21/08/2026: Bad luck, we made a reservation, arrived for our meal, and there was a power cut. We were looking for another restaurant at 1 p.m...

21/08/2026: It was impossible to get the same three aperitif glasses because the bottle was empty, there were no more frog legs, the poached eggs were served before we could order another dish, and to top it all off, there was no more of the second course, the pike soufflé. We left without eating.

08/07/2026: I came this morning to buy a slice of pizza; they're usually quite good, but this time when I bought my slice, it was burnt to a crisp, both on the sides and underneath. It would be nice if they didn't sell things that are burnt...

17/06/2026: I was very disappointed with my visit to Marie & Blachère in Viriat. I ordered a chocolate donut that was completely dry, inedible, and had a truly unpleasant taste. I suspect it wasn't fresh. Furthermore, the service was very disappointing: an elderly person spoke very curtly and gave me a nasty look. I do not recommend this place.

09/04/2026: They make the best cookies ever, but they're so incredibly sweet. If I were a thirty-year-old dad, I'd say they're too sweet to eat properly. But hey, they're good.

24/08/2026: A very bad experience at this McDonald's, particularly regarding safety and hygiene. A glass window was broken near the exit leading to the play area, and no safety measures had been put in place. My 3-year-old son, like the other children who pass through this area, unfortunately cut his finger on the shards of glass. We immediately went to speak to the staff. To our great surprise, they didn't even have a first-aid kit on hand. An employee had to go and get his own kit from his car to disinfect my son's finger and put a bandage on it. Afterward, I was simply told that "everything was fine." I asked them how a broken window could remain unsecured and when it would be repaired. I was told it would be done quickly and that they were sorry. But frankly, children's safety should have been a priority from the start. And unfortunately, this problem isn't limited to just this one window. The overall condition of the restaurant is truly appalling: the play area is filthy, the toilets are dirty, the tables and trays are dirty and sometimes wet during service, and there's a complete lack of attention paid to hygiene. There isn't even a baby changing table. We can understand that an incident or a technical problem might happen, but leaving a broken window unsecured in an area where children are present is completely unacceptable. It's high time they woke up and took cleanliness, hygiene, and especially the safety of the children and families who frequent this establishment seriously.

23/08/2026: I was extremely disappointed with this experience. I don't understand how an establishment can allow such a situation to deteriorate without any cleaning being done. Dirty tables, children's play equipment in a deplorable state, a strong odor in the restaurant, and absolutely filthy toilets with vomit and excrement on the floor. 🤢 What shocks me most is that no one seems to be intervening and that management is clearly letting this situation continue. Hygiene should be a priority, especially in a restaurant that welcomes families and children. I sincerely hope that a manager will take charge of the situation quickly, because in this state, it's simply unacceptable.

06/08/2026: After-work evening/Summer Time this Wednesday, August 5th. We were a very large group of people in their fifties. We were warmly welcomed and seated in the cozy lounges on the terrace. The young staff were very friendly and smiling, the lounge music was playing, and the tapas kept flowing. Then the music changed, and the party moved to the dance floor, creating a great atmosphere. But we were surprised by the crowd: young, even very young (18 years old? Not sure!).

03/08/2026: Great atmosphere, popular, and a huge terrace!!! The terrace takes up three-quarters of the town of Massieux, I think, it's that big!! Great place to spend a summer evening.

25/05/2026: I travel every week. I've never seen a hotel in such a dilapidated state: carpets and walls in a terrible condition, mold in the bathroom, unidentified substances stuck to the bathroom radiator… Simply scandalous.

10/04/2026: I ordered a steak taco with Gruyere sauce tonight, but due to an order error, I ended up with a taco filled to the brim with Samurai sauce! The taco was inedible for me. As a customer for over 15 years, you make mistakes about one out of three times. Frankly, this was the last time I would shop here.
