22/12/2025: Hello everyone, having heard about this place and having already spoken to the owners, I suspected I wouldn't be disappointed by the quality of the service, the quality of the food, and the generous portions. In short, you can go there without hesitation. Make a reservation, though, as it's fully booked every lunchtime. I recommend this restaurant 100%. Sincerely.

It was very original and delicious, we were among friends of 4, it was a real success. The chef is at your side and guides you perfectly in this gastronomic discovery. 09/12/2024: Very good experience at the Âtre restaurant! We had the 5-course dinner: the meal was very good, warm, while allowing us to rediscover certain “classics” of cuisine with familiar dishes or ingredients! Special mention for the possibility of food and alcohol-free pairings. A real treat to try in Honfleur without hesitation!!

29/11/2025: The service was extremely poor. The waitress made a mistake with our order when we pointed it out... She rudely snapped, "I noticed my mistake, but usually she leaves nicely..." She changed our order with a great deal of disdain... Sorry, but I do not recommend this waitress.

11/09/2024: Great relaxed and friendly atmosphere here with exceptionally helpful and polite staff. Evening meal was from their 3 course choice menu, value for money with great regional dishes to choose from. House wine we chose was a Chardonnay which was both good on the palette and the pocket. Staff to be commended on their welcoming and most helpful approach.

11/12/2025: The Savoyard fondue of the moment (not listed on the menu) is very good! The charcuterie platter was enough for me, but perhaps a little small for those with a big appetite. The service and welcome from the owners were perfect.

28/11/2025: I have to give it one star because I can't give less. This isn't the mountains, according to the waitress. If you're planning a trip there, it's a nine-hour drive to the Alps. You will, however, find the altitude: very high in terms of judgment, very low in terms of the food. A direct flight to the university hospital is the place to catch listeriosis! Be aware that the unused cheese from your raclette is reused after being heated throughout the meal to be used in the other dishes the next day! And the owner himself insisted on telling us this; he even came to see us. In terms of culinary recycling, you take the gold medal, congratulations. Apparently, logic stayed in the kitchen when it came to portion sizes. Having Inflammatory Bowel Disease, I put my health at risk by eating at this restaurant. I hope this isn't the last thing I'll be writing on Google. You can't steal from your neighbors' plates while they're eating their raclette. However, you are allowed to take their fries and potatoes. This isn't written on the menu or mentioned before ordering, of course. However, it's very clearly explained once the waiters have done their research. Between raclette robbery and chipping, it's hard to know what to think. And yes, the stares at our table almost made the cheese wheel fall over; that would have been a real shame. You're not treated like customers, but like walking wallets!

09/12/2025: I used to be a regular customer at Les 3 Brasseurs, however, I won't be going back. I used to go there for their Welsh rarebit sausage, which was very good. Since the Welsh rarebit sausage was no longer on the menu, I asked if it was possible to add another sausage for an extra charge. They told me it would be €1.50 extra, then a minute later they said €3. I told the waitress that I had been told €1.50, except we were right next to the bar. The bartender told his colleague, "If he's not happy, he can just eat at Buffalo Grill." Nice! Anyway, I received my Welsh rarebit sausage, as I'm a regular customer, and this time, as if by magic, it was inedible. So, this is the first time this has happened to me at this restaurant, and I'm really, really unhappy.

09/12/2025: We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was great and the setting very pleasant. The food was delicious and Paul's service was excellent. The team was very attentive and responsive to their customers. We went back in November. Cécile gave us a very warm welcome. Very professional!

28/11/2025: On vacation at my daughter's, she introduced me to her neighborhood bakery, "Carrément Gourmand," whose pastries I wholeheartedly recommend. My absolute favorite was the "Courchevel"—wow, it was amazing! As we say in the south of France 😉 I won't go into detail, but rather invite you to discover it for yourselves 😋 The only problem for me is that, having never seen it anywhere else, I have to... wait for my next visit to my daughter's to enjoy it again 🥺 P.S.: The custard tart, the Paris-Brest, and the viennoiserie I also tried... were all equally delicious 😋 And a big thank you for the warm welcome and the lovely shop 🥰

01/12/2025: A brasserie to forget. The service was mediocre; the waitress had no empathy and a serious lack of friendliness. Orders were taken incorrectly between the dining room and the kitchen, resulting in a lack of communication. They offered three side dishes: salad, fries, and green beans. There were no green beans... And to top it all off, there was a large black hair in the Pont l'Évêque cheese sauce, and apparently, no one was bothered. Given the atmosphere, I had coffee and dessert elsewhere. I strongly advise against going back; it's my first and last time.

01/01/2026: The galette was good, but too thick, too greasy, too much butter, and the filling looked like it came straight from a can (mushrooms). I didn't even want to try the crêpes...
