14/08/2024: Maître d'hôtel en costume service aux petits soins décoration superbe et pour couronner le tout une gastronomie française régionale sans faille. Cuisses de grenouilles en persillade cuisson parfaite on en mangerait sans s'arrêter. Petites côtelettes rôties excellentes avec un gratin de patates divin . Dessert exceptionnel arrosé copieusement de Grand marnier. Vin du jour de qualité à un prix très correct . Les tarifs sont très accessibles étonnant pour ce niveau de service et de qualité. Ce restaurant est une belle découverte et il le tarde d'y retourner.

12/08/2024: Une VRAIE brasserie "à la lyonnaise" avec service irréprochable et plats tous délicieux ! J'ai été impressionné par la qualité des escargots et du poulet de Bresse, sans parler d'un amuse-bouche original et d'un dessert sublime (macarons framboises). Rien à dire sauf un grand bravo ! PS : réservez, l'adresse est connue et appréciée...

15/09/2024: Nous sommes allés au Bressan aujourd hui très bon accueil et très bon plat fait maison, du foie gras, terrine de pot au feu, brechet de poulet, cuisse de poulet a la crème et les desserts tout était excellent.Pensez a réserver !!

26/08/2024: Excellent! Nous avons très bien mangé. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Il pollo di Bourg era favoloso e anche i dessert! Bell'ambiente e servizio delizioso.

30/06/2026: We cannot thank the team at Campanile Geneva enough for the exceptional kindness and care they showed us during a very difficult time. We were staying at the hotel following a bad ski accident and major orthopaedic surgery on our journey back to the airport. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with our booking through the insurance company, and when we arrived there was no room available. It was an incredibly stressful situation, but Axel and the entire team handled it with such compassion, professionalism, and genuine warmth. They went far beyond what we could ever have expected, doing everything they could to help us and making us feel supported, cared for, and reassured throughout. Their empathy and willingness to go the extra mile transformed what was a very upsetting experience into one where we felt looked after. Outstanding customer service is often talked about, but this team genuinely embodied it. Their kindness made a lasting impression on us, and we will always be grateful for the care they showed. Management should be incredibly proud to have staff like Axel and the team representing the Campanile brand. They are a real credit to the hotel.

19/06/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience with this hotel. Before my check-in date, I contacted the hotel because there were stairs and I had difficulty carrying my luggage. Since I was traveling with luggage, I explained the situation and asked if cancellation was possible. The hotel agreed to cancel the reservation and refund me. However, after I booked another hotel based on their confirmation, the hotel suddenly changed their decision and refused to refund me. I did not stay at the hotel at all and never used the room. The biggest issue is not only the money, but the fact that the hotel gave me a clear confirmation and then went back on their word. This caused me unnecessary stress during my trip. I hope the hotel can improve their communication and respect the commitments they make to guests. I would recommend other travelers to get everything confirmed carefully in writing before making any decisions based on the hotel’s promises.

29/09/2024: First time at the restaurant “La table de la Mainaz” and it will be the last. First of all, regarding the dishes, nothing exceptional in terms of flavors, little research, the presentation is not neat. Also the plates were cold, we had to send them back. Approximate service, bordering on amateurism. I do not recommend this restaurant, the quality is really not up to the standard displayed (€360 for 2 people).... In addition, the restaurant misleads its customers by highlighting a star on the website, which is no longer current and we now understand why.

22/09/2024: Hotel booked randomly on the road. Magnificent Hotel, an exceptional view of Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc. The junior suite is spacious and modern. A message from the receptionist welcomed us to the room. The balcony of the room allows you, on this Sunday morning when I am writing these lines, to enjoy the view while enjoying your coffee, in absolute calm and a hypnotic landscape. The staff is great! It is now our essential stopover point!

22/08/2025: We arrived and found the door locked because it was permanently closed!

11/09/2025: We only had lunch at the restaurant, not staying at the hotel. The meal was okay, but nothing special. Definitely, don't order the tiramisu, as it's a very dry biscuit that hasn't been dipped in Marsala coffee. It's disappointing.

08/09/2025: Beautiful hotel with a lovely garden and pool. Parking is available within their gate. However, breakfast is served at their other location, a 5-minute walk away. A good breakfast with a wide selection costs €18. It's located in the village center, very central.
