It's the first time I've been able to indulge myself without a second thought. The presentation was impeccable, the taste exquisite, and the staff incredibly attentive. 19/12/2025: We came for lunch somewhat by chance before catching the Cévennes steam train. The waiter, although working alone, was pleasant and efficient. We were able to eat our main course and dessert in under an hour! The galettes and crêpes are delicious and generously portioned, made with quality local ingredients. As for drinks, in addition to the usual beers and ciders, they offer some nice non-alcoholic options such as the very enjoyable kombucha! You can go there without hesitation!
