birthday. The staff didn't rush us and we ended the evening in the lounge. Bravo and thank you for all your attention. We will not forget this great moment dear to our hearts. Hearty and varied breakfast.

29/12/2023: Gros point positif sur la propreté et l’hygiène ! Tout est propre, rien ne traîne ! Et surtout pour un flunch les bacs à nourriture sont souvent réapprovisionné !! C’est toujours un plaisir de venir
