15/01/2025: Hello, very disappointed....the pizza was terrible, the products are clearly not top quality. Also when you wait for your pizza, you are filled with smoke throughout the room which is unpleasant and suffocating. I advise you against it. We should also review the user-friendly aspect.

07/09/2024: Originally from Mulhouse, this place made us dream. This is the opportunity for us to discover Charlie ´S Bar. The atmosphere is nice, very cozy, the gentleman on the piano plays well, we will say that it has remained in its 60s-70s style juice. The kitchen is a bit disastrous, the salmon as a starter (24€), 3 slices of salmon with pickles ????? Capers, onions yes, but pickles? The dish, 2 prawn and scallop risottos, I make the best at home. No finger rinse.. The service……the young woman is alone for everything (bar, and service) on a Saturday evening? Being in the restaurant business myself, I know how quickly we can become overwhelmed, but nothing stops you from knowing how to make a good mojito with lime and not yellow. When you ask for a carafe of water, they throw a glass of lukewarm water at you. The friendliness of this young woman has simply disappeared... surely forgotten in the locker room?! Little extra for shoes… flip-flops!!! My god 😂

09/09/2024: We came as a family, we ate very well, the setting is really superb and the price of the dishes and menus is very interesting. I recommend without hesitation. See you soon !

08/09/2024: Dear Mr. Wirt, why do you specify an opening time of 1000 to 2300 if you don't want to host us this Sunday? It was full, yes, 1410, but we would have been happy with coffee and cake, or even some bread. We were hungry. We had planned our hike so that we could stop off at your place. Despite a friendly request, we were turned away with an unfriendly nod, not from your employees, but from you. What was it about? Are strangers not served? Please write correct opening times and, above all, kitchen times on your website or at least correct the Google entry. We felt very unwelcome. Not nice.

23/08/2024: A superb time spent in this establishment. Reasonable prices compared to the neighborhood. A hearty meal and very pleasant service. Proof that it's not that difficult to do well without taking tourists for cash cows!

04/06/2025: We spent a wonderful early June evening sitting outside in the plein air seating area of Auberge des Chevaliers, enjoying a meal of choucroute garnie with locally brewed (in Strasbourg) beer. The evening couldn't have been nicer, sunny and cool as the sun began to go down. Service was wonderful. The waiter was nonplussed by our request to split two plates of choucroute garnie between four of us, and when the plates arrived, we were glad we'd made that decision. Servings were enormous, with each plate piled high with roasted pigs' knuckles, two kinds of sausages, and slices of roast pork that our German friends know as Kassler Rippchen. In addition, there was a mound of sauerkraut, and with it, several boiled potatoes. The only discordant note was the cumin flavoring in the sauerkraut, which is far from traditional but increasingly popular in sauerkraut-loving areas of Europe.

08/05/2025: Restaurant not great at all took a mixed salad my friend also we did not eat it willingly not fresh put a piece of munster only crust the bread freeze hard as a stone lack of hygiene so to avoid

14/09/2024: Very good lunch yesterday. Despite our delay, welcome. Menu of the day very good fish, well cooked, very good starter terrine and damson tart with excellent whipped cream. Price of starter main course and dessert for 19.50 more than correct (Coming from Brittany this price mainly concerns starter main course or main course dessert only) so nothing to say. Very nice, very clean interior. Great discovery

13/09/2024: The food is good but frankly too expensive it's gourmet restaurant prices in fact 2 people daily menus bland bolognese without flavor but my wife had the meat a treat. there are too many noises from the EDF workers screaming at table and who think they are alone in the restaurant

03/01/2025: Our only mistake was to reserve a table without reading the reviews, based on the reputation of the establishment a few months/years ago (we are local) The waitress's behavior was more than limited and she turned us cold, the meal was tasteless... We preferred to shorten the torture and not have dessert. Damage...

18/09/2024: Difficult to rate anything other than the service since we were unable to stay in this hotel. Please note, check-in is before 9 p.m. otherwise there is no one there and, as the receptionist says so well, "I have better things to do than wait for you". Courteous and professional exchange, you will understand. You will of course guess that the refund was not made, and the cancellation fees at the level of the amount of the room... 108€. Courtesy and professionalism have therefore given way to kindness and generosity! So yes, we can clear customs via the general conditions of sale or others. However, a little sympathy and humanism will not make anyone in this world turn back. 5 stars for greed and fanaticism, thanks again!!!

16/09/2024: Satisfied with our stay. Room ok, clean. Bedding OK. TV graying out on certain channels in our room, it’s true but we don’t care, we’re not here for that! The manager and his son: very pleasant, kind, helpful. Breakfast ok too. Hot drink, orange juice, croissant, bread, butter, jam, and cheese, yogurt, cereals too.... If you are looking for something modern, something fancy, you will indeed be disappointed, if on the contrary you are looking for a simple and authentic establishment and people: go for it! Thank you for allowing places like this to still exist. Good luck, and certainly see you next time!!
