31/08/2026: Hello, We eat here from time to time. Today I was very disappointed. The steak was overcooked, the fries weren't salted, and the milkshake was disgusting (the ice cream wasn't mixed with the M&Ms at the bottom of the cup). My vegan burger was practically cold. The waiter was nonchalant, replacing chairs without cleaning the tables, his eyes glued to his phone. The quality has dropped considerably compared to when it used to be... It seems like there's no manager; the staff are left to fend for themselves.

05/08/2026: Disclaimer: The restaurant's name is Charcuterie, so the specialty should be cheese and cured meat platters. We sit down, and the daily specials are offered. The owner apparently only speaks French, so we take a photo from HIS reviews showing "the large cured meat and cheese platter" and ask for the same. The same dish is also on the menu published on Google. Okay, no problem. We receive a dish that's less than half the size: a cheese, a cured meat, a terrine, and some figs. We ask for an explanation, because what was brought to us isn't what's shown in the photo. We're rudely told that the photo is a few years old, so we can't expect the same. Needless to say, they certainly haven't stopped producing cheese and cured meats, especially since we're rudely turned away from the restaurant. Avoid (we were satisfied a few meters away).

01/09/2026: Delicious pizza!!! After a day of boat tours and exploring the city, we weren't particularly hungry and didn't feel like going to a restaurant. This pizzeria is close to our hotel, and the aroma was truly appetizing. I asked for the pizza closest to an Italian margherita, and it was truly excellent. Perfect dough, excellent tomato sauce, good mozzarella. Quality black olives. Very friendly staff. Well done!

30/08/2026: For the past few years I've been ordering your cheese pizzas, which are very, very good, and the receptionist is super friendly 💖 However, I wanted to try the three-cheese pizza, and it's really, really not good. It's a shame...

23/08/2026: The restaurant was completely renovated this year. We ordered two different set menus and both were very enjoyable, with very reasonable prices, generous portions, and good service. We will gladly return.

07/03/2026: Hello everyone, I wanted to share my situation regarding my driver account on the Heetch platform. Following fraud on my account, the platform asked me to file a police report. I immediately did so and forwarded the report to Heetch as requested. However, despite this, my account remains blocked to this day. The only response I receive from the platform is that they are waiting for feedback from the relevant authorities. What I don't understand is how long this situation can last. An investigation can take a long time, sometimes months or even years, and during this time my account remains suspended and I cannot work. I find this situation very difficult as it directly impacts my professional activity. If anyone has experienced the same situation or has any advice to offer, I would be grateful for your help. Thank you all.

06/09/2026: We had paella. It wasn't bad, but the portion was small. A little more rice wouldn't have broken the bank. Also, the checkout line was very long. You could easily fix these issues!

30/08/2026: I'm giving one star because I have no other choice; otherwise, it would be zero for this experience. I arrived today at 11:45 AM, and the vegetables were cold. The cashier's friendliness needs improvement. When ordering crepes, my daughter went right up to the counter, let a disabled person go ahead of her, and then your employee served other customers and told my daughter that the queue was on the other side. I find this unacceptable because we are customers of your establishment and we queue in the exact same place. The staff have never made this kind of remark to us before. It's a shame because you're going to lose customers if you keep doing this!

07/08/2026: I come here occasionally to eat with colleagues. The four-seasons pizza I always order is excellent (the owner will know me). My colleagues' meals are generous and delicious, and every time I ask them, "Where would you like to go eat?" they answer, "At Arlecchino." A big thank you again to the owner and his team for treating us so well every time.

24/09/2026: Brasserie-style cuisine, unoriginal but of good quality compared to other restaurants in Cassis we tried. Friendly service. Pleasant and quiet setting. Excellent value for money.

13/01/2026: Things have gone completely wrong at Marcel Bio Plan de Campagne, apart from the sincerity of the staff, who do what they can (poor things...) and are unfortunately under the thumb of their despotic manager. He didn't even deign to see me because he was with the health inspector (who I hope gave him a good telling-off...). I simply had one question: Why is a food product (semolina), expired since September 2025, still on the shelves with only a 20% discount? Without any mention of it anywhere???... Seriously, is this madness??? After asking several salespeople to meet with the manager, and being refused every time, I told them I was going elsewhere. 19/06/2026: In Marseille, I was looking for a restaurant and stumbled upon L'Étoile d'Égypte, which had opened just a week earlier. I had a cordon bleu for €11, a generous couscous, mint tea, and half a bottle of water. I couldn't believe it! I gave it a 9 out of 10. I have 43 years of experience in the restaurant industry in Chamonix Mont Blanc, and a good meal now and then really lifts my spirits.
