26/08/2025: During our stay at the campsite we participated in the mussels and fries evening. When booking, I asked if it was possible to have mussels instead of nugets in a children's menu. To my great surprise, we were told that children who wanted mussels should order an adult menu, which we did for my grandson. Half would have been enough on the day. The waiter quickly gave us the drinks menu. So far, nothing to say. A bit of a wait, then we were served the mussels (fortunately they were excellent). And after no more waiters in sight, after 20 minutes a young girl came to clear the table and asked us if we wanted a dessert. After 30 minutes, still nothing. We realized that several people were going into the bar and coming out with drinks or ice cream. So I went in too, and the person serving ice cream only served the people in front of her. We would have had to wait at least 30 minutes. We arrived at 7:30 p.m. and left at 10:30 p.m. without ordering dessert, even on only children's menu she didn't get her ice cream angry I told the boss he seemed overwhelmed we planned to come back during our stay but to not spend the same evening we went to eat at the cotiniere

24/08/2025: We were there as campers and thought to ourselves: "Oh come on, let's treat ourselves to something to eat." Huge mistake. If you're up for waiting over an hour for something, only to suddenly be told that they "only serve pizza" (because you don't happen to be from France 🤡), then this is the place for you. Of course, they don't serve food, but sticky frozen garbage that's probably been in the freezer since 2010 – zero quality. On top of that, you get free sound effects from a screaming animation show that's more annoying than a horde of mosquitoes in your tent. And the absolute highlight: the service. They're in such a good mood that you seriously wonder if smiling is punishable here. The look? So evil, as if we had personally ruined their vacation.

13/07/2024: Very unfriendly staff, we had our Bromptons with us folded up in the outside area and were told to remove them. We have been visiting restaurants and cafes for 5 years with our Bromptons and never had a problem until we visited here. So we left and wont be going back!!

20/08/2024: Very clean rooms, super comfortable bedding, relatively well soundproofed (we've seen much worse). Good breakfast (maybe a little expensive though). We recommend the establishment.

12/09/2024: We visited this glorious place on Wednesday September 11th 2024. We were greeted by the most charming and brilliantly bi-lingual staff member (perfect for me - Scottish and my partner - French). He was kind, articulate, professional and not only wonderful service but with a lovely warmth that made you feel like you were chatting with an old friend. Beautifully decorated to a very high level, incredibly clean including the bathrooms, fast service, crisp pint and brilliant food. It also has a really lovely large garden with ample seating, pub garden tables in addition, outdoor games, glamping pods on the grounds and accommodations upstairs. I know this will read like a fake review but genuinely, it’s not. We’d had an absolutely knackering day of traveling and randomly picked this place on Apple Maps when just searching for any seat with food and we were so grateful and surprised to have our spirits lifted and this place turned what could have been an “eat quick and get to bed” evening activity into a relaxing and rejuvenating date that warmed our very knackered little souls! Thank you for uplifting us and helping us on our merry way!

28/08/2024: Service at the bar a little disturbing, however, a substantial piece of beef cooked perfectly and tender. Nice terrace decor!
