29/08/2024: We came as a family to spend two days there in August and are only waiting for one thing: to come back for Christmas! 5 points to remember 1. First of all, the Auberge d'Aranc is one of the rare establishments that can accommodate families with more than two children! A double bedroom with a bedroom with two real bunk beds can accommodate a family with 4 children in good conditions. All at very competitive prices. The rooms are fairly standard but a good size and clean. At this price the value for money is very good. 2. Then the situation: a very quiet village. The hotel is right opposite a charming church (unfortunately closed but this is more and more the case. It's a shame) and from the windows you can see the countryside. It's really charming. We feel good there. 3. We eat very well there! excellent gratin dauphinois with chanterelles, tasty meat, well-stocked breakfast! There are also children's menus and the cook adapts to requests. 4. The boss and the rest of the team have a sense of service (this is really becoming more and more rare!) 5. there seem to be a lot of leisure activities nearby, including a very good treetop adventure course, a real goat farm where you can milk milk and then buy excellent cheeses. 07/07/2024: Une auberge au coeur d'un petit village du bugey a 10km de A40, un très bon moment passé dans un établissement de qualité. Chambre spacieuse et propre bien équipée. Quand à la restauration, que des produits frais et maison, une très belle carte ou menus à des prix très convenables. Ne passez pas à côté, allez y vous ne serez pas déçus

28/08/2024: Prix injustifiés, 1 heure d’attente entre les plats, quantités insuffisantes. Nous fréquentons cette établissement depuis 20ans, un gros changement avec maintenant un menu bistronomique Je reste nostalgique du pressoir que nous avions connu.

18/08/2024: The food, service, and atmosphere are all good. And I do like the hotel style and the classical decoration. However, according to the unpleasant part of my experiences, please make sure the air conditioner in your booked room works before you check in. Plus, you should absolutely avoid the rooms near the hall (behind the reception) on weekends. It can be incredibly noisy even after midnight lately (later than 1am).

14/09/2024: Country restaurant but which does the job very well! Warm places, the managers are very friendly and come to ask you if everything is going well, even the cook! There is a bar side and a restaurant side + an outdoor terrace by the river. The square is simple but it's more than enough (pizza, burger, homemade dishes, etc.), the prices are attractive and worth the taste and the cost! Starter and dessert, we had the raw ham plate, a Texan pizza, the pike perch fillet in vin jaune and a crème brûlée. Perfect 🌟
