19/02/2024: Très bon accueil, personnel disponible. Pizzas assez basique mais satisfaisante pour un déjeuner en famille avec des enfants. Je recommande.

10/08/2024: Magnifique cadre, nous avons profité d’une vue sur le Cap Canaille rougi par le couché du soleil, une merveille. Sous les pins, très bien installés, après un super cocktail nous avons apprécié de partager une entrée « Tarama blinis » sublime et en quantité suffisante pour2. Les gambas et le Tataki de thon délicieux. Bravo au chef et aux serveurs aux petits soins. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

10/08/2024: L’endroit est sublime et le personnel est très accueillant et c’est pour ça que je reviens chaque année ! Par contre le saumon servi avait de gros morceaux durs, gras, immangeables, que j’ai donc laissé ! J’ai également trouvé de grosses arêtes dans ce poisson ! J’ai signalé ce problème, mais on ne m’a pas proposé un autre plat, ni aucun geste commercial qui aurait été bien apprécié ! Donc déçue par la qualité de ce que j’ai mangé !

02/06/2024: Restaurant en entrée du chantier Navy service Service sympa et on s'occupe bien de vous. Professionnels du secteur nautique y mangent. Cadre sympathique et les plats y sont bons. Les plats du jour sympas Une bonne expérience. J'y reviendrai si je dois retourner sur le secteur. Vin rouge de bonne augure

19/05/2024: 20 min pour avoir une commande basique de 3 personnes , restaurant qui sent mauvais à l’intérieur. Pas de vaisselle réutilisable, on réclame des serviettes que l ont pas eu , il n y en a pas . Poubelle pas vidée , et pour couronner le tout personnel a la limite de l amabilité

21/05/2024: La gérante a maltraité des jeunes du quartier qui étaient debouts et ne faisaient rien de mechant. Mon épouse lui a gentiment fait la remarque au moment de payer. Et la elle est devenue folle, a menacé mon épouse lui disant qu'elle allait la frapper. Elle nous a couru après alors que nous partions et m'a traité d'homosexuel et ma disant que cela fait 15 ans qu'elle est la et que nous mettrons plus les pieds chez elle. Nous avons été choqués on a jamais Vu ca à marseille. Endroit à fuir.

20/04/2024: Assiette non conforme au menu. Quantité insuffisante étant donné le prix. Cuisson des viandes non respectée. WC très sales... Et service très long...

09/09/2024: Une très belle journée et un super accueil pour le baptême de mon fils. Que se soit de l’apéro en passant par le plat et le dessert, nous avons été conquis. Malheureusement la pluie n’a pas pu nous permettre de faire l’apéritif dehors mais la salle était très adaptée pour être tous dedans. Les tables bien disposées pour que les invités puissent être debout sans être collé. . Le seul hic pour notre part, le droit de bouchon à 10€. mais à part ça équipe très disponible, très arrangeante. Je recommande l’endroit pour un événement.

29/05/2026: I've tried a bit of everything from Vitrolles' pizzas, but for my second order with delivery this evening, May 29th, 2026, I can confirm that it's a real treat! Perfectly cooked, with tomato sauce, cheese, and all the ingredients for a truly delicious Royale pizza, which is becoming increasingly rare. It brings back the taste of the pizzas from my childhood.

12/08/2026: I really wanted to like this Ibis, particularly because the people working here are genuinely wonderful. The receptionist who checked us in was exceptional. Patient, helpful and friendly, he went out of his way to find us a better rate for the room. The café and breakfast staff were equally kind, and throughout our stay everyone seemed willing to go above and beyond rather than simply do the minimum. And, unexpectedly: some of the best coffee we had in Marseille at breakfast! After a surprising amount of mediocre coffee elsewhere, that deserves a special mention. There is also something refreshingly normal and relaxed about the place downstairs. The other guests seemed friendly and easygoing, the staff chatted and smiled, and despite being a large corporate hotel, it somehow had a human atmosphere. That is not something you can manufacture through branding. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves are another story. They are just incredibly sad. Basic is absolutely fine when something is thoughtfully designed, but these rooms feel cheap, dated and joyless. Lying in bed, I genuinely felt as though I were in a cabin on an overnight train rather than a hotel in Marseille. The décor is unattractive, there is very little warmth, and even the television isn’t a Smart TV, which feels surprisingly outdated now. The corridors also have a persistent unpleasant smell, something we unfortunately encountered in several buildings during our time in Marseille. I understand that Ibis isn’t selling luxury, and I’m not judging it against a five-star hotel. But affordable doesn’t have to mean depressing. A hotel room is still your temporary home, and thoughtful lighting, comfortable materials and a little attention to design can completely change how a space makes you feel. So strangely, I came away liking the people and the atmosphere of this hotel much more than the hotel itself. The rooms desperately need some love. The staff absolutely don’t. They were warm, patient, funny, helpful and consistently kind, and they transformed what could have been a very disappointing stay into something much more pleasant. And whoever is responsible for that breakfast coffee: please don’t change a thing.

10/08/2026: We had a very pleasant experience at the hotel, especially thanks to the wonderful staff. The gentleman at the reception was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The cashier working in the restaurant was also extremely friendly, open, and attentive, which made us feel very comfortable. A special mention goes to Leo, one of the waiters. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. We also had a slightly uncomfortable situation with a stranger who tried to sit down at our table. Leo immediately noticed what was happening and reacted very professionally and protectively. He asked the person to leave, made sure we were safe, and even arranged for someone to accompany us to the elevator and make sure we got upstairs safely. He also immediately contacted security to make sure everything was handled properly. We really appreciated how attentive, caring, and professional Leo was in that situation. His quick reaction made us feel safe and looked after. Overall, the staff were kind, welcoming, and professional, and we are very grateful for the excellent service.
