15/08/2024: Disappointing! We clearly indicated we wanted the 39 EUR. When receiving the bill, we were asked to pay 52 EUR since the 39 EUR menu was only "to go". This was not indicated and we were clearly pointing to the 39 EUR menu. Would not recommend.

06/08/2024: City center and seafood. For those who are into seafood, it may not be bad. I didn’t really like the fact that the ice under the oysters melted almost immediately and the oysters had to be caught in the water, which was not entirely pleasant. You can only pay for your order in cash; cards are not accepted for some reason. I don't know what could make me visit this place again.

18/12/2024: The food is good, the service is disruptive when they receive delegations (Le Méridien hotel and Hyat Regenci at a reasonable price), the atmosphere. You have to create it yourself.

11/09/2024: I stayed at this hotel in 1974-5. I was 8, 9 years old then and I was on a school trip. Darenth County Primary School was the name of the school, and they went on school trips there for several years. I remember close by, along the beach, exploring some of the Atlantic wall bunkers, one in fact was massive and housed a gun that fired shells, hitting targets on the English south coast. It was lovely looking at pictures of the hotel after all these years. I had a magical time during my stay there, and I would like to say a belated.....Thank You.

01/09/2024: Finally somewhere to eat well in CDG. Our previous experiences in the various terminals have been awful. This was excellent, both food and service. Yes it is pricey, but the quality warrants the price. The , 'Assiette de la mer' was copious and excellent. The Sancerre was a delicious accompaniment. A great end to a great holiday. The staff were helpful and vigilant, anticipating our requests with suggestions for more toast, a glass of water etc. They made a very good experience for airport food into an exceptionally good one!

12/11/2024: Plus jamais, j'ai voulu tester le breiz burger ( galette à la place du pain), c'était sympa sur le papier, la serveuse n'a pas pu nous éclairer plus car elle ne savait même pas la composition... Un désastre : deux galettes épaisses près cuites pliées en deux et au milieu un petit steak, trois oignons un mini bout de fromage et 3 feuilles de salade 🥴 ce qui donne beaucoup de galette pâteuse sans garniture. La serveuse m'a demandé si tout allait bien, je lui fais savoir, elle le signale en cuisine mais... Pas de suite. Je n'ai pas pris de dessert de ce fait, il m'aurait rajouté cette fameuse sauce tartare manquante je serais passé outre. Je n'avais qu'une hâte, les cafés et partir... Mais là encore après 20 mn d'attente... Rien, ils avaient été oubliés. La totale ! 50€ et adieu 👎

29/08/2024: Very bad experience in this restaurant, we will not return, food without anything to highlight, although the place is nice, we found it very dirty, the tables dirty and I won't tell you if you see the interior, glasses hanging with dirt accumulated over months. The worst was the service, very unfriendly, not to say rude. The girl who serves in the restaurant had a serious accident with her car, she fell into the canal, my husband helped them get the dogs out of the car and I will only tell you that she ended up in the canal to help, not a single gesture of kindness for the help. They didn't even say thank you, nor did they say goodbye to us. We left them €60 to spend (very expensive for what we ate). The owner charged us and we are still waiting for a thank you! Awful!! Without a doubt one of the worst experiences ever had in a restaurant.

02/11/2024: Really delighted, we knew the old Quai17 and given the bad comments read about the new owners we were a little hesitant. One thing is certain: these bad comments are absolutely undeserved. The dishes were very good and plentiful, Oléronaise mussels and curry mussels, a delight. We were left to drink our aperitifs quietly and the waiter was friendly, smiling and on the lookout for the slightest need. The whole team was very nice. We really thanked them and we will come back without any problem. Thanks again.

18/10/2024: Be careful of this restaurant which displays the ANCV holiday check sign but which says it refuses holiday checks for a amount greater than €10 per adult, and entirely for the child (then that he had eaten an adult dish) which in this case represents a age discrimination We reported the sign to ANCV

12/09/2024: Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, als Vorspeise, Austern und Rilettes de Sardines als Hauptspeise, Tartare de Beuf sowie gegrillten Octopus als Tagesgericht nicht auf der Karte. Dazu einen Rosé. Die Nachspeisen waren ebenfalls vorzüglich, nun zum Punkte Abzug: schlecht gelauntes, unfreundliches und sehr langsames Personal.

12/09/2024: Nous avons passé quelques jours à l’île de ré.Très bon restaurant,plats très bien cuisinés,accueil très agréable,avec le sourire,nous y avons déjeuné deux fois. Nous y reviendrons.A recommander.

31/08/2024: We reserved a table for this Saturday evening, but the location allocated to us was unfortunately not ideal: limited space and presence of cobwebs and dust a few centimeters from us. The menu, although limited, demonstrates a desire to offer sophisticated dishes. However, the two Comtoise pans we ordered did not meet our expectations in terms of quality. The cancoillote, instead of being hot and liquid, was compact, which spoiled the pleasure of tasting it. The ham was rather plain and greasy, and the potatoes seemed reheated, although that's not necessarily a negative. The Morteau sausage, for its part, was as expected from this type of dish. For dessert, we chose ice cream and double cream meringue. The ice cream was okay, but the double cream of the meringue was not up to par, and did not correspond to what one would expect from this type of cream. I do not intend to devalue this establishment, but our experience this evening unfortunately did not live up to our expectations or the price paid.
