22/09/2024: Hotel booked randomly on the road. Magnificent Hotel, an exceptional view of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The junior suite is spacious and modern. A message from the receptionist welcomed us to the room. The balcony of the room allows you, on this Sunday morning when I am writing these lines, to enjoy the view while enjoying your coffee, in absolute calm and a hypnotic landscape. The staff is great! It is now our essential stopover point!

26/08/2024: Excellent time spent at Le Panorama restaurant for dinner! Warm welcome, very pleasant aperitif on the terrace facing a magnificent view of the Alps, cozy and tastefully decorated restaurant room, delicious dishes, high quality products. Very pleasant and professional service, sound advice. Absolutely worth discovering!

06/01/2024: Magnificent, an atypical restaurant, the atmosphere is super nice, the owner too, the quality of the products is top notch, the quantity too! Rather well located with parking nearby, affordable prices, I highly recommend!

09/12/2023: A little disappointed with the menu. The carp gougeonnettes were a little bland, lacking in seasoning! Ditto frogs….. chicken dish with morel sauce and entrecôte it was ok but lacked flavor too. the ice cream desserts from the Alps: good but hey everyone knows…. The waitress, on the other hand, was very friendly. The value for money is a little expensive...139 euros for 3 without aperitifs, only a pitcher of white and rosé wine.

12/11/2023: A very good address that we are delighted to have discovered, The service is a little long but the culinary level makes us forget this detail... We started with an appetizer offered on our arrival (foie gras crème brûlée) Then we took the menus at 30th As a starter, choice between terrine or carp goujonettes with tartar sauce. The 2 dishes are validated 😊 served with green salad and grated carrots Then, choice between part of Butcher with shallot sauce or lamb shank. Also validated. Mention to the butcher's piece which was as melt-in-your-mouth as possible The 2 dishes were accompanied by butternut puree, zucchini flan and gratin dauphinois! Delicious ! The menu included cheese or fromage blanc. We opted for dry cheese: 5 top selections! And finally the desserts, 5 to choose from if I remember correctly and we had a gingerbread pear crumble and a chartreuse crème brulée! An explosion of flavors whether one or the other A very good time spent at this address. Possibility of eating Bresse chicken and frogs. We will come back !

04/09/2024: I went with friends 1 year later on a whim, it's good but not more than that, the pizza dough is very very thin (around 2mm). If we came back after 1 year because my brother worked there, the boss (it's always the same) threatened to put my head in boiling oil because he hadn't been fast enough ", while it was 2-3 days that worked. In more than 1 year the card has not evolved, the quality is the same and it is expensive for what it is. I'm not going back there anymore. (I respond 3 days later following his message) I see that you replied to me, it's strange to respond to those who give few stars to those with 5 stars which date back 5 years. Already the pizzas "that I stole from my brother" it was he who already brought them back, given is given, taking back is stolen. You said that it's normal to freak out but you already knew everyone at their own pace and two to say that to someone who has just left school, it is necessary to specify who has done a pastry CAP and not a CAP pizzerias and that's not the worst, a few days later, me with my father's worker, we worked at your place, you saw me and said as early as "how's Clément" while I am his brothers twins and you never apologized for this threat. Moreover, if I work more with my father, it's none of your business but I'm going to say already that I was given no choice, the principal of my college did everything to take me out of school because I have language problems , fortunately he had my father, 1 week before the start of the school year I didn't know what I was going to do, I did 2 years of apprenticeship, I had the CAP JP I continued shortly after but It made me drunk but my father also did things that I didn't appreciate but it remains personal. I went to the local mission afterwards, I worked in a factory, the first one went badly but the second one did. I was at GXO, it's going really well except that they have nothing left for 1.5 weeks and that they no longer have a place to be an order picker but they will take me back when they have more work(towards the end of the week). Besides, I'm not even unemployed. You say that I don't spend time with friends nearby enough, that's already my right and it bothers you that I have friends. The pizzas haven't evolved, plus I often went with my family but since that day and seeing that it wasn't any better than that, we hadn't come back. That day after 1 year, we didn't know what to do and we had expected something good from someone who works there, it's you, but it didn't change, nothing at all, even the qualities of the taste didn't change. . You don't know me but it's not worth judging me or talking behind my back.

08/02/2026: Catastrophic service. Mistakes from order placement to checkout. Only 3 tables (6 people) and we were all affected. Amusing at first, then quickly embarrassing. A complete overhaul is essential. A shame, because the place itself is pleasant.

13/11/2025: Lunch at the restaurant today – a disaster! The chef's suggestion – prawn risotto for €20 – sounded good on paper. It was noon, the first customer of the day, and the risotto looked like rice mush. The prawns were overcooked, and there was burnt cooking fat on the side. I left three-quarters of it. The waiter asked if it was okay, and I told him it was disgusting. He said, "Don't move, I'll tell the chef," but nothing happened. Apparently, that's normal; the chef must have made the risotto around 10 am and reheated it for lunch. The result: €30 and not an apology. Honestly, go eat somewhere else; you'll have a much better time.

27/08/2024: Too disappointed with the service I asked for the aperitif and received the dish at the same time not asked for the sauce to reheat the flank steak it was burnt blue

12/08/2024: I have been eating here once or twice a year for over 20 years. The menu has never changed, nor has the place. It's fine. It's quick, basic, sometimes better than other times. The salads can be customised to be vegetarian. Service is usually fine- also sometimes it isn't. But it's very much a local joint- if they know you, it's faster and more friendly.

22/09/2024: Reservation of a room at 10 p.m. for an arrival at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening in full restaurant service, and very warm welcome. Very pleasant bedding and quiet environment. I will come back to taste the restaurant's cuisine.

04/09/2024: it's a place where you have to make your place if you want to be received as you should... The reservation is complicated and the boss's remarks are quite lunar and crude. On the other hand, the place is very pleasant (especially in summer) and the service is efficient and friendly. Small downside on the price in general which reflects the abuses of the Pays de Gex, the bill is too high for such simple but still tasty cuisine.
