From the first meeting with Michel, we had the feeling that we were in good hands, attentive, very good advice and always available and quick to respond. It takes the stress out of the preparations. The weekend was a great team, the guests had a great time, the place was magical. 29/09/2024: We called on BeauVin as a caterer for our wedding celebration with a skewer barbecue for 60 people. The team was very friendly, the layout was nice, the quality was there and the value for money was really interesting compared to food trucks. Thank you so much !

21/09/2024: An excellent address! The private room is a real asset, it is very pleasant and nicely decorated, perfect for private events or small group meals. The manager is extremely warm and welcoming, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The quality of the meat, local and tasty, is worth highlighting, and the tataki is simply delicious. The menu is also varied, much more than in other restaurants in the area, which makes it possible to satisfy all tastes. I highly recommend!”

After many failed attempts on my part. Definitely a place I would like to go back to .... c'était magnifique

11/09/2024: Bel endroit, belle ambiance. Je n’ai mis que 3 étoiles car un peu déçu. Nous étions venu pour l’anniversaire de mon mari. Avec deux enfants, nous demandons donc un menu version enfant. Pour 15€, steack haché surgelé ( precisé par la serveuse) ou nuggets et une boule de glace bonbon. Un peu abusé pour ce genre de restaurant, je m’attendais à mieux. Nous avons déja fait des restau gastronomiques avec les enfants et le plat était meilleur et moins cher que là. En apéro, un gaspacho servi dans des anciennes tasses à café… et des croustillants au fromage surgelés (précisé par la serveuse) un peu limite . L’entrée et le plat etait trés bon, rien à redire (foie gras, cuisses de grenouilles, ris de veau et escalope de veau aux morilles) Par contre le dessert, nous avions pris la farandole de desserts et c’etait vraiment pas terrible. Au vue de la quantité de sucre, nous avons douté que ce soit fait maison… je n’ai meme pas su finir. Meme mon fils qui est un adepte de mousse au chocolat n’a pas aimé à cause du sucre. J’ai trouvé l’addition cher pour avoir pas mal de surgelé et des desserts pas tiptop. Il y a de meilleurs restaurants dans l’avesnois. Perso 1 ere et derniere fois pr nous.

15/08/2024: Everything was very good from the appetizer to the dessert, the sweetbreads were very plentiful, however the morels were a little short, just the wait was a little long but it must be said that there were people there

26/07/2024: Hélas ! La soirée commençait bien : arrivés à l'heure pour la soirée d'ouverture des JO, nous (soit deux personnes) nous installons dans les transats face au grand écran. Personne n'arrivant pour prendre notre commande, je me déplace au comptoir pour commander. "QR code" me répond-on. Soit. Nous commandons (et payons) à distance, et, c'est vrai : nous faisons une erreur. Nous commandons deux picon-bières (prix de revient ... 2€ ?) au lieu de deux Saison Dupont (la bière). La réaction du patron de l'établissement, pourtant témoin de la scène lorsque nous venons faire amande honorable, laisse songeur. Pas question de servir les deux bières, car, nous fait-il dire, "il faut recommander car on ne pourra pas revendre les picon-bières". C'est vrai ! Mais pour économiser quelques centimes d'euros de façon bien mesquine, nous voilà invités à repayer 11€ pour avoir nos deux bières... Business is bunisses, au Polbert, mais pour le geste commercial, on repassera ! En l’occurrence, non, on ne repassera pas. Et monsieur le patron ne sait pas ce qu'il rate.

31/05/2024: Réservation annulée sans excuses autre que « c est la faute du logiciel »… Quel service ! On me propose une table pour 1h30 plus tard et la personne trouve cela tout à fait normal.

08/07/2025: 🌟 An exceptional experience! Coming from the Nordkapp, we made a brief stop in Lille. However, we discovered a restaurant, Le Nouvel Atelier, which is a real gem in Lille. The dishes are tasty, elegantly presented, and perfectly executed. The service is remarkable: attentive, responsive, and always with a smile. We truly feel unique, as if everything was designed to make us have an exceptional experience. Flawless from start to finish. Congratulations to the whole team! 👏
