12/09/2025: One of the few restaurants in the area open on Sundays, the food is very simple, the menu limited, but the food is decent. The place is poorly lit; luckily the decor is light, otherwise it would be far too dark. The service was a bit slow for the small number of people in our party, and they were out of duck andouillette. The pasta lacked seasoning, and the tiramisu was unfortunately a tad too sweet. As for the atmosphere, some background music would make the place a little less impersonal.

20/02/2026: There was hair in the food and I saw a dead cockroach in the corner of the room. The hygiene was appalling; I'd never seen anything like it before.

19/02/2026: I stopped by chance for a quick lunch; the daily special was very good, as were the welcome and service. I recommend it.

23/02/2026: We had lunch as a family and enjoyed the lovely outdoor terrace. The menu isn't extensive, but it offers good quality food. Whether you prefer meat or fish, there's something for everyone. I chose the duck skewer, which I thoroughly enjoyed. There's a €12 children's menu. As for the food, it's a very good place to eat in Nîmes. However, the service was a bit slow. The staff seemed disorganized when bringing the dishes. The servers were still friendly, though. One small point to note: be sure to double-check the bill when paying. Two draft beers that weren't in our order had been added. A simple mistake can happen, but it's best to pay attention.

11/03/2026: The welcome and service were very pleasant, and the menu was excellent, from the amuse-bouche to the dessert. We had a lovely time by the beautiful fireplace. We will definitely return.

19/12/2025: A wonderful discovery of this restaurant at the foot of Vézénobre during a 2-3 day trip to the region... a refined and delicate menu, beautifully presented and above all delicious and original, made with excellent ingredients that delighted me. As for the price, it's a steal (considering the quality, presentation, originality, and freshness of the food, it's worthy of a fine dining establishment). And what can I say about the kindness and hospitality of the two owners who run the restaurant and hotel single-handedly? Hats off to them! The Christmas decorations were breathtaking, with a huge rotating tree and numerous other magical decorations inside and out, like a Santa's village! 🤩 In short, an enchanting, friendly, magical, and warm place that I loved and where I plan to return, hopefully soon and on each of my visits... a haven of peace, magic, and conviviality... thank you, thank you so much! 🤩🦋 Christine from Grenoble

My only complaint is the price of a plate of plain gnocchi with a pat of raw butter, two scoops of lemon sorbet, and a coffee: €27.40. That seems a bit steep, but the service and atmosphere make up for it. D.M.

19/02/2026: I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location is excellent: a quiet, green, and relaxing neighborhood with a truly Provençal atmosphere. At the same time, access to the main roads is very convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with air conditioning – which is a real plus in this region. The bedding was of very good quality; I slept very well. The hotel is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. The staff is particularly friendly, attentive, and professional. You really feel welcome. Excellent value for money. I will gladly return and highly recommend this hotel!
