30/12/2025: The setting is remarkable and we enjoyed our lunch. Two points of disappointment: it was far too cold in the dining room and the price of the estate's wines was very disappointing (a white wine costing €40 in the shop was billed at €115 in the restaurant).

29/12/2025: I think this is truly the best, or one of the top three restaurants in Bordeaux. Everything is perfect, from the welcome and service to the delicious, expertly prepared dishes. There's really nothing to criticize. Bravo to the whole team! Thank you, keep up the good work! We come back from time to time and we love it!

25/04/2026: While the staff were amazing and incredibly helpful, the breakfast was disappointing for a four-star establishment. The dining area is cramped, and the food selection is quite limited. Most frustratingly, there is an extra charge for basic items like poached eggs or omelettes—which is unacceptable when paying for a premium room.

13/04/2026: Hungry while visiting St. Emilion we chanced upon this jewel of a dining experience. As it was lunch time we chose the 3 course menu, which eventually turned into a 5 course experience. Super friendly, professional and experienced staff enhanced the experience. The food was absolutely amazing, from the amuse bouche to entree, main dish, cheese and dessert. If only it would be closer to Thailand it would become regular spot for us. Merci beaucoup

07/04/2026: I'm giving 1 star because it's impossible to give 0. The restaurants were closed from April 7th to 10th, but this wasn't mentioned anywhere – not on Google, Truckfly, or even on the door. The person answering the phone said it was normal not to tell customers they were closed, so I was stuck in the parking lot because I had no idea when I'd been able to go somewhere else if I'd known.

03/05/2026: A lovely discovery at the port of Gugan: welcoming and warm. The coast wasn't too crowded yet, so we were very comfortable. Next time, I'll definitely try the terrace at sunset. The food was very good and varied, and there was no wait. I highly recommend it.

04/04/2026: With each bite, you'd think the cook, weary of all tenderness, had chosen to substitute the lingering memory of an entire beach—not the kind you go on vacation to, but the kind where the fine, stubborn sand seeps into everything. The bread groans with dryness, the filling seems to have evaporated into thin air, and you chew, not without a certain irony, what resembles less a kebab than a carefully packaged, mineral experience.
