28/07/2026: Beautiful space, excellent meal. Perfect service

06/06/2026: The summer platter is back. I had the tender, pink, five-sided rack of lamb. The accompanying salads were subtly seasoned, but the curry was sublime. Three or four pieces of seasonal fruit completed the meal with fries.

06/08/2026: A beautiful farm-inn, situated in a stunning natural setting. The place is peaceful and welcoming, making it an excellent stop after a hike or bike ride. The views of the surrounding countryside are superb and invite you to linger. Highly recommended!

16/05/2026: Hotel perfectly located in the fortified town of Neuf-Brisach. Excellent and friendly welcome. Clean and well-maintained room. Simple and good restaurant, very friendly service. Generous breakfast. Very fond memories of visiting Neuf-Brisach and the nearby Black Forest.

04/08/2026: We had previously visited this restaurant and, despite a long wait, gave it a mostly positive review. After our visit today, we unfortunately have to significantly revise that opinion. I explicitly stated that I have celiac disease and therefore must eat strictly gluten-free. My first dish was nevertheless served with fried onions. I immediately sent it back and explained again that this was a health risk for me. However, the second dish also had fried onions, or at least remnants of them, on it. Celiac disease is not a matter of personal preference, but a serious autoimmune disorder. After two such mistakes, I could no longer trust the food. The manager offered only a brief "Sorry"—but by then it was already too late. Based on our experience, this restaurant is unfortunately not safe and cannot be recommended for people with celiac disease.

28/05/2026: Tasteless food, excessive prices, distant welcome, I do not recommend it.

23/05/2026: Way too pricy for the quality. It is a mystery to is why the restaurant has kept a bib gourmand. We had dinner and tried both a la carte and their special asparagus menu - so sad, as it was all without taste. The worst in my mind was the fridge cold slice of recently opened supermarket ham served with the asparagus - not something to charge 13 eur for… The bill without wine ended at 190 eur for 3 adults - not worth it. The place was empty on a Saturday night - not surprising.

02/06/2026: During a three-day road trip in the Vosges Mountains, I spent two nights at this hotel and it was a wonderful discovery. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome: a friendly, helpful, and attentive team that immediately made me feel at ease. The room was clean, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The setting is peaceful and relaxing, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, ideal for unwinding after a day exploring the region. As for the food, the meals were high-quality, generous, and served with the same warm hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. I highly recommend it and would be delighted to return on my next trip to the Vosges.

31/05/2026: Amazing restaurant and food. Smiling and friendly staff. The setting is magnificent with a view of the valley. Special mention for the gallows. In short, I highly recommend it ☺️

27/07/2026: Discovered by chance on a bike ride. Only had refreshments and ice cream, but the place is very pleasant, calm, and relaxing. Quick service and easy parking.

21/07/2026: A very pleasant restaurant just outside Colmar, with beautiful regional decor and two dining rooms. The welcome was very friendly, as was the service. The dishes offered are typical of the region, including game. The portions are generous and the food is delicious, including the homemade tarts. A great place to discover! 👍

04/08/2026: On the road leading to the Ballon d'Alsace, don't hesitate to turn left to reach this farm inn at the end of a 2 km paved road. A friendly family awaits you there, offering specialties made from the farm's flowers (syrups, jams, etc.). You can also enjoy a drink and a meal on the terrace. They will stop cheese production in 2025. We took a short afternoon trip and sampled their honey-fir and lemon balm-mint syrups. Delicious! The place could use a little more signage, as it's a bit intimidating at first. Note that they don't accept credit cards.

05/07/2026: The Grand Langen... an institution. I went to Flür a while back. The area is superb, the food is excellent, and the welcome is typical of the Vosges region!

12/07/2026: We had the worst experience here ever!! - Completely raw and bloody steaks - Brandt Cordon Bleu - Partially raw potatoes - Wet soft mushrooms and old vegetables - Completely warm white wine - Crying baby in the front kitchen - Barking dog and traffic noise I would not recommend the place to anyone. We all fear an upset stomach

18/06/2026: We dined here this evening and were delighted with both the food and the entire team. The marrow bones I had as an appetizer were excellent. The salad with shrimp and scallops was equally superb. The kidneys were also very good and, as they should be, beautifully pink inside. The Ile Flotante for dessert was also excellent. We'll be back. Update June 18, 2026 Everything was excellent again today, and we're already looking forward to our next visit.
