19/01/2026: The tapas as a starter and the gourmet coffee are always a great touch. There's a good selection of tasty dishes with few starches, but the bread is excellent. Very good value for money.

21/12/2025: A lovely restaurant near the University of Caen. We had the set lunch menu and everything was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. Friendly staff. No excessive wait.

11/01/2026: The quality of the food has declined significantly since our last visit. This was quite simply the worst ribeye steak I have ever eaten. We ordered two rare ribeye steaks for a total of €160, and they were served burnt to a crisp, despite the staff's insistence that they were cooked rare. The attached photos clearly show the state of the steak. In addition, the portions were far too small compared to what was listed on the menu. An extremely disappointing experience.

L'accueil était chaleureux et attentionné, on se sent tout de suite à l'aise. Le repas était tout simplement merveilleux : des plats savoureux, avec des frites maison croustillantes et un délicieux gâteau fait maison pour le dessert, une vraie pépite ! Le gérant est adorable et aux petits soins, rendant l'expérience encore plus agréable. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés pour une occasion spéciale ou simplement pour se faire plaisir. 22/11/2025: Beautiful location, close to the beach. Restaurant: we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Lovely, spacious room with a comfortable bed. Soft towels in the bathroom. Very good breakfast. A lovely fireplace in the dining and breakfast room.

25/06/2025: Brasserie in the heart of Caen. A terrace lined with shrubs that provide privacy from the street: ideal for dining al fresco or simply enjoying a drink. The interior dining room is (very) beautiful, in my opinion. The food is as good as the setting is pleasant. Friendly and cheerful staff.

02/09/2025: A brilliant local eatery discovered thanks to Google maps, we would never have stumbled across this place but so glad we did! Beautiful and reasonably priced set menu, lovely atmosphere and really authentic french eating experience. Highly recommend. Top tip: order the Kir Normand apertif.

12/08/2025: We came here by chance for the holidays, and we had a wonderful time. The food is excellent and homemade, with a €34 menu and a €27 appetizer with homemade petits fours. The service was very pleasant and friendly. The setting is simply cozy and well-kept, with comfortable chairs. We'll be back next year.

08/10/2025: We didn't enjoy it, the seafood platter was completely flavorless, and one dish was okay, but this one was well-garnished. Poor value for money for me. Fortunately, the service was discreet and friendly.
