26/01/2025: We spent more than 2 hours to eat A cheese platter for the aperitif and 1 main course we don't ask for dessert for fear of finishing the meal at 5 p.m. a mountain burger with a piece of non-existent chicken we think they only have 1 piece of chicken left, we make 4 burger with bacon burned so much that we asked to change it and who gave us slices as well burn the butcher's chip too leather and served cold the children were served first at 2 p.m. they started eating the towel so much that he was hungry and when you tell them that it's really long they tell you yes yes I can't help it and then leaves as if nothing was very disappointed I really don't recommend especially for a bill of €340 for 6

02/01/2025: A reservation the day before for the next day for a table for 10 people. Meals with delicious and fresh choices. Fruity birthday cake made for the chef, excellent. The little extra offered after the meal. Top price! (less than €35 per person with drinks and coffee). We will come back

The menu, thoughtfully limited to two starters, two mains, and two desserts, showcases an impressive attention to detail. The food was absolutely delicious, and both the starters and mains were accompanied by a small packet of delectable bread. The service was friendly and welcoming, likely provided by the wife of the proprietor, adding a personal touch to the overall dining experience. The ambiance was pleasant, contributing to the enjoyment of our meal. This restaurant exemplifies why it has earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand, offering exceptional cuisine in a charming setting. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marseille.

Darts games, aperitif, high quality meals, very quiet atmosphere to finish with a game of pétanque. We took great care to allow us to have a great time. Thanks to the entire La Paillote by Damien team.

27/09/2024: While passing through Aix we found this restaurant ideally located with many parking spaces available. We were very well received and had a pleasant time. The service was very pleasant and fast, the meat (rib steak) a delight and the pizzas a real treat! Don't hesitate, the setting is very nice.

26/08/2024: Très déçue. J’ai déjà été déçue une première fois mais j’ai souhaité y retourner afin de ne pas rester sur cette idée. Cependant, cette fois-ci était pire. Les glaces sont arrivées fondues et n’étaient pas appétissantes (les 5 glaces je précise). La serveuse, en revanche, était adorable et très professionnelle. Après lui avoir fait la remarque, une autre glace offerte m’a était proposée, mais j’ai refusé car j’étais découragée.

17/08/2024: Que du bonheur pour les yeux et les papilles. Il y a un choix de glace incroyable la présentation et au rendez vous. Le service est agréable ainsi que le lieux avec une terrasse tellement belle et une vue imprenable sur Provence accompagné des cigales.
