19/02/2026: What a wonderful experience! A small restaurant with few tables (be sure to book!), but authentic, refined, and perfectly executed cuisine—we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The menu is concise because all the ingredients are fresh: 3 starters, 3 main courses, 3 desserts—you can't go wrong, everything is delicious! Personally, I highly recommend the foie gras crème brûlée with a glass of Muscat wine, and the scallops with butternut squash purée and coconut foam. If you like fish, try the "Montgolfière" (an assortment of fish in a creamy sauce, served in a tureen with a crispy puff pastry lid)—it's divine! A warm welcome from the chef/owner and the two servers, who were lovely and attentive. Thank you!

Thank you again. Everything was truly delicious. The presentation on the plates was exquisite. Wow, what a wonderful combination of flavors and textures!! The portions were generous enough to allow you to enjoy dessert, which was excellent! Everything is homemade!! Kudos to the kitchen duo and thank you for the service. We had a fantastic time. We were expecting an ordinary pizzeria, plus externally the building is very standard, not to say very inviting, and the room too... and we ate very, very well cooked salads and accompanying vegetables. We recommend to lovers of good vegetables 😋

12/10/2025: We ate at this restaurant on the recommendation of the Auberge Val Moureze, but we were quite disappointed. The prices are certainly a little expensive, but when it's justified, no problem. However, we were disappointed. The price is not justified at all!!! The quantities are way too small. I'm sorry, but two salad leaves cost nothing, and two small lamb chops cost €34. Sorry, but that's taking people for fools... The manager isn't very warm or friendly; apparently, the restaurant doesn't have vegetables to replace fries. But when the bill was paid, it was much better! That said, the desserts were good and the setting was pleasant.
