28/08/2025: I booked an 18-hole course, and I found two golfers ahead of me on the 10th hole. Then, on the 16th, I ran into the golf school with 4 + 3 students, with the instructor slamming me for playing. Result: 16th to 18th upset. Very poor organization and no apologies.

27/05/2025: Since the change of chef, the menu evolves every week. Broadly speaking, we have a choice between cuts of meat, burgers, and vegetarian options, always at a good price for the location. The side dishes also vary, which is a very good thing for this corner of Lille, often stuck in gastronomy. The service is impeccable, the barmaid is smiling and creative in her cocktails, which I recommend!

31/01/2026: For two years I've avoided going back because each time the welcome and service deteriorated a little more. Today, I wanted to please my husband: continuous service, arriving a little before 6 pm knowing that we could then get a banquette and decent service. Continuous service confirmed on the website. And also on the windows when we arrived. I was met with the response, as if I were an idiot, "Oh no, Madam, not since Covid." Except that Covid ended more than two years ago: when will they think to update the information? So, for something just as good, less expensive, with a pleasant setting and friendly service: in Lille, Brasserie Campion and Café de Paris. Also more expensive, better, with a pleasant setting and friendly service: Les Bouchers Bien Élevés in Vieux Lille. A word to the wise…

27/01/2026: Nice establishment. However, the food was lukewarm and the beer 🍺 had too much foam.

04/10/2025: A mixed review, a pleasant welcome, decent food, but placed near the restrooms, we fully benefited from the rose deodorant, a seat without the slightest natural light. Table for four, two facing the dining room and the back windows, two others with a view of the access to the restrooms. The food is good, but the fries are thin and crispy, oven-fried type, not at all sure if they are fresh fries as we were told. The sauce is good, the chef is friendly and visits the dining room and each table. I might come back for the food, but certainly not for the environment and the setting.

28/09/2025: After several months of absence because no longer in the area I returned the boss is still as cool regional daily special and everything is fresh we eat very well there and with this shitty COVID he prepares us hot takeaway dishes which are super good and very well prepared you can go with your eyes closed and without hesitation correct price great and thank you again.
