27/07/2026: While on vacation, we always return to eat at Le Relais des Moines. The homemade terrine is excellent, and the meat is very tender. The staff is pleasant, and the lady recognizes us and has a great sense of humor. Thank you!

23/07/2026: The welcome wasn't very friendly in such a touristy place... The ribeye steak, priced at €36, was more than half left on the plate because it was a very tough cut with a lot of sinew and fat. The Munster cheese gratin had many potatoes and only one very thin slice of bacon. A shame.

28/07/2026: A very disappointing experience at O’Gogi, which replaced the former O’Grill. We were just passing through and were looking for a proper all-you-can-eat buffet because we were hungry. The restaurant presents itself as an all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue, but the experience there is very different from what we expected from a buffet. Here, you don't get up to choose what you want to eat: everything is ordered on a tablet, with only one tablet for two people. So you don't actually see the dishes before ordering, you don't know the quantities, and you spend a good part of the meal glued to a screen. The most annoying thing is that you can't even order freely: you're limited to six dishes, and then you have to wait a while before you can place another order. As a result, you spend your time waiting, and it becomes difficult to put together a proper meal. You cook your beef, and then you want sweet potato fries with it? You have to wait for the next order. By the time they arrive, the rest is already cold or finished. For us, describing this as an "all-you-can-eat buffet" is frankly misleading. The pleasure of a buffet lies precisely in seeing the dishes, immediately choosing what appeals to you, taking the desired quantities, and freely composing your plate. Here, there's very little of that. Another problem: the hotplate installed in the middle of the table gives off an enormous amount of heat. It was really very hot during the meal, it takes up a lot of space between the diners, and this makes the experience even less convivial. As for the service, there's very little human interaction: the servers mainly just drop off orders. The whole thing is impersonal and clearly lacks atmosphere. Finally, the price seals the deal: we had seen a price around €25.90, but on-site, the price exceeded €33 per person. And the icing on the cake: at that price, desserts aren't even included! Nor are drinks. In the end: expensive, slow, unfriendly, and an "all-you-can-eat buffet" concept that didn't live up to our expectations at all. Very disappointed. We won't be back.

19/07/2026: Since July 9, 2026, it's no longer O'GRILL but O'GOGI. Very disappointed; the meat shown in the photos is not what you get on your plate. It's expensive for the quality offered.

11/07/2026: Hello, I highly recommend this restaurant. I have to say, the atmosphere is superb. Especially the waiter, Jérôme. I was there last night, and honestly, we had a great time and a good laugh. A real treat. Seriously, you have to go. Say hi to Jérôme and keep being the way you are. I personally love you.

09/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. The quality of the food was poor and fell far short of expectations. The steak was far too fatty, making it unpleasant to eat. The cordon bleu was poorly prepared and had an odd color, which didn't inspire confidence in its cooking. The fries were soggy, overly wet, and had an unpleasant, unusual taste. For this level of quality, the price is certainly not justified. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant and I won't be returning anytime soon.

05/08/2026: ✨ Incredible ✨ I ordered three Viennese frappé coffees (there were two of us, I didn't drink them alone). They were the best coffees of this type I've had in my 22 years of life. As the person who served me and made the coffees said, this machine is the best investment you could ever make. Just look at these coffees and how beautiful they are.

05/08/2026: Our order was taken; we wanted something to drink and croissants. Our drinks arrived, and we were told that they were out of croissants. We felt misled and would not recommend this café.

14/07/2026: Fantastic experience. The waiter was incredibly attentive and genuinely kind, which was a nice change. We had a wonderful meal; the fried carp was delicious and perfectly crispy. The foie gras was excellent, and the onion compote with raspberry vinegar was superb! In short, everything was perfect. Thank you so much!

14/07/2026: A lovely place to spend a quiet evening. Fantastic service with attentive waiters. As for the food, you'll find well-prepared, flavorful dishes at excellent value. The sharing platter to start with the foie gras and cherry... how can I describe it... AMAZING! It's so delicious! I highly recommend this place.

14/08/2026: The whipped cream wasn't fresh, and the ice cream had barely arrived at the table when it started to run. At home, I keep whipped cream in the fridge to prevent it from running, but everyone does what they like… The not-at-all-fresh whipped cream made me sick all afternoon and part of the night, which is a real shame because the setting at the foot of the cathedral is lovely.

13/08/2026: Do not recommend this place for eating, only for drinking. The quality is not good. We got Cesar salad, with something that reminded of chicken nuggets which were also hard and tasted like reheated. The salad was also boring and tasted genderless. The cafe is centrally located, that's why I give the place 2 stars. The sweet waiter gets 5 stars from us

22/02/2026: Nothing like traditional Alsatian sauerkraut... All the meats are vacuum-cooked and cut to order! The cabbage is bland and doesn't taste like the meats cooked together at all. For €26 a plate, run away! You can find this kind of food in supermarkets! Very, very disappointed... This restaurant owner clearly lacks respect for all of Alsace and is apparently completely unscrupulous. My advice: keep walking, you'll certainly find better elsewhere. Have a good day everyone...

26/07/2026: The service really needs improvement. The wait is considerable. The waitress brings the glasses one by one… the trays aren't meant for decoration.

19/07/2026: A very bad experience. I strongly advise against this restaurant. The quality of the food seemed very concerning, and I had serious doubts about the freshness of the meat served. The hygiene and organization also left a very bad impression. I was also shocked by the way some employees seemed to be treated by the owner, who herself is already incompetent and unhelpful. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and I do not recommend it.

16/06/2026: The products were from the day before and inedible. The saleswoman was also very unpleasant. I strongly advise against going there.

26/04/2026: The pastries were rather mass-produced and lacked freshness. The cappuccino was disappointing, with little flavor and mediocre foam.

15/05/2026: The bedding was very average and the room could use a refresh. That said, it was clean. We were on half-board. The soup was delicious and very filling. But even after a long hike, the meal was far too heavy: a starter after the soup, then a large sauerkraut, then a tart. The sauerkraut was frankly a disaster, with undercooked potatoes in particular. A shame. They should have made less, but better.

11/05/2026: Regarding the restaurant only: very disappointing compared to a few years ago in terms of the quality of the food offered...is it because it wasn't peak winter or summer season? We had lunch on a Saturday in May (the weekend of May 8th) with beautiful weather, but the dining room was completely empty between 12:00 and 1:30 pm. The dish (onion tart) was clearly not fresh, poorly reheated in the microwave, with industrial tomato sauce covering the fleischnakas, and the blueberry tart was also not fresh...with high prices, and to top it all off! Upon checking, the bill showed three errors in the prices, all in their favor. The explanation given: "I haven't had time to change the prices on the menu"...yeah, right...! We demanded a refund. We certainly won't be going back, even though we had fond memories of it and were happy to return...but that was before...

13/08/2026: Luckily, we didn't let the reviews deter us; it would have been a shame to miss out on a delicious mixed salad (a welcome change from Caesars and the like!) and a wonderful plum tart. The staff gave us a very warm welcome; they didn't have a children's menu but offered us a perfectly reasonable alternative.
