30/09/2026: Irina took excellent care of us tonight. Bringing all as we asked(and taking one thing away! 😉). Food was excellent and portions were generous. The French onion soup was hearty and very tasty on a very rainy day in Bordeaux(yay rain!!) The Ceasars salad was also fresh and crunchy! And great dressing. Thanks to Tom for recognizing his co-worker. Very nice young man! Thank you!

26/10/2026: A wonderful discovery in the heart of Bordeaux's Saint-Pierre district! Mélodie offers generous, seasonal French cuisine at an excellent price: only €27 for a three-course meal! We particularly appreciated the variety of dishes, from roasted Saint-Nectaire cheese and duck breast to salmon and decadent desserts. The presentation is elegant, the ingredients are expertly prepared, and there's something for everyone, including vegetarian options. A friendly and delicious restaurant that I highly recommend for a great meal in Bordeaux!

27/04/2026: Very good value for money for this hotel, located in a very quiet industrial area. The hotel is clean, the room isn't very large but it's comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and functional. Breakfast is standard. The parking lot is closed after 11 pm, and there are charging stations available, as well as high-power charging stations nearby.

20/10/2026: Compared with the cute, playful Japanese style, French soufflés have such an elegant, dignified charm! Although I told the server that I wasn’t a fan of sweet white wines, she firmly insisted that I pair my soufflé with one. She certainly knew what she was doing — the pairing proved her right!

31/08/2026: The setting is beautiful, but the waitress was unpleasant, cold, and not at all friendly. She took orders behind people's backs, and when we asked her what sauces were available to go with the meat, she coldly replied that they weren't on the menu. However, the reception staff were absolutely fantastic at seating us—friendly, smiling, and attentive to our needs. The drinks staff were also excellent.

01/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A fantastic time at this bar-restaurant! The atmosphere is really nice, the staff is welcoming, and you immediately feel at ease. We ate very well; the dishes were absolutely delicious. A place I highly recommend, and where I'll gladly return!

15/09/2026: A total success! The food is plentiful, very good quality, the service is attentive, the place is clean and has a great atmosphere, and there's ample parking. There's even a Chilean cook who explained the dishes to us in Spanish. For an extra charge, they offer more elaborate main courses with plenty of meat. The €18 menu includes an all-you-can-eat salad and appetizer buffet, a main course, an all-you-can-eat dessert buffet, wine, water, and bread. Highly recommended.

03/11/2026: Visited spontaneously during a trip to Bordeaux. Discovered through internet research and not regretted it. Very friendly and competent waiters who also spoke English. The seafood platter and the oyster selection were delicious. We were given a recommendation for the order in which to eat the oysters. Excellent!
