29/06/2026: It's a shame, we came to have a good time, but the wait and the service were terrible. There was a lot of tension among the customers in the outdoor patio because we weren't the only ones experiencing this lack of organization! We reported the problem at checkout! The response: "Staff shortage." We arrived at 7:45 pm and left at 10 pm! We ordered dinner and dessert for two adults and a child, but waited 45 minutes for the first course, and on top of that, the prices were exorbitant.

07/06/2026: It's a shame there's only one waiter on a Sunday afternoon. He's very competent, but they should think about hiring more staff instead of just focusing on profits.

13/07/2026: I live two minutes away. I stop by from time to time. This morning, my credit card payment was refused?! A joke. Explanation: Credit cards accepted only for lunch. My interpretation: cash under the table all morning. A quick email to the tax authorities to investigate? Maybe.

15/05/2026: The food was mediocre, and the service was absolutely terrible. The two waitresses were chattering incessantly. They couldn't even tell if the dishes were sweet or savory. They claimed they'd never tried them before and didn't know—how could they be service staff? Later, we discovered the menu said it was savory, and they still insisted they'd never had it. It was unbearable to talk to people like that 😓. Who would eat there with such unprofessional and irresponsible service?

26/07/2026: A very pleasant place, with the sea stretching as far as the eye can see. Generous and excellent portions. Very pleasant and welcoming waiters. Fresh ingredients. Finally, a restaurant where you don't get ripped off.

25/07/2026: The food was delicious and plentiful, but the servers were unpleasant and condescending! They had absolutely no sense of hospitality (except for Jeff and another server with a ponytail). It's such a shame because the setting is lovely. It's off-putting. This was our sixth visit, but it will be our last.

07/06/2026: Fine for one night, but no consideration when you stay an extra night; the room wasn't cleaned. It's a shame because the location and parking are a plus. Lack of supervision from the staff.

25/05/2026: Tiny room. No toilet paper. No shower gel, and not a single bath towel. We've already complained to reception three times. This is getting ridiculous! To top it all off, they put a mattress topper on the mattress. It's much smaller now, so the bottom sheet is completely overflowing! How are two people supposed to sleep in a messy bed? The staff are constantly chatting in the hallways. The receptionist apologizes, but this is just too much! What's more, the hotel's "private beach" is a patch of uncleaned sand. It looks like the outlet of a sewage canal. When you advertise services online, you have to make sure everything is top-notch! And clearly, there was no follow-up. Huge disappointment! The only positive point was the indoor pool and jacuzzi. A terrible experience. We won't be back.

A waitress was treated like a disabled person by the boys working at the counter, who clearly don't know the basic rules of good manners; communication is a foreign concept to them. A shame for Marseille, a shame for Islam. Simply boycott this place.

05/06/2026: The restaurant is very well located, right opposite Saint Charles train station. The staff is very welcoming, and the service is excellent. The grilled sardines and red mullet are superb.

22/05/2026: Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!! Outraged by the terrible service, our order arrived over 45 minutes late. We contacted the kitchen staff more than three times, insisting that the order was being processed. The order had been forgotten. The manager on duty that day, May 22, 2026, at 11:14 PM, refused to offer any compensation. After reminding him of the rules regarding delays, and despite also being an employee of the company, the manager seemed unaware of them. After finally receiving our order, we discovered that our drink glass wasn't even filled. Appalling service

24/07/2026: I do not recommend this restaurant, and after being a customer for years, I will not be returning. The portions have become extremely small (not even 100g of cooked rice), at least half the size they were a few years ago. The dishes are swimming in such a watery sauce that it can hardly be called a sauce. Finally, the online menu is poorly designed, with several overlapping lines and the old prices. So, to sum up, they've increased the prices but halved the portion sizes... The customer is treated like a sucker, how kind! Thanks, but no thanks, never again.

07/07/2026: The worst Chinese food I've ever eaten! Exorbitant prices and not even good! Avoid at all costs!!!

26/04/2026: When you look at the menu and see such high prices, you expect a good meal, but unfortunately, the dishes absolutely do not live up to the prices. The roasted salmon was overcooked and dry, the mussels weren't even cleaned, and a €25 Poké Ball included salmon tartare and salad. For a Sunday lunchtime with few customers, we waited about 40 minutes between the end of our meal and the desserts being served. The tiramisu was extremely dry and must have been four or five days old. The chocolate fondant was good, but I have my doubts about the "homemade" claim on the menu. The total bill for four people (two adults and two children), with one dish shared by the children, came to €115. I've eaten at many real restaurants for much more reasonable prices and much more generous portions.

24/04/2026: Very good restaurant, very well run. The sauerkraut is still excellent. I recommend it. A very nice atmosphere.

02/07/2026: It's a shame. It started out really good, the portions were generous. Today, a salad cost €12.90 with a tiny burrata and four lettuce leaves. I asked for bread with the salad, and it was day-old, very stale bread. They made so many mistakes with my orders. It's a shame. It was great at first. They've messed everything up. Avoid it!!!

17/06/2026: Not great, not good at all, you'd have to try to mess up pasta. The guy was incredibly unpleasant on the phone.

19/05/2026: A varied selection presented on a slate. Good and generous portions. I had a 5A andouillette sausage, prepared in the traditional style, with homemade fries. The strawberries Melba was excellent. Efficient and friendly service. The basement location isn't very appealing.

20/06/2026: I went there three times, and each time the food got worse and worse while the prices got higher and higher. Unfortunately, I won't be going back.

23/05/2026: The food was very average for the price. We ordered two bowls, and one was only half full. Furthermore, we found two pieces of plastic in my son's bowl, which could have had very serious consequences. When we reported it, the manager ignored us. We won't be returning.
