The hotel is simply magical, elegant, and peaceful, with a truly unique atmosphere. The service was impeccable from beginning to end: professional, attentive, discreet, and always very pleasant. A huge thank you also to the restaurant team, who were absolutely outstanding, both in terms of the quality of service and the attention to detail. Generous portions (mussels + bull stew + chocolate mousse), fresh and delicious food. Special mention to our lovely and smiling waiter and waitress, who were absolutely professional. Thank you for everything. (And thank you for my birthday candle and the little song!)

21/09/2026: Very disappointed by this experience. We had reserved a table, but upon arrival, it wasn't ready, and our reservation didn't seem to have been registered. The quality of the food was really lacking. I ordered a "complete" crepe, which contained only two small pieces of ham, a huge amount of Gruyère cheese, and above all, a lot of fat. For the price, it was clearly very disappointing. Another major negative point: we ate in full sun at lunchtime, in temperatures close to 35°C (95°F). We were so exposed to the sun that we started to feel unwell. When we mentioned this, the waiter's response was simply: "We're in the South, it's hot." Having lived in the South myself for 20 years, I find this response particularly inappropriate and, above all, unprofessional. A solution, or at least a little understanding, would have been appreciated. Unfortunately, between the quality of the food and the service, this experience has not made me want to return. Very disappointed, I will not be returning, even though I used to be a regular customer.
