Les meilleurs restaurants en Calvados

26/09/2026: Simple, very good, and a warm place 😁 I recommend it

26/09/2026: Not bad, but the crepes were sparsely filled (a few pieces of ham, a little bit of cheese...) and the welcome was a bit cold.

02/08/2026: A lovely little family-run restaurant, perfect for the summer months. The service is excellent and the food is delicious, made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. I highly recommend it.

24/07/2026: A bike ride to Thury led us to discover this restaurant located just outside the village. A very warm welcome, a lovely terrace, and fresh, well-prepared food. We have absolutely no regrets about stopping at this restaurant, which I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

02/09/2026: Went out looking for seafood and found this place. I saw a picture on the outside and knew what I wanted. I speak no French and the waiter spoke no English. He pointed to something on the menu and indicated it was for two. I order it and what was delivered was what was on the picture I had seen outside! Hugh shrimp, tastey oysters and sea snails. They could have included horseradish and melted butter but didn't. I asked and was only able to get melted butter. It was more food than my wife and I could eat! After dinner, we walked in to pay and the owner gave us some apple liquor which was very good. Nice place!

28/08/2026: Great atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself with friends. The team is very respectful! Thank you for the warm and friendly welcome!

01/10/2026: The best Campanile I've ever stayed in, by far! A warm and courteous welcome. Discreet yet attentive and available staff. An ideal and quiet location. A spacious and well-lit room. A local restaurant that's better than the reheated food at other Campanile hotels. A more than adequate breakfast. Secure parking. The grounds are clean and well-maintained. Congratulations to the manager and the entire team. See you soon! I highly recommend it.

25/09/2026: A room in a Campanile hotel like any other…

11/10/2026: The price was a bit high for the quality. The waitresses were very kind and offered us a glass of champagne because the dessert didn't match the menu description.

09/10/2026: The experience was as enjoyable as ever, from the warm welcome and service provided by the staff to the delicious food and the beautiful setting!

07/09/2026: Delicious Italian food! Try the risotto, it's so good!

28/08/2026: Refused because of a stroller. That's the welcome. Very quick, lol.

30/05/2026: You have to go there. Facts speak louder than impressions. A true ambassador of Normandy. Not only historical, but also culinary and a genuine, straightforward savoir vivre.

25/05/2026: A truly relaxing break. The hotel offers a superb, calm, and refined setting. The managers are attentive and genuinely kind. As for the masseuse, her talent and gentleness make the stay even more exceptional. An address we wholeheartedly recommend.

25/05/2026: A huge thank you to Estelle and Guillaume for their warm welcome. The property is very peaceful and relaxing, the rooms are spotless and the beds comfortable, the breakfast is generous with delicious local products, and the wellness area is perfect. I highly recommend it. We had an excellent stay. Christine Lamendour and Éric.

26/09/2025: We were cycling touring in Normandy and stopped in the nearby campsite and found this gem of a restaurant. Friendly welcome, enticing menu and we both had an excellent dinner. Perfectly prepared steaks with pepper sauce & Coquilles St Jaques superbly cooked. One of our favourite meals of our holiday. Would definitely recommend enjoying a Belgian meal Le Coq Hardi. Thomas was the perfect host!
