12/03/2026: The hotel is in the middle of Bayeux. It's very clean and the rooms are decorated nicely. It's in an old building that has been remodeled with good workmanship. I worked the building trades so I notice details and this was quality work. The staff was 100 % helpful and accommodating. I don't speak much French, but the staff will kindly help you in English. I stayed for two days. I ate the smoked duck breast salad, oysters on the half shell, scallops with risotto, and of course the french onion soup. All that and mourning buffet were wonderful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. They also have a full bar

16/03/2026: Passing through Honfleur for the weekend, we visited this establishment for the first time and we weren't disappointed. The classic breakfast option is incredible; we thoroughly enjoyed the high-quality products with a view of the port. What more could you ask for? We'll be back and we highly recommend it! ☺️

11/03/2026: Friendly welcome, a shame about the dirty San Pellegrino outside. The butcher's cut was incredibly tender, the calf's head and andouillette were top quality, and the speculoos tiramisu was delicate and sweet. The owner was friendly and the decor was fantastic. A clean establishment, highly recommended, as is the village.

15/03/2026: Service on March 14th, at 8 PM We were warmly welcomed, but quickly disappointed. Here's what happened: Don't forget your thermal underwear, it's cold! The wait was far too long. Our order was taken at 8:15 PM, and the appetizers were served an hour later. The main courses? Same story: a 40-minute wait for three undercooked meat dishes, and the side dishes arrived 10 minutes later… Want a carafe of water? Tough luck, there weren't any left. As compensation, they offered us a complimentary bottle of Evian. That was acceptable. If you make it to dessert, congratulations! Few of us did, and we decided to leave. We stayed at the table for three hours. When we paid, we expressed our dissatisfaction. The restaurant offered us the equivalent of €65 off our order. We don't blame the waitress; she's on the front line and taking the brunt of it. However, we regret the overall experience. The prices charged should reflect impeccable quality. Finally, dear owner of Villa Eugène, if you're reading this, please act quickly, because based on past reviews, a trend seems to be emerging, and clearly not in your favor!

Small high tables and bar stools allow you to leisurely enjoy what's on display; everything is perfectly fresh and delicious. We've been coming here for two years and have never been disappointed. Buy your bread at the local bakery.

27/02/2026: The price was outrageous! We ordered two pasta dishes served in tiny boxes, the portions of which were child-sized, for €15 each!!! We also ordered two pizzas with dry chicken, tasteless tomato sauce, and a barely visible crust. I absolutely do not recommend this place. Avoid at all costs!!

09/12/2025: I used to be a regular customer at Les 3 Brasseurs, however, I won't be going back. I used to go there for their Welsh rarebit sausage, which was very good. Since the Welsh rarebit sausage was no longer on the menu, I asked if it was possible to add another sausage for an extra charge. They told me it would be €1.50 extra, then a minute later they said €3. I told the waitress that I had been told €1.50, except we were right next to the bar. The bartender told his colleague, "If he's not happy, he can just eat at Buffalo Grill." Nice! Anyway, I received my Welsh rarebit sausage, as I'm a regular customer, and this time, as if by magic, it was inedible. So, this is the first time this has happened to me at this restaurant, and I'm really, really unhappy.

09/12/2025: We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was great and the setting very pleasant. The food was delicious and Paul's service was excellent. The team was very attentive and responsive to their customers. We went back in November. Cécile gave us a very warm welcome. Very professional!

25/12/2025: Very disappointed. I've been a customer for years, buying calissons for special occasions like birthdays and holidays. The calissons are unglazed, very light in flavor, with little marzipan and a sticky texture. As for the truffles, they're dry and lack butter. The quality isn't what it used to be.
