06/09/2024: The only tacos I've eaten in Saintes for 3 years. Well garnished, good taste and served quickly. The manager is smiling but the woman who takes orders is not welcoming.

27/09/2024: We enjoyed our evening menu at 28 euros with a nice plate of rillettes as our mothers made them, a dish of finely cooked pork cheek and a garnished vanilla ice cream. The service and the executive also participated in our good evening. A feminine restaurant where it is best to make a reservation if you want to have a table because it was full and we know why.

03/09/2024: Pleasant and friendly place. The presentation of the dishes is simply magnificent, the service and the quality of the cuisine are also there. We go there often and the quality/price ratio is more than adequate. Parking available in this beautiful market square. I Recommend

12/06/2024: Malgré une réservation pour deux nous sommes arrivés dans un restaurant où il ne restait qu une table de 4 nous avons ete très mal accueilli nous faisant passer pour des menteur en nous faisant comprendre que nous n étions pas le genre de client qu ils souhaitent avoir dans leurs établissement nous sommes gay et.mon ami est de couleur là table de 4 à été donner à un groupe qui n avait pas réservé la patronne n est pas vraiment bonne en relation humaine et très désagréable limite agressif

20/08/2024: I confirm the reviews. Poor value for money and quality. Charcuterie board for just €19 for 1 person, and the salad wasn't fresh. I don't recommend it, and I won't be back.

18/08/2024: It's unacceptable to sell a charcuterie board for €20 for 4 people with 4 slices of rosette cheese and 4 pieces of cheese. However, the salad was served on the charcuterie board, and it wasn't edible!!!!! The Virgin Mojito has no taste! Very disappointed with this visit to this place!

23/08/2024: Very cozy and pleasant place, the manager is really very friendly and courteous. The tea is very good and the cakes too. We had a great time, I recommend this place!

15/06/2024: Our last meal before we left La Rochelle. All meals were good, the steak, the pork(plat du jour) and the dessert (cream brûlée). If I go to La Rochelle again, I must come their restaurant again.

15/09/2024: Stayed in the village in a gite with family. This place became our “local”. Visited near daily, whether for a quick coffee after the morning trip to boulangerie for our croissants to take home, an afternoon drink on the terrace, or a fabulous, simple homecooked meal, where the chef Nathalie catered to our every whim. Most welcoming owner/chef to our family of six! Enjoyed Charcuterie, Steaks (cooked perfectly to our liking), beef in red wine, fried camembert, and local wine, Pineau and Seve 😍 Thank you and we cant wait to ever visit that part of france again so we can come to you again!
