06/08/2026: I was fortunate enough to take this course through the CPF (Personal Training Account), and what a wonderful discovery it was! Brice Robin and his entire team are truly passionate. You can immediately feel their desire to share their expertise and love of coffee. The course is extremely comprehensive, engaging, and packed with practical information that goes far beyond simply learning about coffee. The atmosphere is friendly, relaxed, and full of good humor. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, supportive, available, and attentive. You learn a tremendous amount without ever getting bored. The discussions are enriching, the explanations are clear, and everyone takes the time to answer questions. The center is perfectly organized, the facilities are spotless, there's excellent equipment, numerous machines, and everything is designed to allow you to practice in the best possible conditions. Everything runs smoothly and is very professional. It's the kind of course where you leave with real skills, but also with incredible motivation. You see people who are deeply aligned with their profession and passionate about what they do, and that's incredibly inspiring. I recommend this training 200%. A huge thank you to Brice Robin and his entire team for their warm welcome, their generosity, and the exceptional quality of their teaching!

15/09/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We visited Café Français twice and were absolutely thrilled! The location alone is extraordinary: the café is situated in an active bullring – you definitely don't experience an atmosphere like that every day. On our first visit, we asked for a vegetarian dish, and the owner spontaneously whipped up something for us that wasn't even on the menu. A truly lovely gesture – and incredibly delicious. He also went out of his way to prepare an extra table for us outside, despite the many reservations. Although the menu is relatively small, all six of us found something delicious! On our second visit, we sampled our way through the tapas menu, and everything tasted fantastic. Our waiter was also incredibly kind, warm, and attentive. For us, Café Français was one of those experiences you fondly remember long after your vacation: a special atmosphere, great food, and wonderful service. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marsillargues – we would gladly return anytime!

05/07/2026: Excellent seafood restaurant High-quality products Impeccable service: white tablecloths, white plates, stainless steel cutlery The oysters on the tasting menu are served on a platter of ice with vinegar, three slices of wholemeal bread per person, a small pat of butter, and a glass of white wine for €14.50. The price is very reasonable considering the quality of the experience. Highly recommended.

26/08/2026: Wednesday, August 26, 2026 - Unfortunately, we won't have the pleasure of tasting the food, nor will we return to this restaurant… We stopped by one morning to greet a young woman and politely ask if the ingredients were fresh. She gave us a very cold reception! She told us that some products were fresh and others weren't. I really appreciated her honesty, but right after, we thanked her and simply asked what was fresh and what wasn't so we could choose our dishes later based on quality. But unfortunately, she didn't answer us, as if we weren't even there, and we found ourselves on the sidewalk talking to ourselves… We're on vacation. We want to enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of the seaside. Unfortunately, there are still people who don't know how to do their job properly. So, we'll eat somewhere else where the atmosphere is better. Sincerely

30/07/2026: A very pleasant experience at Le Petit Nice restaurant. The daily special was excellent, well-prepared, and delicious. Special mention goes to Léane, our server, who was very pleasant, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. Her professionalism contributed to our thoroughly enjoyable experience. I happily recommend this establishment.
