Les meilleurs restaurants en Ain

10/09/2024: The architecture and what was made of it is a pleasure to look at, original, with attention to detail, not fancy. Everything was very clean, sleep quality was good. The dinner went perfectly with the warm summer evening and wasn't too heavy; The only thing left to mention is the breakfast, which was completely satisfactory for the hikers.

22/08/2024: We ate with my wife one evening.. very nice waitress but who did not tell us the specificity of Parisian Gnocchi, so we were disappointed.. My dish, mushroom tagliatelle with sirloin steak was good, well executed. Ice cream for dessert, a glacier in the Alps that we know well, visibly poorly preserved because it is full of crystals.. The waitress does not warn us that she is leaving, we find ourselves alone in the dining room, no one in the kitchen, 45 minutes to wait, we decide to leave after looking for someone to take the bill, the chef ends up introducing himself, not a commercial gesture or an apology, the bill amounts to €60 for 1 beer, a kir, two dishes and a dessert.. We would have thought we were in a hidden camera. Too bad, there is a serious lack of professionalism in this restaurant. It ruined our evening.

06/07/2024: At first we were reluctant to go there because the reviews were so negative... But following the change of ownership, and for a pizza evening with friends we took the plunge. Well not disappointed! Super good pizza even reheated the next day, not too much wait even for a match night.. People who criticize should go to Italy to compare.. I recommend!

08/06/2024: Médiocre. Soirée gâchée par la "qualité" du repas et son prix. À fuir absolument. C'est une honte à la gastronomie française. Ce restaurant dénigre le travail des vrais restaurateurs.

25/01/2025: We stopped there after walking up the mountain towards the slopes. The hot chocolate was perfect, very delicious and not too hot.😋 The atmosphere was very friendly.

01/01/2025: Fairly fast service but it's very expensive (€6 for a slice of blueberry pie, ketchup paid...), the fries were very dry, and the minced steak as well. Bagged salad with industrial vinaigrette… a little disappointed…

23/08/2024: Jeepers, it was such a bad experience. Booked a table at 19.15. Had to beg for the menu to be handed after 20 minutes. Food only arrived at 20.20. Waiters were rude, not bothered. And the food was just about OK. Won't be back.

23/10/2024: Buy a sandwich today for lunch, lots of bread, three poor slices of tomatoes and three salad leaves, what about the chicken....I don't recommend it.

20/09/2024: A great time with the family, we enjoyed the pizzas, each one more tempting than the last. We will come back, I recommend with my eyes closed! The best pizzas in Valbonne.

16/08/2024: Service a little overwhelmed by the crowds due to Roisiat fleas. Limited menu; pike in limited quantity with irregular cooking. Efforts to make for the smile of the staff.

15/08/2024: Today we accompanied a friend to the flea market. At 5 a.m. (exceptional opening certainly for the flea market) I went to just drink a coffee. A lovely welcome, a very friendly and smiling lady at the counter, with a sense of humor, despite the very early hour.

24/09/2024: My husband ordered a kebab and a pancake. Hungry on the road, he starts his kebab and there, disgusted, the meat is super tough! So he calls them back to explain and they ask him to come back so we can reorder him, so far very good for a commercial gesture. Back at home, we tasted it and it was a big disappointment, the meat was still super dry. I bit a piece of my pancake and almost broke a tooth on a bone. In short, flee!!! Every time we order there is always a problem with the meat! So either you have to change supplier or people are satisfied with not much...

21/08/2024: I have eaten here several times (to take away), the tacos are super good and the welcome is pleasant.

14/04/2024: Service parfait, nourriture de qualité, je recommande vivement ce restaurant de variété différentes ( kebab, hamburger, tacos...)

02/04/2024: Passing with a friend, we stopped on the road to eat. Honestly, it’s really good. The artisanal bread is very crusty, the meat well marinated. And inside it's very clean. I recommend 👌

26/09/2024: Ma femme a commandé un gâteau glace pour mon anniversaire que l’on fêtait en famille et avec des amis. Le gâteau était tout simplement pas bon voir très mauvais. Ceci n’est pas une question de goût car sur les 10 personnes de présentes pas une n’a aimé le produits. Je pense que le pâtissier devrait goûter son produit et remettre en question son choix. Les noix étaient rance, la glace abricot sans goût, la génoise fade! Bref vraiement pas bon! Au prix du dessert et de la renommée c’est tout simplement une honte!
