08/03/2026: We stayed at this hotel for a weekend. When booking, we were informed that the hammam and sauna were under renovation, but that the pool would be heated! Unfortunately, once we arrived, this was far from the truth! The pool was cold, the liner was peeling off everywhere, and the pool light was completely detached from its housing, making it potentially dangerous! The so-called "Deluxe" rooms are not truly deluxe. In addition to being very small, the room was poorly cleaned, with white stains on the carpet and the bed skirt, not to mention the layer of dust on the bedside tables and walls. Nevertheless, the welcome was very pleasant, and the breakfast was good. We were disappointed because the photos online are very misleading… Sincerely

18/02/2026: The pool area is located under a poorly insulated veranda. The humidity is constant, the sun loungers are unusable, and the towels get wet immediately. The small spa area is functional, although the jacuzzi and sauna weren't working—this should be mentioned. The chalet is too small for 5 people, the bedding is uncomfortable, especially the pillows, but the bathroom is functional and quite large. Otherwise, it's a lovely place, and we had a good stay. The staff were friendly.

30/01/2026: We had a good meal. The service was a bit impersonal. But we certainly wouldn't have come if Pascal Jenny hadn't been playing the piano! What a joy to hear him again in this magical place, which has lost some of its soul with his absence. If only he could come back more often. We could listen to him for hours. Just one small detail: it's a shame about the stickers on such a beautiful piano.

27/01/2026: There was a time when we could have spoken of it as a Mulhouse institution, a place where the world's elite came to meet. Today, with a maximum of ten customers per evening on weekdays, mostly from the hotel, the bar, with its modest selection and high prices, no longer attracts anyone.

15/03/2026: A very good meal. The sirloin steak was excellent, the tarte flambée with Munster cheese was delicious, and the pasta Bolognese was very generous. The service could be improved. We had to wait even though it wasn't very busy, and we found the preparation of our dishes a bit slow. However, the servers were still very friendly! I recommend it.

03/03/2026: The staff were incredibly attentive; we spilled a meal tray and they remade the dishes without charging us again. The food was very good, I highly recommend it.

25/12/2025: A very disappointing New Year's Eve dinner – unacceptable value for money We chose this restaurant for our New Year's Eve meal, expecting a festive experience. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of our expectations. From the start, the "champagne" served was clearly not champagne. The appetizers were obviously subpar. The ravioli arrived dry and cold. For the main course, the scallops were cooked properly, but the risotto was overcooked and, like the rest of the meal, served cold. A major hygiene issue was the waiter handling the cheese directly with his hands, which is unacceptable in a restaurant, especially during a festive meal. The dessert, a Baked Alaska, was the final straw. They attempted to flambé it with cold alcohol from a can, which, of course, failed to ignite. The omelet had a strong, unpleasant freezer taste. All this for an exorbitant price, completely out of proportion to the quality offered. It clearly felt like a tourist trap, focusing more on the event than the food. The service was very inconsistent: some servers were charming, others bordering on rude. As we were leaving, we were asked how our meal went. When we replied, "Not very well," the server left without asking any further questions. To top it all off, we were sick the following night, which made this experience even more regrettable. A restaurant to avoid, especially for a celebratory meal when you expect something completely different. Very disappointed.

20/02/2026: Rooms in need of major renovations, reception staff need training in providing good customer service. Breakfast was reasonable for the price, good location. I certainly won't be returning.

15/03/2026: Beautiful hotel with a restaurant. In a stunning setting! My menu: salad, meatloaf, and fries. To drink: apple juice. Superb! Dessert: plum cake with cream and a great coffee. 06/02/2026: My partner and I spent one night there. We were welcomed by a charming hostess. After settling in, we enjoyed a hearty and truly delicious meal, served at our table by a pleasant, courteous, and smiling waitress. The night was restful and restorative; the room was very comfortable, and the bedding was impeccable. The only slight drawback was the somewhat cramped shower. Perhaps the day spent enjoying tarte flambée, blueberry tarts, and the generous evening meal also contributed to my size and the space I occupied in the shower. The breakfast was complete and more than we expected! The couple who run this hotel are incredibly charming and delightful. Located just 500 meters from the slopes, we couldn't have asked for anything better. We will definitely return with our family. My partner and I thank you for your warm welcome and generosity.

24/01/2026: We arrived from our trip hungry and were looking for a place to eat. Since it was in front of one of the main squares on Christmas Day and seemed like an inviting place, we went in to ask for information. We were judged for having luggage and treated rudely. If we wanted to read the menu, they told us to go outside to read the sign and turned their backs on us. Because of the way we were received, we chose another place for our Christmas dinner. I do not recommend it! Responding to the owner's comment, it wasn't four suitcases, it was just one small one and one larger one belonging to my friend. The nearby restaurants welcomed us very well. The language barrier is the worst excuse to use and is xenophobic, since I speak both languages ​​mentioned as I live in France, although with a more pronounced accent as it's not my first language. At no point was a waiting time mentioned; it's just an excuse to mask the disdain of the service, which was the real reason we chose not to stay.

01/06/2025: Magnificent location, beautiful terraces, green surroundings, and a landscape enhanced by the small pond facing the terraces. A truly sublime setting. Service was decent, friendly, and cheerful. As for the food, it was a total disappointment. Menu at €60 and nothing more. Bland starter despite the attention paid to presentation. Rossini was good quality, but disappointed with the sauce without any particular flavor, served with fries and salad. It's a shame it wasn't served with vegetables, because putting salad on a hot plate cooks it twice as fast. Assortment of cheeses was decent, simple. Dessert was a total disappointment; the presentation and taste were lacking. Coffee was flavorless, almost translucent once served. It looked like it was topped up with water or filter coffee. We came to discover it, but it's a shame the food doesn't match the restaurant's service, which is in a magnificent setting.

20/03/2026: Hello, The manager really needs to take a look at how the saleswomen in this bakery work, because it's not the first time this has happened to me. I often come here for bread because I like baguettes. Customers come into the shop, but the staff are chatting and laughing loudly, so busy that they don't even notice the line starting to form. Then, zero greetings, zero smiles. The one who served me wasn't focused; she was still turning her head to laugh and wave to her colleagues. Perhaps they should be transferred to another shop. They're too comfortable with each other and no longer pay attention to the customers.

When they refused, I asked for a complaint form, which the manager denied me, and he also refused to give me his name. It was degrading treatment and a complete rip-off, as the advertising photo is misleading. The restrooms were also a disgrace in terms of hygiene. We will never return to this Burger King.
