19/12/2025: Ordered 5 different pizzas, and frankly, they were tasteless and uninteresting. The dough was bizarre, nothing like pizza dough. This pizzeria is the worst on the Côte Bleue, definitely avoid it. Money wasted, children left unsatisfied.

22/08/2024: Endroit agréable, mets bons Mais service lunaire, le serveur ne comprend pas bien le français : très difficile de passer commande et surtout d’abord ce qu on a Commandé! Il semblait avoir été abandonné à son poste : tire-bouchon cassé ( bouchon parti en mille morceaux , pas de cendrier ( nous propose de se servir du bol à olives quand termine) , terrasse dans le noir ( ne sait pas comment on allume), ne sait pas servir les apéros ( Ricard : verre à martini rempli entièrement) …. Obligé de réclamer des olives à l’apéro, et des pois chiches ( qu’il nous apporte chaudes ?!) Nous apporte la note alors que nous n avons pas fini de manger le plat, ne nous sert pas le thé marocain : il nous pose la théière et s’en va , le fondant au chocolat n’est pas décongelé et nous en rend responsable…. C’est une maison où nous allons depuis des années, et nous avons été choqué par cette soirée, ce laissé à l’abandon par les patrons explique sûrement le peu de fréquentation de ce resto. Quel dommage car le couscous est très bon

L'ambiance y est chaleureuse et conviviale, et les pizzas sont délicieuses, préparées avec des ingrédients frais et de qualité. Le service est impeccable, avec un personnel attentif et souriant. Un endroit parfait pour passer une soirée agréable en dégustant d'excellentes pizzas.

16/08/2024: Interesting menu, very friendly welcome, original cellar setting...but this is a cellar, it's very noisy... And the original menu doesn't taste good...it lacked a lot of flavor...the tuna like the beef had no taste...the saltiness is in the bill.
15/08/2024: Expected more given the stellar reviews and the price point, but the flavours were mostly plain and the portion sizes for the entrée and dessert were a bit too big. If eating as 2, I'd recommend sharing an entrée and dessert. Zucchini fritter - yummy starter, well seasoned House bread - Quite sad, not soft, not textured, little flavour. Felt like grocery store bread Foie gras crème brûlée (entrée) - honestly big enough for two. Flavour was nice, though it got a bit boring after a while. Also served with too few toasts for its size. Dos de cabillaud (plat) - cod was nice and delicate but overall the dish had too simple of a flavour. Also not very visually appealing as everything is just buried in sauce Sphère chocolat lactée, ananas, noix de coco et citron (dessert) - house special dessert that day. Probably my favourite course, lots of interesting complementary flavours. But again, so much food, could've been split between two people (the ball is filled entirely with the citron cream)

02/08/2024: Nous avons commandé des chirashis concombre marinés ... ah ! non, c'était censé être des chirashis thon marinés, mais quand on a 6 bouts de thon qui se courent après, on en vient à se poser la question si c'était bien ce qu'on avait commandé. Le concombre était bon du coup, mais extrêmement déçus, surtout au vu du prix. On s'attend à en avoir un peu plus tout de même...

28/12/2024: Customer for several years at Bella pizza (and very good customer in fact because the notes are salty) we were satisfied with the quality of the pizzas!!!!! Except for a while now with each delivery the pizzas are dry on the 6 white pizzas that we order there is always a red one without counting the cooking which is perfectly cooked each time!!!!!! So this time I got fed up and so I called them I explain to the young man who takes calls (THE ORDER TAKING) that when I called him to place my order I insisted 3 times that all the pizzas are white and not overcooked. I explain to him that if I insist heavily on this because often upon delivery none of my requests are respected Here is my order for tonight -2 white carnivores 1 white royal 1 white supreme 1. 4 white cheese ALL NOT TOO COOKED He tells me that they will do their best A response like that already scares me!!! I justify myself by explaining to him again that this has happened 8 times and each time I tell them it doesn't matter I know what the rush of a service knows I have been a chef for 26 years now The best answer he gives me with a slightly personable air is: It's normal Mr because you told me a white royal and in our country the white royal is called a queen and I should have told her a queen rather than a white royal 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔 WILL HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO ME I answer him that in my opinion it will be necessary to employ competent personnel on the one hand in front of the oven I wonder if for him the phrase NOT TOO COOKED is the step just before charred?!?!?! While sometimes the pizzas are delicious, cooked perfectly, with just the right filling and not dry because the cooking is perfect. I often said to myself that evening it must have been the boss in the kitchen since the pizzas are perfect or else an employee who is really conscientious in his work and waiting for the customer. Yes, I say CUSTOMER EXPECTATION It's the B to BA of catering and not only that, it concerns all trades. So ladies and gentlemen bosses after having built such a beautiful empire and giving such a good reputation to your pizzas, don't ruin everything because you have incompetent staff. It seems to me that in this case two solutions are available to you: either you spend a little more time in your pizzeria and then things will go very well or you fire the incompetent staff, so what I mean is broom and you double meaning r the salary to the good pizza maker because he richly deserves it and it is perhaps thanks to him that you will have customers who will return. So I know what you are going to answer me that you have complete trust between your teams your delivery people OK.......... I myself have always defended my teams even if they were wrong by against behind the scenes I pulled their ears and you should do the same PS: dear Istrian friends, you who are a customer of Bella pizza or who will become one, I advise you when you want a white royal to tell them a queen because otherwise the white Royal will give you a white royal on a tomato base
03/12/2024: I ordered an Armenian pizza, no connection, it doesn't follow the real recipe. The meatballs are not 100% beef. Short Armenian grated cheese to avoid. Real recipe for minced meat or 100% beef grene without shredding
