15/08/2024: Disappointed with the room. Very small for 3, no shower gel (just a dispenser at the sink), only one roll of toilet paper already used, uncomfortable bedding with plastic noise at the slightest movement. In short, a hotel in its original form which deserves a good renovation.

02/09/2024: Facts, nothing but facts...: We have known this place for 15 years now, and the evolution seemed positive, in 2023 we spent superb evenings there, until this year. Reservation required, there are 5 of us, 3 adults, 2 children, we block out as early as possible, for 7 p.m., at the start of service, to avoid the crowds and groups on Saturday evening. - When we arrived, the tables were not set up, we were asked to wait. Let's move on. - No more rougail sausages this evening, no more tuna skewers. When we offer less than 10 dishes, we try to keep them in stock, but let's move on. - We made the mistake of taking starters for adults (excellent by the way, spring rolls and grilled feta). - We ask for water and bread, nothing happens, the poor waitress runs everywhere. After ¼ of an hour we finally manage to be seen, and we will be able to eat our starters. In the meantime around fifteen people arrive, putting the team in PLS, and that's when hell begins. - The dishes were only thrown into the kitchen when the starters were cleared, 1 hour later, so the children were not served before 8:30 p.m. Positive point, the cheeseburger and the nuggets were good according to them. We played a lot of UNO but we originally came to chat and eat... - 9:40 p.m., we break down and decide to go eat at home for the adults: It's now been 2h30 since we arrived, 2h since we ordered our Burger and prawn skewers due to lack of other dishes, and we have nothing 🤯. A little on the nerves, we explain to them that we are going to leave and settle what we received, since they are not arrows and that we are working after tomorrow...😤 It's not bad in my opinion, I would have been with my friends, we would have left straight away, possibly distributing 2 or 3 finger salads to get them out of their trance if someone asked us something, but children and family oblige, we remain civilized. - Not content with having been lousy in organization, slow in service and poor in the kitchen, the team takes the liberty of reprimanding us in our disrespectful tone 😠.. Having been in the dishwasher, in room service and at the bar, I can tell you that if we had crashed an evening at this point, I would have apologized profusely, I would have bowed my head, and it would not have even occurred to me to the idea of ​​asking the customer for 1 cent. But hey, times are changing, we pay more than €40, and we leave before it gets too high 🤦🏻💪☠️💥... Summary: - Prepare your shift on time, nap time is not until 6:45 p.m. - Do your shopping to hold your card. - When we bring the starters/aperitifs, we take everything we need at once, with water, bread and all the crap. - Table with children? Ask if we keep them waiting or send them directly! - Dissatisfied customer? Either he's right, in which case crush yourself to the ground, or he's wrong, and just be polite and impassive, work IN THE SERVICE, he's right anyway, even if he's wrong, it's one of the basic rules. I'll see if next season the team changes to try again, because it's normally a super nice little place, but if that's not the case, I don't recommend anyone to set foot there. I forgot the fact of having black nails when you work in the restaurant business, the deplorable state of the sanitary facilities. Seriously, sweep up the cobwebs and dead critters, and if they have to be used by all the pulapisses and dog punks during the day, a wipe of Karcher before service is not a luxury. We are not yet an underdeveloped country, that's serious hygiene. Best regards, cordially, and everything so as not to offend you in your mediocrity.

01/09/2024: So disappointed compared to previous years! With a magnificent place like yours, it would be good to maintain it, everything is shabby. The food leaves something to be desired... But nice waitress

27/06/2024: What a bad surprise to discover when paying the bill that the glass of dry white wine (very common) is charged at 12 EUR per glass!! The waiter's argument: it's because it is served by the bottle... haha ​​they are also served by the bottle at your restaurant neighbor but at 6 EUR a glass... move on.

09/06/2024: Très bonne expérience et très bon service . La cuisine est généreuse et très bonne . Le service était impeccable par deux jeunes filles qui étaient attentifs et a l’écoute . Très agréable. Le cadre est chaleureux

23/12/2023: Nous avions réservé. 1h d’attente pour qu’un serveur vienne prendre notre commande, accueil sans les salades, 1h d’attente pour avoir nos plats, des plats froids, deux plats qui ne correspondaient pas à notre demande, fausse commande, mauvaise cuisson d’une viande demandé à point qui arrive À PEINE CUITE. Évidemment le patron qui ne nous fait aucune remise. Lamentable. Tout cela pour avoir finalement mangé en 2h30 le midi, bravo.

19/12/2023: Plus jamais nous ne remettrons les pieds dans ce restaurant qu'on fréquentait de temps en temps. Samedi soir nous avons commandé 1 assiette trappeur, les ribs avait un arrière goût très désagréable en bouche, on demande gentillement de changer de viande et la personne (chef de salle j'imagine, un chauve costaud) nous parle très mal, nous jette l'assiette sur la table, très impolie et très hautain, aucune excuse en partant, le Buffalo c'est terminé ! Et au vue des prix et la qualité des produits, ce n'est pas plus mal, on mange beaucoup mieux ailleurs. Fuyez ce restau

22/06/2024: nous avons mangé ce midi avec un couple d'ami , HYGIENE TRES DOUTEUSE , la cuisinière sort du congélateur qui est dans la salle du mini restaurant les produits que vous souhaitez manger .... elle les cuisine sur une plancha a l'extérieur de sa mini cuisine .ou la cuisson ,la vaisselle sale et propre sont melangés j'ai pris une andouillette sauce moutarde avec des frites quand je commence a manger ,malheur les frites pas bonnes et JE TROUVE UN PRODUIT BLEUTE GLUANT STYLE GEL MAINS ,discrètement je sors la voir devant la porte pour lui demander de venir constater ,Mme était avec une cigarette ,quand elle s'approche mon réponds qu'elle ne sait pas d'où viens ce produits ,tout juste si ce n'était pas moi qui l'aurait versé . me remets dans une autre assiette le reste de mon andouillette avec des nouvelles frites . NI EXCUSE ,NI REMISE SUR LA NOTE comme il y avait d'autres tables je n'ai pas voulu faire de scandale donc juste cette information " RESTAURANT A EVITER "

12/06/2024: Surprising “experience”... Following the many positive reviews indicating that the restaurant was not known for its great gastronomy but that we still ate well and for not too much money, we wanted to try for a table for 2... We were very surprised to be greeted by the owner and her cigarette in the restaurant. I can't even tell you how it turned my stomach to start the meal 🤢... There was not a cat in the restaurant, my husband and I ordered 2 diabolos and 2 dishes... We waited 20 minutes to be served. Normal you might say... Except that the diabolos were undrinkable because there was too much syrup and that, when preparing meals, we heard the microwave starting....in a restaurant🙄... The fries were frozen and the salmon steak as well... We were far from the "salmon in foil" that I had ordered but closer to the salmon steak from Marie sold in trays inter... In addition, when we wanted to ask for sauces to accompany the fries, all the sauces were placed on the counter, not in the fridge... Needless to say, we avoided eating mayonnaise that had not been kept in the fridge... The bread served with the meal was stale and straight from a supermarket... One thing is certain, it wasn't "expensive" for a restaurant but we really didn't feel like we were eating in a restaurant... Very disappointed. I don't understand the positive reviews.

03/07/2024: Unfortunately the menu was far from complete and obviously what was missing was what many of us wanted. The place is great and the terrace is superb. The service is very good. The prices may be a little high. We will return there very soon.

29/06/2024: Nous n’avions pas réservé et un accueil d’une froideur fantastique être commerçant c’est sourire et on peut tout dire en y mettant la forme Arrivée à 12h, prise de la commande à 12h30 et servi à 13h On ne vous explique que certains plats s’en sont pas disponibles lorsque seulement il vient prendre la commande et quand vous lui faites remarquer on vous explique de façon agressive sur n’ayant pas commandé vous avez le choix de partir c’est hallucinant 1h après la commande vous êtes servi et la 5 minutes après on vous enlève 3 salades brutalement en vous disant que les lardons ont été oubliés et l’on vous rapporte deux salades beaucoup plus petites que les premières Innaceptable.

10/12/2023: J ai profité de la salle, au fond du domaine comme dans la grande bâtisse. C est toujours aussi froid et mal isolé. J ai encore passé un séminaire avec manteau et écharpe. Les repas sont toujours aussi sommaires et pas très gustatifs. Le domaine est néanmoins agréable, ma malchance est peut être de tout le temps m y rendre en hiver et avoir les désagréments ci-dessus. Ça fait maintenant 4 ans que je viens pour des séminaires quelconques et j ai plutôt l impression que ça se degrade (sur l isolation et la cuisine). Jamais dormi dans le domaine donc ne me prononce pas sur les chambres.

15/11/2023: Cela me change des hôtels des grands groupes habituels, situé dans un beau petit village, les chambres sont grandes et propres, très calme, le personnel est charmant, le petit-déjeuner est impeccable, il y a un frigo et un micro-onde dans la chambre. J'adore

15/08/2024: Perfect time, quality, quantity and service everything combines to have a very, very good time. The restaurant with a view of the ponds is spacious, the old decor has been kept which gives it an old but neat touch. The dishes are well executed and very balanced despite the previous negative opinions I have nothing to complain about it is not the starred restaurant so do not expect an exceptional level but still the mastery and accuracy of the flavors make it a very good restaurant. The team takes great care of us and it’s appreciable and the icing on the cake Mr. Georges Blanc came to greet everyone in the room 🤗

31/08/2024: Arrived at the restaurant at 12:15 p.m. We had the honor of seeing a waitress at 12:45 p.m. who had just come to take our drink order!!!! 30 minutes of waiting just to drink!!!! This one explains to us that another waitress will come to take the order but she doesn't know when???? But what is certain is that it was not the result!!!!! What an organization!!!! A disaster!!! We therefore left by the lack of professionalism of this establishment and other customers did the same...

24/08/2024: Catastrophic Saturday lunchtime. Arriving at 11:30 a.m. for a drink, we were offered a table to eat. 12:30 no order taken, no drinks. We ask what their white wine is, staff only know how to answer “I’m coming”. 10 minutes later still nothing, we unfortunately left without having eaten. Too bad for a market day.

22/09/2024: Malheureusement on se dit que l’on va pas rester sur une mauvaise expérience et on retente mais là : plus jamais ! Ça fait une heure que l’on attend notre commande annoncée pour une préparation de 20minutes, oublis à répétions, attente inadmissible

01/09/2024: A terrible place! Very old furnishings, run down, dirty tablecloth, cobwebs, all in all unappetizing. This is what we saw after ordering two vegetarian pizzas to take away. The pizzas were terrible, thin, tasteless, with a handful of frozen vegetables on top. Not recommended!

03/03/2024: What a wonderful hotel. Very comfortable and well appointed. The rooms are very clean and very modern with plugs everywhere. Good food and a great wine list.
