25/08/2024: Very well located hotel, quiet interior courtyard for a gentle breakfast with good quality products, an attentive and friendly team, a spacious and bright suite. Really good time. Compared to the reviews read in the reviews, the fitness room is, let's say, very small and if you want eggs in the morning, it is a paid option which is a little surprising for this standard of hotel.

05/09/2024: Terrible experience. Waited 20+ minutes, everything was cold except the fries which had a weird texture as if they were crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. Wont visit again.

25/09/2024: I came one afternoon for lunch.
At the end of the meal I go to the ice cream to order 2 milkshakes. The waitress immediately tells me that she doesn't make them because she doesn't know how to make them, that she hasn't been trained in ice cream..... beyond the unpleasant way of answering me, she then ignores it and pretends I'm not there. When I ask her if no one in the whole restaurant knows how to make milkshakes she goes to the back of the restaurant and comes back telling me that her manager said there was no more milk so there was no milkshake. would not have milkshakes....
In short, we will go and have our milkshakes elsewhere.
23/09/2024: A horror! No grilling this day because all the grills have to be replaced, of course we tell you at the cash register, order fish and arrive for collection, the seen as soon as possible tells us well there isn't any the cashier didn't tell you that we fall back on a breaded fish and I braised ham on 3cm it was only fat, the starters are all searched with plates lying around half filled and abandoned on the bank, water dispenser broken, the vegetable point and starchy everything bathed in water, we had to beg for fries that looked like fries, the salad bowl of mayo we shouldn't be afraid of being sick because everything was dark yellow….
Impossible to speak to the store manager because he was nowhere to be found, 35€ to eat really unworthy food!
It’s a shame!!
I understand why the flunchs close one after the other because the customers are deserting them…..

Icy welcome, unpleasant boss who does not accept criticism over dirty glasses!
On the other hand, employ a good tattooed catering professional.
The young girl, arrogant, cold, 0 smiles, slow.
As someone who has been a waitress, I do not recommend this place!!

23/08/2024: Titolari fuori di testa ed esperienza mai provata prima.
Ci sediamo verso le 12:30 in questo locale, l'unico che appare frequentato, confidenti che l'affollamento sia indicatore di buon livello. Attendiamo parecchio prima che, dopo un sollecito, vengano a raccogliere la comanda. Dai gesti di insofferenza della persona preposta alla raccolta delle ordinazioni percepiamo notevole nervorsismo e la spiacevole senzazione di essere "in castigo". Sistematicamente avventori accomodatisi dopo di noi possono ordinare e ricevere i piatti. Riusciamo ad ordinare, ma nulla arriva e i tavoli ai noi vicini riecevono il risultato delle ordinazioni, anche due portate. Quando ci lamentiamo per il diverso trattamento, il titolare ci dice molto irritato: " Se cominciamo così, lui può anche fermare la comanda !" . Dopo di chè ci volta le spalle e spacca un piatto per terra. A questo punto, sono le 13:45, ci alziamo e ce ne andiamo, senza aver ricevuto alcunchè. Probabilmente il cibo è buono visto l'affollamento, ma il comportamento è totalmente inadeguato. Ho scritto questa recensione negativa perchè ho lettoche simili episodi sono già accaduti ed è utile che chi legge sappia quanto potrebbe trovarsi ad affrontare.

Personnel très désagréable
A évitez absolument.

On the other hand, it's impossible to get a hello from the waiters even if they came the day before... What a shame to push us not to come back!
23/08/2024: I find the comments very harsh!
We had lunch one afternoon and we were welcomed with southern hospitality: not proutprout and very friendly.
The menu is simple (which is often a sign of freshness) the dishes are very good: we ate a salmon tartare and thyme chicken with fries and mash, we enjoyed ourselves.
The prices are correct for a restaurant in the heart of Aix and what we had on our plate.

07/09/2024: Ma fille nous a emmené dans ce restaurant moi et mon épouse pour mon anniversaire. Bien que nous n'avions pas réservés, une place a de suite été disponible en salle. La prise de commande a été rapide mais l'attente des plats a été un peu longue à mon avis.
Mon épouse et moi-même avons apprécié les plats (sushis, crabes farcis' brochettes de crevettes) et nous aurions aimé goûter aux brochettes de boeuf mais c'était copieux et nous n'avions plus faim, dommage.
Notre fille est déjà venue dans ce restaurant, elle nous y a mené en confiance et j'ajoute que j'y retournerai à une autre occasion.
Le rapport qualité-prix est convenable.
18/08/2024: Beaucoup trop d’attentes malheureusement entre chaque commandes c’est vraiment trop long (30 minutes) obliger de relancer les serveurs c’est vraiment dommage car c’était délicieux mais juste à cause de l’attente sa donne pas envie d’y retourner.

28/07/2024: Je laisse exceptionnellement des avis mais dans la cas de ce « restaurant » c’est nécessaire.
Tapas poulpe persillade immangeable
« Persillade » graisse de la plaque (huile noir brûlée)bref le tapas est reparti comme il était la serveuse gentille nous demande si ça c bien passé,elle comprend avec nos regards qu’on est pas des touristes et que c’est infecte,
Gentille mais rien pour rattraper cette horreur.
Les plats gambas persillade et daurade du même niveau super gras et du persil jeté sur des gambas pas très fraîches .
Nous n’avons pas tenté le café et les desserts.
2 cocktails vodka ( pas terrible il on probablement oublié de mettre la vodka.
Bref je me suis fais voler 72€ par cette établissement qui peut être un danger pour la santé des consommateurs .
Établissement a fermé par les autorités.
Pire restaurant de ma vie.

Pas de vin pas de café ni dessert
Surtout ne prenez pas le guacamol et nachos pour patienter à l apéro 8€ pour 4 ships et un cuillère à soupe de guacalole
Cuisine grasse
Il y à que les serveurs et serveuses qui étaient serviables et souriants
Bref adresse à ne pas retenir !!
