23/07/2026: I've been coming to this fast-food place for years now, and I've never been disappointed. Whether it's the quality, the quantity, or the taste, everything is always excellent.
If I had to find one thing to improve, it would be the wait time, which is often a bit long. But other than that, there's nothing to complain about. You can eat in right there in the center of town, either on the very pleasant terrace or inside.
The staff is always smiling, polite, and welcoming, which is also a real sign of quality.
This taco place has managed to evolve over the years while maintaining excellent quality, unlike some competitors. It has truly established itself, and in my opinion, it's even the best taco place in the Pays de Gex region.

13/07/2026: Avoid this place! I had a terrible experience at lunchtime. From the moment I arrived, the hygiene was appalling: sticky tables, a dirty floor, and toilets in a disappointingly unclean state. The entire restaurant gave the impression of being neglected, which is extremely unsettling for a meal.
The atmosphere wasn't pleasant either: far too much noise, a seemingly chaotic organization, and an unwelcoming welcome. It's a real shame, as these problems completely ruined my meal. I hope the establishment takes these comments seriously, but I certainly won't be returning.

11/08/2026: A fun and lively evening with top-notch musicians in a casual atmosphere. Booking in advance ensures comfortable seating. The venue is air-conditioned, and even when it gets busy, you can still enjoy the show. Drinks are mandatory, but that's fair considering the price of the show is just €8. The service is very fast.
I didn't have dinner, but the menu offers a quick dinner option with platters and small pizzas.
Highly recommended.
09/08/2026: I'm writing this review after an evening spent at this bar. I came with the intention of listening to a jazz concert. The concert was great, but everything leading up to it was less so. First, it started with arriving early to get comfortable. Once seated, I was informed that a drink purchase was mandatory, something stated on the website, but that an additional €8 surcharge was added to the first drink. Since it was for two people, it came to €16! The staff explained that this was to compensate the artists, which I completely understand, but it would have been better to mention it on the website so we wouldn't have been presented with a fait accompli. Once we were served, the concert was supposed to start at 9 pm, but unfortunately, it didn't. We waited until 9:40 pm without any information from the staff. If you're coming to be comfortably seated, I wouldn't recommend this bar, as their goal is to cram as many people as possible into the room (even if some aren't fully seated) to maximize their profits. This overcrowding is precisely what caused the delay. And to top it all off, you can't even get a simple glass of water; you have to pay for a 33cl bottle!
In short, a very good concert thanks to the artists, but poor organization and a lack of communication from the bar hosting them.

05/07/2026: The starter consisted of canned vegetables, without any sauce... 😳 Inedible.
Very limited menu choices. The service was unpleasant, with insensitive remarks.
As for the decor and ambiance, it felt like stepping back into 1902. I do not recommend this establishment.

29/07/2026: I placed my order online and arrived at the kiosk. They were out of salad, which can happen, so the server offered me something else. I took potatoes instead. My order arrived, but there were no potatoes in it, so I went back to the kiosk to ask for them again. The reception from the server was incredibly rude... cold and icy, as if she was bothered by having to do what was missing... a total lack of respect for the customer. I hope she wasn't like that all evening with the other customers... Order placed Wednesday, July 29th at 10 PM...
28/07/2026: I've always been satisfied every time I've been to this McDonald's. The staff is great, there's nothing to complain about regarding wait times or food preparation, and it's clean and well-maintained.
Special thanks to Clovis who gave me a very warm welcome, served me quickly and with a smile—that's becoming rare and it's always appreciated. Keep up the good work! 👍

The service is not the most welcoming- one waiter was more attentive and relatively good, and the other was inattentive, and very cold and grumpy

17/07/2026: I was very disappointed with the cappuccino. It's by far the worst I've had in Greater Geneva. If you're looking for a quality cappuccino, I wouldn't recommend this place. Frankly, even a cappuccino made at home with a simple instant mix is better than the one served here.
06/07/2026: First, they let me pay the amount with a mix of EUR and CHF (1:1 exchange rate, fair enough - at the time 1 CHF~1.09 EUR) since I didn't have enough EUR in cash, then proceeded not to give me my change back. So I guess I paid a "foreigner tax". And the coffee was not even good.

27/07/2026: I usually go to the restaurant across the street. But it was closed. Oh well, I'll give it a try... I ordered a kebab without salad to go. First off, they charged me for a meal deal even though I only ordered a kebab. Luckily, I realized because the prices weren't displayed. When I got home, I found salad in my kebab. And it's not the first time this kind of mistake has happened.
Anyway, O'Delice is definitely over for me.

‼️⚠️🚨On Wednesday, June 17th, around 10 PM, I went to Ô Délices in Montréal-la-Cluse to get a kebab and a taco. Frankly, it was probably one of the worst meals I've ever had.
The fries were only half full, and so was the kebab. The raw vegetables tasted like they'd been in the fridge, as if they were from the day before. The kebab had absolutely no flavor, and the taco was dry, practically without any cheese sauce, even though I had asked for extra. The result: a bland and uninteresting meal.
The receipt showed a total of €26, but we ended up paying €28 without any explanation. On top of that, the extra sauces were barely filled. Two euros more for that is incomprehensible.
What's most disappointing is that we gave this place several chances. I used to go there regularly, and just a few months ago, it wasn't this disastrous. It wasn't exceptional, but at least it was edible. Now, the quality has completely plummeted.
For the first time in my life, I couldn't even finish a kebab. It really takes a lot to get to that point. I ended up throwing the whole meal in the trash because it was so bad. I'd much rather pay a fair price for a good kebab than spend €28 on something that goes straight in the bin.
At one time, when you asked for sauce, they gave it to you generously, sometimes even the whole carton. Now, you pay extra for barely filled containers.
As far as I'm concerned, that's it. I won't be going back. If you're looking for a good kebab in Montréal-la-Cluse, look elsewhere. A huge disappointment. This kebab shop is a disaster! 🚨⚠️‼️⚠️🚨‼️
And I think it needs a hygiene inspection with URSSAF (the French social security agency) for quality control. They need to do something because this is unacceptable.

One star is already very generous.
The service doesn't know the meaning of the words "quality" or "professionalism." Disgusting (sorry, but I'm truly shocked!). The taste hasn't yet sent at least one representative to Flunch.
You'd be better off crossing the world's deserts and eating sand: you'd at least have more flavor and some pleasant scenery.
Congratulations on the word "disappointment" and its new synonym: Flunch.
12/08/2026: Disappointed by an employee's reaction. When I ordered a scoop of ice cream with whipped cream, I jokingly pointed out the stinginess of the amount... the response was, "With one scoop of ice cream, Madam, that's to be expected..." Really? Not nice at all... I don't know how to post a picture, but the portion was ridiculously small.

31/07/2026: Eating in is okay, but takeout is never good! There's always something missing! And the products are a rip-off! There's nothing in them, or they're missing things....
And most importantly... the takeout products aren't fresh and they're COLD!!!
Remember to check everything thoroughly before you leave!
Even today, they didn't have the right products, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller...

30/08/2025: I ordered shrimp udon. They brought me the beef ones. And when I said it wasn't the right dish, they told me to get pad thai because they were out of udon. Terrible service and udon swimming in sauce.
I wasn't offered a refund or anything, not to mention that most of the menu wasn't available and there was no apology from them, almost as if they were used to it.
