01/09/2024: Vandaag gegeten in dit kelderrestaurant in Riquewihr. De sfeer is een beetje apart maar wel leuk. Bediening is aardig en attent. De sfeer is zeer ongedwongen. Één van de personeelsleden loopt in korte broek. Hier kan dit!
De kaart bevat voornamelijk gerechten met een lokaal en traditioneel karakter. Zelf kozen we voor een 3 gangen menu van € 24,- pp. de eerste gang bestond uit een traditionele quiche en een uientaart. Beide gerechten waren prima. Als hoofdgerecht kozen we voor de aardappelgratin met Münster en spekjes en Schweizenacken met lauwwarme aardappelsalade. In beide gevallen geen verfijnde gerechten of opmaak, gewoon lekker traditioneel eten.
Het dessert was 2 bolletjes ijs.
Samenvattend, we hebben hier genoten van traditionele gerechten zonder veel poespas. Prijs/kwaliteits verhouding wat mij betreft in orde.

Cuisine maison fraîche et copieuse, ambiance géniale avec une patronne pleine de réparties et, en plus, elle fait un Irish superbe

27/10/2024: Clean, good hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast extensive and good. Some things were only 80 or 90%: egg dishes were the same color throughout. No sign of yolk or egg white. Croissants hard on the inside. Maybe baked more than once? Bacon not baked. Coffee varies depending on the machine. But everything is within reason. Complaining at a high level.
20/09/2024: A dry Burger, no sauce, little cheese. Cold fries. 20€ for this?
Next time I will cross the road to eat at Marie Blachère to eat something EATABLE!
I'm still waiting to see the chef...
What an Indignity…. A great hotel with a seedy restaurant.
Courage to the waitress who is doing her best to make up for this catastrophic cuisine.

23/10/2024: We came for lunch and had the daily menu. Very good products, very well cooked. The welcome and service were also impeccable. The price is also a strong point and the wines are very affordable. To do again without hesitation.

16/12/2024: The location looks beautiful, we’re really looking forward to have a nice lunch here unfortunately we couldn’t , we step in the restaurant we saw 3 empty tables so we were feeling lucky ( 12:15 ) , as soon as we step in one of the waiter ( young guy with dark hair ) didn’t even say hi or anything he just said we full see you later. I believe the manager should train him how to be more polite with he’s customers.
I do work in the same industry.
15/12/2024: Joli winstub alsacien avec un accueil sympathique et un personnel très agréable. Nous avons bien mangé: choucroute et burger alsacien top et les profiteroles un délice! Nous avons passé un super moment. Nous reviendrons!

04/12/2024: Banned from entering just because we had a baby stroller, the rule may seem horrible, but even worse was the way and manner in which it was said by the employee at the entrance. I didn't even feel like arguing back. Therefore, it was very rude and careless.

12/09/2024: Très déçus de jour en jour par le service et la qualité des plats de ce restaurant. On décide à notre place du dessert prétextant que ce qui a été choisi n était
plus disponible. Et ce des le 1er soir. Le lendemain,attente de 30 minutes pour nous servir 2 simples verres de crémant,dessert modifié alors que servi à une autre table et ce remplacé à chaque fois par 3 boucles de glace râpées dans un bol!
Le 3 ème soir, nous avons terminé le plat principal vers 23h alors que nous étions à table dès 20 h. Nous avons bien sûr décliné le dessert si tant est qu on nous en aurait encore proposé un!
Le personnel de salle s est confondu en excuses mais le problème doit se trouver ailleurs. Dommage je déconseille à cause de ce service plus que déplorable.
28/08/2024: Tres bon restaurant avec une formule du marché intéressante , dommage tartare avait pas mal de nerfs qui rendait le plat désagréable.

22/12/2024: I am extremely disappointed with this restaurant. The service was terrible, the wine was of poor quality (€30 formula for 3 glasses) and the food was not fresh. To top it all off, 15 people got sick the next day. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

24/08/2024: Friday August 16, it's almost 9 p.m., my wife and I go to this restaurant to possibly eat again without having reserved. Aware of the lateness of the hour, I approach the boss who is finishing his shift: “Good evening Mr, is it still possible to eat?” His answer is unequivocal. We are dealing with a real restaurant trader: “Come on, take a seat”. The waitress brings us the menu, and to avoid embarrassing her, given the late hour, I ask her what is easiest to prepare. Like daughter, like father, his response is of the same splendor: “treat yourself, sir, lady”. The meal and the service... Perfect. Everything is said. Nothing to add. Otherwise: Recommend

On annonce un onglet avec poêlée de fois gras et quand l’assiette arrive, on est déçu de la quantité.
Ça ne vaut franchement pas 23 eur!
15/07/2024: PLUS JAMAIS! Première fois, et un jeune serveur qui se permet le tutoiement, absolument pas à l'écoute du client, en penurie de sauce et d'accompagnement (à 12h20 sur un menu du jour).
CONCLUSION: MANQUE DE RESPECT ENVERS LE CLIENT, AUCUN GESTE COMMERCIAL POUR PALIER À LA PÉNURIE DES PLATS PROPOSÉS. PHILIPPE ETCHEBEST AURAIT BEAUCOUP DE TRAVAIL POUR REMANIER TOUT ÇA CORRECTEMENT.
ET LE JEUNE EFFRONTÉ QUI SERT, DOIT CHANGER DE MÉTIER!!!
