12/07/2024: Très beau restaurant, comme tout l’hôtel d’ailleurs. Carte, menu du jour à 39,50 €, menu à 61 € (entrée, plat, dessert) avec 2 choix, 78 € avec 2 verres de vin en accord, menu à 83 € (entrée, 2 plats, fromages et dessert) : possible d’y manger bien pour différents budgets donc. C’est bien cuisiné, bien servi, pour beaucoup de plaisir.

06/07/2024: client habituel de ce restaurant , vraiment déçu ... menu a la limite de la correction( portions tellement minuscules qu'il faudrait une loupe pour en apprécier les composants ... une carotte coupé en 2 et deux cuillères a dessert de purée de ?? comme accompagnement de ma viande heureusement présente) .... service en baisse.... la maison a intérêt a revoir la consistance de ses menus gastronomique. Point positif le repas était bon

28/09/2024: Very disappointed with the organization of the package Martis having reserved at the beginning of the week meal + doctor boost I had to cancel at 5 p.m. and immediately I called back for the meal and the concert I was told ok on that, I have 40 minutes of road living in wittelsheim which is not next door I arrive with a friend which was my surprise 3 car and premises closed I am told that it opens at 9 p.m. and no meals... thing that I had not been told, I left to return at 9:25 p.m. to find that there was no parking space . unacceptable Marina Tomczak

28/09/2024: What a lack of organization Last night we came for the Dr Boost evening we booked for the meal We arrive at 8 p.m. and are told it opens at 9 p.m. there is no meal even though we had called at 6 p.m. to confirm our reservation for a table!!!!!!! so looking for a restaurant or rather a sandwich given the time we go around in circles we Waste time We return at 10 p.m. the parking lot is full, no way to park Back home 😡😡😡80 km round trip for nothing of course we don't live nearby

18/08/2024: Honestly, I love it 😊 it’s the best restaurant in Guebwiller in terms of quality, price and especially quantity! An atmosphere that cannot be found anywhere else. The quality service thanks to the staff and the golden boss 🙂 I recommend 100%

28/07/2024: Booked the hotel as an overnight stay on the way. Our room was very hot and the small fan didn't do much to change it or get the air moving. It also smelled quite like a wet dog. The bed was comfortable and clean, as was the bathroom. Unfortunately there is no hairdryer. The area is rather questionable and we didn't feel very comfortable. But there are some cameras outside and inside. We booked rooms with breakfast. It starts at 7 a.m. and we were gone. 7:30 a.m. eating. The scrambled eggs were already empty at this point and there was no refill, the boiled eggs were very cold. Otherwise there was a large selection of different things, especially several cakes. The staff is friendly.

23/07/2024: Great room for a night. Very warm. No air conditioning. Comfortable beds.

02/09/2024: The cakes and tarts are prepared in a highly professional manner. Modern and tastefully furnished inside. Would definitely come back.

22/08/2024: Very nice terrace, the dessert I had was exceptional, too bad the coffee was lukewarm but otherwise overall it was great 👍

01/10/2024: The pizzas are really very good and it’s really a plus that there is choice for those who eat halal. The employees are also very nice

30/08/2024: We ordered an Indian one, disappointed with the result... The staff already do not wear gloves, work with their cell phones For the pizza, no chicken, but a ton of mushrooms and onions, all for €14.99 At home I pay 13.50 for the Indian with fresh chicken, well dosed with onion and pepper and zero mushrooms for the Indian And the....no pepper and mushroom. ... Really disappointed and yet there are people ordering....

15/11/2024: Salle agréable. Personnel sympa qui nous a bien renseigné sur les menus Les plats étaient bons et recherchés L’œuf à basse température sauce à la truffe est délicieux le sandre sauce aux mirtilles et purée fumée très bonne et texture hyper aérienne Une bonne adresse à prix doux

17/09/2024: It is a very charming, family owned (very kind couple; the gentleman is cooking, his wife serving the food). The atmosphere is very peaceful, with classical music. You feel like home. Food is excellent.

14/09/2024: We highly recommend dining at Restaurant du Marché! The food was absolutely amazing and the atmosphere was very classy. And the best was how kind and friendly were the people. We felt at home! Super nice!

02/09/2024: Ah gosh...difficult to find but the welcome is so friendly and smiling. So no regrets...the motel style rooms are well designed (I would change the bathtubs for showers), otherwise the bedding was excellent. The catering was of very good quality and very fresh. We really liked the attentive service, whether for dinner or breakfast. The new owners are clearly making a lot of effort to make everyone's stay very pleasant.

27/08/2024: The rooms are clean but rather small, with limited ventilation. The food is decent, though breakfast isn’t worth the price. Dinner quality varies depending on the day and menu. The location is convenient if you have your own transportation.

22/08/2024: We were made very welcome and our host was very friendly and pleasant. It’s the best tarte flambée I’ve eaten in Alsace!👍🏽 With little care for us and the children, the service was impeccable and the dishes delicious. I recommend this restaurant! Fabienne

30/06/2024: After going to a restaurant with a storefront around the Place de Neuf-brisach where they didn't even take the time after 5 minutes to welcome us, or even to say hello, we went at the ramparts restaurant: •Warm and smiling welcome •unpretentious but good dishes, cooked precisely and well served •good value for money What more? (For constructive criticism, but in no way detracts from my satisfaction, a little renewal of paint and decor would be a real plus)

15/06/2024: Traditional Alsatian restaurant. The dishes are great, especially the baeckeoffa and the tartes flambées...

13/06/2024: I am really disappointed. The boss is extremely rude and vulgar, which ruined our evening. The wait time for the dishes was long and the decoration leaves something to be desired. This restaurant needs serious improvements. I don't recommend this place at all.

21/07/2024: For a hotel picked off on the internet we couldn’t have made a better choice. Right in the centre of town for the solstice music festivities that we had no idea was going on! Knowing we had a secure base for the bike and our gear meant that we could get out and explore the town. Our one night stop over just didn’t allow us enough time to fully explore, but Colmar is like stepping back into the 15th century (give or take a century or two). It is like a time warp and is so beautiful. Great restaurants and, at this festival time, different music at almost every street corner. We’ll certainly be back (by car - I can’t stand the rain as the song goes) and take more time to explore the town using the wonderful Hotel Rapp as our base. You should visit too 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

12/07/2024: Very bad experience in this hotel: arrival at 11 p.m. - clogged shower which floods the bathroom... (see photos) emergency room change at midnight - again shower which overflows in the new room the next evening... We are asking for compensation because the room costs €152 per night… The staff present tell us they are the breakfast team because of a lack of staff Unable to contact management. This hotel is a very old house (see photos) which if it were not in Colmar would not survive
