17/12/2024: Bonne prestation pour ce restaurant avec une carte simple sans fioriture. La cuisine est de très bonne qualité Une serveuse au top, seule, à tout gérer de l’accueil au service et à l’encaissement et tout ça avec le sourire bravo madame !
10/12/2024: Petit restaurant caché dans une ruelle du village en contrebas.
Rustique, l’accueil est chaleureux et les plats sont gourmands, locaux et faits maison .
Je recommande vivement.

23/10/2024: Walking around Colmar, for the very first time, it was the most splendid discovery of my trip.
Looking for a bakery in the area, the beauty of Colmar's famous pretzel immediately attracted me.
At the entrance to this one, I must admit, I expected a slightly warmer welcome from the region, a small point to improve ;)
But as far as my order goes, every savory sandwich in your shop was fabulous.
They knew how to revive adults and children alike with succulent and sought-after flavors. I have rarely eaten sandwiches this good, you have my word.
Looking forward to eating your sandwiches again, and see you soon to taste your pretzels!

03/12/2024: The food was okay, although not particularly tasty and we generally had better food in all other places in Colmar. The staff wasn't really friendly. From our group one person didn't want to eat but it wasn't possible to stay and not eat a main dish, so they were forced to order something - in other places this is generally fine so we were quite surprised. Also, be aware that there aren't many options on the menu, so check it before reserving. The decor is pretty. Overall the price isn't worth the food

01/10/2024: Very nice establishment, restaurant, hotel and staff at the top with a magnificent view of the vineyard and the castle of Haut Koenigsbourg!
Only downside, a bathtub in the bathroom which does not allow a person with physical difficulties to take a shower which is why I only gave it 4 stars

01/06/2025: Magnificent location, beautiful terraces, green surroundings, and a landscape enhanced by the small pond facing the terraces.
A truly sublime setting.
Service was decent, friendly, and cheerful.
As for the food, it was a total disappointment.
Menu at €60 and nothing more.
Bland starter despite the attention paid to presentation.
Rossini was good quality, but disappointed with the sauce without any particular flavor, served with fries and salad. It's a shame it wasn't served with vegetables, because putting salad on a hot plate cooks it twice as fast.
Assortment of cheeses was decent, simple.
Dessert was a total disappointment; the presentation and taste were lacking.
Coffee was flavorless, almost translucent once served.
It looked like it was topped up with water or filter coffee.
We came to discover it, but it's a shame the food doesn't match the restaurant's service, which is in a magnificent setting.

02/09/2024: Ah gosh...difficult to find but the welcome is so friendly and smiling. So no regrets...the motel style rooms are well designed (I would change the bathtubs for showers), otherwise the bedding was excellent. The catering was of very good quality and very fresh. We really liked the attentive service, whether for dinner or breakfast.
The new owners are clearly making a lot of effort to make everyone's stay very pleasant.
27/08/2024: The rooms are clean but rather small, with limited ventilation. The food is decent, though breakfast isn’t worth the price. Dinner quality varies depending on the day and menu. The location is convenient if you have your own transportation.

10/10/2024: Truly perfect traditional Alsatian cuisine, well-stocked and sublimely perfect plates.
02/10/2024: We had a pleasant time as a family, there were 8 of us. The service was pleasant and the dishes were very good. Too bad it's very hot inside. We can't wait to try the terrace which looks very nice next spring.

14/09/2024: Eaten there several times, buffets not bad especially meat and fish otherwise too bad too much frozen food, nuggets not great. Dessert buffet too bad, I had ice cream... Because I had already tasted the rest. Take restaurant ticket card. I will go back but not immediately and I now know what to take and what not to take. Welcoming staff. But for good eaters it’s good.

Last night we came for the Dr Boost evening we booked for the meal
We arrive at 8 p.m. and are told it opens at 9 p.m. there is no meal even though we had called at 6 p.m. to confirm our reservation for a table!!!!!!! so looking for a restaurant or rather a sandwich given the time we go around in circles we
Waste time
We return at 10 p.m. the parking lot is full, no way to park
Back home 😡😡😡80 km round trip for nothing of course we don't live nearby
28/09/2024: Very disappointed with the organization of the package Martis having reserved at the beginning of the week meal + doctor boost I had to cancel at 5 p.m. and immediately I called back for the meal and the concert I was told ok on that, I have 40 minutes of road living in wittelsheim which is not next door I arrive with a friend which was my surprise 3 car and premises closed I am told that it opens at 9 p.m. and no meals... thing that I had not been told, I left to return at 9:25 p.m. to find that there was no parking space

08/08/2024: Nois sommes arrivés a 21h30, ce qui est très tard pour un restaurant. Nous avions également réservés une chambre car cet établissement proppose des services d’hôtellerie.
Malgré notre heure d’arrivée tardive, la responsable de l’établissement nous invite à prendre place à une table si nous désirions manger, ce que nous avons fait. Nous avons commandés 2 portions de friture de sandre, imaginant que cela serait suffisant a nourrir nos estomacs meurtris par la faim. Nous étions loins de nous imaginer la quantité qui nous serait apporté. Non loin de 1 kg de sandre, avec frites et salade en accompagnement. Nous avons considéré ce plat comme un miracle, et l’avons dégustés avec un grand plaisir. La qualité était impeccable, tant pour le poisson que pour les frites et la salade. Rien à redire (à part quelques arrêtes... mais c’est du poisson... on ne peut repprocher la présence d’arrêtes)
Je recommande fortement cette adresse à quiconque cherche un restaurant (ou un hotel) en alsace.

20/07/2024: Very good restaurant with excellent meals. I had the lamb shank. Fondant as desired. Too bad there aren't more homemade desserts.
