12/11/2024: Nous avons reçu un accueil sympathique, le pluma de porc avec pomme de terre au feu de bois et sauce blanche était délicieuse, j'aurais aimé un quart de vin, il n'était pas à la carte mais on m'en a quand même servi un. Seul -tout petit- bémol, à cause de la fumée du feu de bois la porte devait rester ouverte, nous en étions très proches et en cette mi novembre avons ressenti tout le repas un désagréable courant d'air froid.

25/10/2024: Restaurant calme et tranquille avec un bel accueil et une cuisine de qualité. Prix tout à fait raisonnable par rapport à la qualité des produits.

27/11/2024: Le café glacé au lait concentré est intense et crémeux, parfait pour accompagner un plat de phở ou un bol de ramen. La décoration urbaine ajoute une touche moderne, et l'emplacement central est très pratique.

23/08/2024: It's been 5 years since we last came and we were not disappointed with the delicious hillsides accompanied by a very good sauce. The squid a la plancha were fabulous, we finished with a dessert each and we were not disappointed. The prices are fair, the staff are very smiling and efficient.

12/12/2024: We tested this concept of protein pizza: the bean-based dough is a change from “classic” pizzas but the whole thing remains tasty. The staff is pleasant. The prices are perhaps a little above average but Pure Vitaé Café & Proteines justifies them with fresh products and a menu displaying the Agriculture Bio logo as well as the French chicken logo. Are you ready to spend a few euros more to choose products that are healthier for you and the environment?

11/12/2025: Review from December 2025: Oh dear, what a change Trinquefougasse has undergone. The beloved "La Mer" planche is no longer available. Unfortunately, the restaurant has only declined in quality over the last 3-4 years. The service is far less attentive than before. Today, we were simply laughed at when the squid (seiche) on the skewer was still almost raw even after being returned to the kitchen for an extra round. This is not how you handle complaints. The food is nowhere near the same quality as it was 4 years ago. Where has the freshness gone? Even the bread seems several days old. Every year, on our way to/from Spain, we used to stay overnight in Montpellier and visit this restaurant. We will unfortunately have to find somewhere else. What a shame! Review from November 2022: As always, friendly and good. We love this restaurant with its good food, great wines, and lovely atmosphere. Reservations are recommended, but not always necessary.

03/12/2025: Hello, Tonight I bought a tray of 6 salmon sushi, and they smelled of ammonia... I didn't eat them. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. Usually, I just throw them away and don't say anything, but it's happening too often, so I'm returning them tomorrow hoping for a refund. Thank you.

29/07/2025: I went there at 7 p.m. on July 29, 2025. I asked the vendor at the stand if the chicken Yakisoba had mushrooms, telling him I was allergic. He replied, "We haven't used them for a long time." After eating it, I had stomach pains, and after checking the ingredients label, it said mushrooms. 🍄 Thanks to Sushi Daily for the quality of their advice, to Carrefour for their professionalism in choosing their service provider, and for the good night I'm going to have.... 👍👏

31/08/2024: Cuisine correct mais arretez avec votre bistronomique qui ne veut rien dire Service au Top Cuisine ouverte coup de sonnette'pas tres discret' avec annonce des plats comme si les serveuses etaient sourdes!Dommage et encore nous n'etions pas a proximite...Profiterolles pate a choux a revoir j'ai cru manger une biscotte...pour les restaurateurs qui disent 'vous auriez du le dire' je l'ai dit j'ai quand meme paye ma biscotte
